I was there on 3/2/21 at about 10am there was one employee working three windows by herself. I hate that I for got her name but. She didn’t let the long line customers frustrate her she kept working until she got the line down. It’s such a shame to have to work like that but she provided great customer service and restraint.

I came to this store not knowing where i was or what i was going to do for a check that i needed to cash. A young lady named Cierra helped me out greatly! I explained my situation and she helped me get back to Ohio with no problems! I definitely recommend this store! And even more so recommend for you to ask for Cierra!

PLEASE DONT SIGN YOUR CHECK BEFORE WALKING INSIDE THIS LOCATION!! I come there to cash my check every 2 weeks since I’ve been working for 4 years !! I signed a check before I got inside (the same check they always cash for me ). And a young lady with red and black braids and bedazzled nails lies to me and told me the machine was down ! Very inconvenient for me when I always go there and had my ID !! Won’t be coming back ever again !!! And I’m gonna make sure my family doesn’t go there either !

Went to Walmart to try to cash my tax and stimulus check and their money center was closed. So my last resort was to go here. I had 3 checks as I’m signing the last one. She noticed the other two were signed already after I just told her I tried to cash them at Walmart. Then she faked liked her boss didn’t answer the phone so they could verify a GOVERNMENT CHECK, when whole time her boss was standing right behind her. So if I go to a bank and try to cash my checks and my money is missing... I know exactly who to SUE 😉 !!!

Its always a nice environment when I go cash my check, better than the last few years I was going. I cash my check every Friday and I love it! Never a dull experience when I arrive. Team members are very friendly. I love it when I hear Welcome To PLS when I walk through the door. This new team is outstanding!!!

I visited the business on fabulous Friday to pay bills for my mom and a few things for myself. I must say that I received a fabulously friendly welcome. I never use a place like this ever, and never will agian. They made me jump through a ton of hoops for a minimal amount of money. The ladies behind the bullet proof glass were all rude except one. She didnt wait on me. I just moved to Indiana to work. Could be long term and needed a boost financially. Horrible customer service. Cracking jokes and doing all kinds of other things while trying to complete my transaction. Also walking around with out any shoes on. They get three stars for un professionalism. I would rather starve then go back to this place.

They have their days like any other business but for the most part they get the job done and are good at what they do

I was the first person in line however I was told that they were changing shifts which I understand however a gentleman came in after me and he was taken instead of me with no regard for my standing there this establishment has horrible customer service on top of the fact that theyre located inside of a building thats infested with mold smells of mildew despite the forced air and the Pine-Sol burning your nose and sinuses.
