Been having Jackson Hewitt prepare our taxes for the past 13 years with the same tax preparer, Dorothy Lewis. This lady is aces when it comes to knowledge about the tax rules and regulations. She is a very friendly and likeable person. She knows how to put you at ease during what could be a tense situation. Excellent experience

Frank was very professional and helpful and I appreciate his assistance. I only gave 3 stars because of other issues such as the cost of service is high so next year I will look at other options. Not their fault but the IRS tax delays were a nightmare, Im still waiting for my 2019 taxes and second stimulus.

Frank took great care of all our documents, identification, and information needed to complete our taxes. We filed for multiple tax years in one sitting and Frank didnt make us feel rushed at all. He was able to answer all our questions and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I recently made a visit here and I had Mrs. Dorothy she was very professional and had a great personality . She also made sure I understood everything that was going on with my taxes . I will be back to see her next year!

I was a walk-in and had to wait over 2 hours to complete my taxes. I had to step in and calm some of the other customers waiting for service because the employee did not seem to have basic knowledge or possibly the correct communication skills to help the customers understand the tax process and their specific problems.

Frank was thorough and professional. This is the second year to use him and he is not only knowledgeable but really cares about each customer.

Frank was fantastic and so patient with questions and concerns. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. I have been coming here for 10 years ..made a appointment a week in advance..arrived 10 minutes early responded to required text ....never got a response back walked in since no response at my scheduled time for my schedule appointment at 4:00 just to be told they double booked another appointment for my time and now I would need to wait 1.5 hrs ????

Been doing business with Jackson Hewitt for the past 9 years, the past two to three years we been having problem with our returns caused by errors they have made and this year has been the worst of them all I will no longer go back to this Jackson Hewitt location on arapaho In Garland failure to communicate information to customers,they want customers to give them great reviews but I do not believe a great review is in order .

The lady who answered the phone was very kind and patient even though I called 1 day before the tax deadline. I called different places that were very rude about it. The office had lovely classical music playing, helps a stressful situation go easier. Frank was so very kind and very understanding while filing my taxes. I had a complicated 1099 form,W2, medical forms and needed to file two years at once and he was so very considerate of my budget and time. He gave me detailed instructions and stapled my forms all nice and neat. Thank you!
