Geek squad will waste your time and rip you off guaranteed! I advise going to your local tech guru. They usually live in their house and are retired. They will happily give you a fair price and 10x the customer service.

Very disappointed. Had a set time for appointment, and they left me sitting for awhile before waiting on me. When I finally got to talk to a Geek, he had no idea of why I was there, even though that information was given to the person who set up the appointment. That was relevant because l had an issue white a glad drive, and they neededy computer along with the flash drive. I didnt bring my computer with me because I was advised to bring it when I set up the appointment. Wasted trip, wasted time.

Outstanding.... i was leaving town the next day. Couldnt get an appointment for two days. They worked me in and in 15 minutes had my laptop up to speed

Agent Frank was fantastic! Knowledgeable, kind and efficient! Apollo did a great job and helped with decicion -making for a new laptop! Im going to be a Best Buy customer because of these two great associates!!!

Employees were friendly. Told I’d get back my CPU in a few days. Never heard back then I asked what was wrong it the response was word for word what I told them was wrong. I mentioned it was under warranty and they said let us still look to help. The response was to send it back to the manufacturer. Just a waste of time and poor efficiency.

Seems like they lack internal communication. People on the phone giving difference answers from those in store. Wasted time waiting for an appointment only for them to just give me a no, we wont even bother with it.

Had an issue with a clearance laptop for my son. Geek Squad stayed open after closing time to get the operating system loaded and working. Very happy with their service and professionalism.

4th time bringing my laptop here and the only reason I still come here is because staples is super expensive. The first time I came here I dropped it off for a basic virus removal and for them to install my new antivirus software. They gave it back to me forgetting to install my antivirus software so I immediately got another virus and had to bring it back. Then when I went to pick it up a second time, the agent dropped my laptop in front of me, broke my CD tray and ripped my power cord and refused to acknowledge he did something wrong. After fighting with geek squad for a week they agreed to replace my now broken laptop. Last year I brought in my laptop for a tune up and another virus removal. They said it would take 2 days and had ne make an appointment to pick it up on the 3rd day.bi did and then they cancelled it with no explanation and no update to when I would get it back. I couldnt get ahold of them until the next day to which the agent said it wasnt done yet and he would need it longer. When I asked why they would need it longer just out of curiosity, the agent refused to tell me what was wrong with MY laptop. So I had to go in to talk to someone else to find out that the virus removal would require them to completely reinstall my windows software and wipe my laptop. They then admitted they werent planning on calling me and telling me about this, they were just going to do it. Today I went to pick it up after they ran a diagnostic test for me and found a lot of issues with it that I dont think Im going to fix because Im getting a new laptop soon. I kept trying to explain that to the agent but he would cut me off or leave to go get paperwork so I had to ask multiple times to get my laptop back. Finally he was like you said you wanted to leave it here and when I explained once again what I actually was going to do he insisted I never said that and then gave it back. Hopefully I dont have to come back anytime soon but Ive yet to have a good experience here.
