I had a cracked iPhone screen. I came here at the recommendation of someone who had been here for a repair, and then had an issue with his repair, and the store gave him a refund. This told me that the store was reputable and backed up their work. I made an appointment online, and my screen was replaced in just over an hour, and the phone is like new! I am very happy with this store and my experience. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a new phone screen or repair.

I needed to replace the battery in my iPhone, the Manager Eric was great! He was knowledgeable, answered my questions and handled the install within an hour. Pricing was competitive, it was a very good experience. Definitely will return.

Worst experience ever. I got my battery replaced and as a “bonus” my phone was wiped clean of all pictures; contacts; all data due to their Irresponsibility and lack of communication. When I expressed my frustration and disappointment, their customer service was nonexistent. They told me my options were to either pay for the battery or take my old one back but still have my phone wiped clean. I had to pay for my new battery despite having all my data wiped without being given a choice. I would not recommend this place. When I told them I would complain to corporate they basically laughed at me and said they were a franchise and not associated with Batteries Plus. Beware!

Was happy to revive my iPhone. Just hope it lasts. Will let you know after a couple of months.

I would give no star if i could. Took phone in for a screen repair and told they couldn’t get the new screen to work and then put old screen back on and that didnt work anymore. So basically the phone was worse after they had it. Second bad experience with this store and will never go back!
