Amazing service! The screen on one of our cell phones was cracked and covered by insurance through AT&T account. Phone was dropped off and 1.5 hours later we got the call (and text on our alternative cell) that the phone was ready! The insurance deductible is well worth it. New glass, new screen protector, new speakers, new battery...all for $49 (amount of deductible)! Definitely a WIN! Would highly recommend these folks! Bravo!

Went to get the camera fixed on my wifes iPhone and Kevin and the rest of the staff were very friendly and informative about the phone and future care of the product. I didnt feel like they were talking down to me or ripping me off like some other repair places. Kevin fixed the phone very quickly for me and I left a very satisfied customer. I do recommend the store and repairs and will be going back for all future repairs for everything electronic I have!

Every place I went to said phone can’t be fixed. Decided to bring it here on a whim one day when driving past. Kevin greeted me and inspected phone and broke down all the options. Was able to repair phone and is now working fine. Some features were beyond repair but overall satisfied with work and professionalism throughout the process.

Very professional and transparent, I had to take my PC to them to have it diagnosed because I didnt have the spare time to do it myself. They got too it within the time frame they gave me, found the issue and kept me informed and involved. I would highly recommend this store for your tech issues.

I was referred here by my cell phone warranty company. The employees are great and did everything they could to try and fix the phone. It was too far gone to be repaired, which definitely wasn’t their fault. They also wrote a letter to my warranty company stating it couldn’t be repaired so that I can get a replacement. Great business that really does care!

Beware. Dropped off with an appointment at 5pm. They said itd be done by 2pm next day. They called at 3:30pm the next day, asking for my screen unlock password, stating they needed it for testing purposes. I gave it to them. They then called back three hours later, 13 minutes before closing time, saying its done and asking me to hurry, because they were closing soon.After receiving my phone and unlocking it, it opened to an interrupted process notification from the Samsung Smart Switch application. (I took a screenshot of this) This app is used to copy all phone data (photos, videos, messages, files) to another computer or phone. This is the only purpose for this app. I suspect they copied all data from my phone.There was another app open on my phone upon initially unlocking it, also. Samsung Pay. So now my financial data is also comprised.uBreakiFix, shame on you.

Not taking appointments is kind of annoying. They encourage leaving your phone overnight to reserve your spot in line instead.Aside from that my experience was good. Replacement back cover has held up well thus far. A staff member stayed late and took my repair from a 3 day estimate to just overnight. Price couldve been worse.

I am really thankful for his response.I was very disappointed with my experience today. I made an appointment through the uBreakiFix website for a curbside appointment. As of right now, the website is still showing that curbside is available at this location and the instructions I received in my email told me to call the store upon my arrival. When I called upon arrival I was told they are no longer offering curbside at this location. I explained that I had 3 young children in the car and that coming in to the store would not be a possibility for me (one of my children has autism and wearing a mask without extreme preparation is just not an option for us). I asked if they would at least meet me at the door to the store and was told no. They were not apologetic or accommodating at all. I have used this location before but will never give them our business again. I would recommend that they update the website to accurately reflect their offerings.

I took my phone in yesterday, with the display totally messed up by the latest Android OS update, after trying to fix it with the Samsung tech support people, to no avail. These guys took it in, diagnosed it for free, and fixed it for free. Awesome. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Cracked my galaxy s10+ screen. Dropped it off at noon and it was done by 3. It was like new at a great price. Would definitely use them again but hopefully I wont have to.

When my phone suddenly crashed they were able to get it up and running again. They backed everything up for me in case anything was lost in a reboot. A couple weeks after it crashed again, they fixed it again and has ran great ever since!

I highly recommend this repair store! I had a very pleasant experience today where I walked in with a defective phone and they repaired it within a couple hours! Additionally, since they didnt need to replace any parts (they just had to glue my existing battery down) it was completely FREE! Now my phone doesnt randomly shut down anymore. I walked in ready to pay about 100 to replace my battery but was very pleasantly surprised to hear that it was free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone experiencing any malfunctioning electronic devices!!

Overall pleasant experienceexpe my battery replaced but upon receiving it back the proximity/light sensor no longer worked so had to return for that to be repaired (free of charge). Device condition is superb, I cannot even tell my phone was opened twice. Battery life is much improved now. Store is clean and staff is polite. Recommended. Work was done on a Pixel 1.

I just received my Google Nexus 6p yesterday. I had its LCD replaced. It was returned within 4 days which I thought was a reasonably quick time.A little over a month ago, my phone crapped out. It stopped recognizing my touch, the screen turned purple, and then black. After researching online, I found out that it needed a LCD replacement. I decided against trying to fix it by following a YouTube video because the parts are touchy. Nonetheless, Im very content with the functionality of my phone.The only criticism I have is that the back bottom plate wasnt put back on nicely. Also, the power and volume buttons arent sticking out like before. Still, they function perfectly fine. It looks as though the parts were put on a little too quickly.

I was told they were all booked but they still accepted my phone and I was expecting to not get it back till the next day but within an hour they were all done and I was abled to pick it up, the phone looks great

One of the BEST customer service experiences I have EVER had. Shirlee is AMAZING and I hope she is recognized for all she does. She was so accommodating and really helped me out when I had to deal with my phone carrier phone insurance to get my screen fixed. She really tried to make the process easier for me and she went above and beyond to do what she could for me!

I came in for a bios update and they told me it would take a week, I waited the week and then they told me they couldn’t do it. The name is misleading, I just went to micro center with no appointment and they fixed it in 30 minutes with a cheaper price as well

Their service is amazing. My iPad screen cracked & they fixed it better than the original. They were sympathetic and honest which is something you dont get very often. Their prices are reasonable. They dont gouge you like Apple who wanted over $400 to repair it.

Absolutely awesome staff working there. Took my laptop in for buzzing speakers and everyone there was extremely helpful in diagnosing what was truly going on with my computer. Extremely quick service--they called me back in less than 12 hours to tell me what to do next. They ordered a new part, and my speakers work like new again. Highly recommend!

I came in w a problem on my charging port for my iPhone XS because my phone charger wasn’t clicking into my phone like it should. He cleaned my charging port at no cost and turned out that was the only problem! I talked to an employee that goes by Bray. He was very helpful and the staff is really nice! These guys are quick phone is in perfect condition when I got it back and the work was excellent. Had a Samsung Galaxy s8 about 2 1/2 years old and the battery was certainly showing its age. They replaced it with a new battery from Samsung since theyre Samsung authorized, and its like new again. Would definitely go back

The guy was helpful I guess but it was going to be the price of a new tablet to fix the one I had so... I just bought a new tablet.

They were great. Only part of my phone repair was covered by insurance so Mark called them and worked somthing out so I could pay for a portion of it and not have to wait for a replacement phone to be sent by the insurance company (which would have cost more as well) and the repair was done in under 2 hours. The phone now looks and works like its fresh out of the box.

I give this business a definite 5 stars and highly recommend it for the pristine service. The camera of my iPhone 6 completely failed to turn on until it got into the hands of Jeff at uBreakiFix of Geneva, IL. I thought the process would take several hours resulting in dropping off the phone. Instead he resolved the issue in less than an hour by replacing the entire front and rear camera assembly with a new one. He also cleaned the inside area by clearing debris of the phone. The front and rear camera of the phone now works great!! Thank you Jeff for the phenomenal service and Ill be back again.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced dealing with any sort of tech shop. I build computers on the side and am very familiar with how the work and how to put them together and etc. I go in for what I KNOW 100% is the problem and that being a very simple bios update. I drop it off on Sunday and the first thing I’m greeted with is “we don’t work on computers on the weekend” by one of their employees. By the way a bios update generally takes an hour. After leaving it there overnight and waiting until about 3 o’clock pm the next day, still no phone call. I call and they say they think something else is the problem and need a speaker for beep codes to solve it, I ask how long that will take and they say probably a couple hours. To no surprise they do not call with an update. So I let it go another day, still nothing after me showing up I’m store and calling annoyingly countless times. Me finally catching a break and getting around reading the Q&A’s on the specific motherboard, it turns out all it needed was a bios update. Never go here for anything other than a screen replacement. They have terrible customer service and will not be seeing business from me or my family again.

Great place. Had another place tell me the tablet I brought in from work needed to be replaced completely. UBreak found the CMOS battery was dead, and $30 later it was good to go.

I was having issues with my computer after installing a new graphics card. Not only did they figure out what was happening, they included the fix under their free diagnostic. Everyone was very friendly and the turn around was really quick (less than 24 hours). They also gave me some pointers on how to make my computer run faster. I couldnt be happier. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend going to this shop if you need an electronic fixed. The staff completes the repair in a great amount of time. The staff is also really nice, and does a fantastic job at fixing the problem. They repair a variety of different electronics as well! After I filed a claim with Square Trade for a broken Galaxy S4 screen to be repaired, they called me to ask some questions to make sure they would have the parts in stock to fix it-WOW. I have a Sprint phone and since March 10th have had problems with it calling and receiving calls. I went to sprint two separate times trying to figure out the problem. They recommend we go to ubreakifix and they fixed my phone in 10 minutes and didnt charge us anything! They we so nice and now I can actually call people again! We will definitely be going to them with any future phone issues!

Terrible Service. I called the day before to make sure they could fix my wifes Galaxy S5. It needs a new screen. They stated that they had the part in stock and would reserve it for me with my name on it. My wife went there the next day as soon as they opened, keeping in mind the store is an hour away from our house, and they dont have the parts to fix it even though they said they were going to save them for me. Will not go back. I will take it to Batteries Plus to get fixed. Batteries plus is about $60 cheaper to replace the screen anyway. Learned my lesson. I WILL NOT recommend them. Wish I could give them a negative rating. Wasted gas on these jokers. NOT HAPPY

Three words that changed my life: No diagnostic fee. No matter what the situation, getting charged a diagnostic fee always feels like a rip-off. If they tell you its broken, youre like, yeah, thats why I brought it in. If they happen to discover nothing is wrong, you feel like an idiot for spending money on something silly like a switch you forgot to flip. I think this is a great way of doing business! And oh yeah, they were able to turn around my computer problem and were very professional, reasonable, and fast. I will return! (although hopefully not too often, knock on wood)

Ive been here twice once for my MacBook Pro and just now for my iPhone. Everyone that works here is very polite, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do free diagnostics and are extremely thorough. My MacBook was beyond repair and they gave me really good advice on my options. My iPhone had some moisture-- they were able to dry it off and get it back free of charge! I will definitely be back here. Highly recommend!
