Be careful of price gouging. The lady agent on duty out right lied to my mother and I throughout our entire visit. She said she would show us the price of insurance with both of us and just myself. She never showed us the prices of either. She told us the price of the policy would be higher if we were to be insured together.If I had not noticed that the insurance on her screen was the insurance my mom was already covered by we wouldn’t have been able to call and ask for ourselves. I almost let the agent at A1 charge my debit card for twice the amount the insurance company insured my mother, myself, and both of our vehicles for. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

A1 auto insurance in Gastonia is amazing. I have been with them over 12 years. My most recent experience was with Cindy. She is truly a gem ! She has been kind ,courteous ,and knowledgeable. I called in for a requote because my insurance policy was about to renew and I wanted to see if I could get a better rate . Cindy was able to save me rite at $150 a month on my new policy and get me more coverage. Anytime I have any questions and or concerns I feel comfortable calling in because everyone in that office does an amazing job taking care of me and making me feel comfortable in understanding what I need in regards to my insurance concerns.
