I enjoy getting my nails done here. Especially when its not crowded. They are friendly and do a great job.

I have been going there for sometime but I am guessing it is best to make an appointment at this nail salon I went Saturday morning 9am and was told they didn’t have time to do a pedicure and fill… was not offered another time or anything very unprofessional

This shop was relaxing and very clean. The ladies were nice and informative about their services. Kim did my man- pedi and did a great job as I am rather fussy about my hands and feet. This will definitely be my go to nail shop!

She did pretty good but tried to charge me for taking off the gel that was on there when she did my fill and also tried to charge $15 for the fill when the sign said $14. Their credit card machine wasnt working so I had to go 2 doors down to get money out of the atm which charged $2 and my bank will charge me an extra $2.50 on top of that. So needless to say I will not be going back due to her trying to overcharge me and having to spend an extra $4.50 in fees because their credit card machine wasnt working....

Walked in at 4:30, and they said they were already with a full schedule. They didnt close until 7pm, they should have just locked their door.

They told me they were booked up at 6 pm and there was not one single person in chair to get nails done. Or in the shop for that matter.

They do an awesome job here I went here a couple times when I lived in Garland and each time they took their time they made sure there was no mistakes before I left and they did not cut me. There usually is not a long wait either.

I went to this nail salon for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! It is so close to my home and as soon as I walked in, I was able to get a chair. Jenny was the person that helped me and she did an awesome job with my nails. She took her time with each nail to make sure everything was perfect.

First time here and loved my nails Nancy did great ! Also was very pleased with my pedicure and had reasonable pricing will be returning .

Terrible. The reviews are a lie. Wanted to try a new place out and it was NOT worth it. The only thing good was that it was cheap for acrylic nails and my nails are already falling off less than a week later! Very unhappy plus the lady barely understood me. She was nice but terrible communication.

I have been a faithful customer for past year and never waited or had any problem with service. Nice job on my nails and a fabulous relaxing pedicure. Very nice and owner has been in business ess for many years here in same location bonus she speaks good English. All around great business.

Wasnt a long wait maybe 30 minutes and I was called back. I was happy when I left but not even a week and my toe nail polish is chipping away. I guess you get what you pay for. It was 28 dollars for a mani and pedicure.

I love Lady Nails. I can go in 5 minutes before they close and have them take care of me and not turn me away. Yes there is a language barrier but if you notice something you have to tell them and have them repeat. Then you know what you are getting is correct and dont leave all upset. Yea they may be slow but I want to be pampered not rushed in and out like cows.

Do not ask for a design!! I didnt get a good pedicure at all!!

This salon is horrible. They kept trying to up charge me. They gave me 4 different prices. I have natural nails and one is shorter and they did not even put a tip on it. It looks really weird. I paid $70 just for sloppy nails and gel on my toes. There is a mark on my foot and i informed her and she would not fix it. I will not be back. I would try another salon in Garland.

I would give this place zero stars if i could but I couldn’t. I’ve never experienced such a horrible service than this one. I had came to get my nails removed and I saw the price sign as I entered in which said $5+. As I sat down on the seat I asked again what was going to be the total cost. She replied to me saying $10, I didn’t mind the price but all I wanted to know was why they were $10 like what made the price go up? She also made me prove to her where I had read the price and had me point at it which was very unnecessary screaming at me “show me, show me!” She could’ve said things like “oh because your nail length,type, etc” but instead she closed the lights and got up and literally walked me out as she smirked at me & locked the door behind me. Mind you I didn’t mind paying the $10 because afterwards I went to another place and paid just as much plus tip. It was the tone and deliverance which set things apart.

I love this nail shop...they always treat me and my daughters so well! (Ages 7yrs to 15years old) they treat my girls with respect and never have their nails looking to old for their age!

I visited this nail shop on 4/17/19 and very unhappy with my nails. My nails are the ugliest nails I have ever had. They are awfulThe lady that sits at 2nd table did my nails.Couldnt do nails or polish them correctlyShe also charged me double the price for acrylic nails..Beware dont get your nails done at this nail salon....

This place is soo amazing they take the time to do your nails not rush u out the door they r not like the other places where u just hear ppl screaming they set the mood for relaxation and they r sooo friendly im so glad i finally found a place like this and soo close to home to love love this place truly recommend

Absolutely loved the service. Its convenient because its right across from my house. Walked in the door and was instantly greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. She was very sweet. Probably the nicest manicurist ive ever had. I got the white tips with glitter. $25 and they came our better then alot of places Ive been to that charge $45-50. I will definitely be coming back here every time i need anything. Ask for jenny. Not sure how to spell it but thats how its pronounced.
