Very disappointed. I guess i ve got the wrong barber. The barber does not know how to clip the hair and does not bother to finish it after i complain it is cut too short Lack of mirror for seeing the back properly and the way he cut is almost to shave off my hair. I went home and look to see the back is messed up baddly, that one sentence to descirbe: my hair look like dog toy to be chewed by a puppy!

Dez is a great barber. Takes his time and knows his craft.

My edge up got pushed back , I have a patch in the back of my head and was charged $25 for my hair to be messed up I am highly frustrated and disappointed!

I would have given a 5 for the great quality haircuts but I’m leaving a star off for the confusion about their business hours.They DO NOT open at 9am as suggested here on Google. They operate on appointments for their start time, which is very confusing and misleading based on what they have here.Now I do know based on experience that they will accept walk-ins if they are already here and my son usually just takes a walk-in appointment...just be prepared to wait if you come at a busy time.AGAIN, I want to stress the importance of NOT showing up at 9am if you DO NOT have an appointment despite what their business hours say. Sadly, they have several people here that have waited over 50 minutes as of right now.I’m not here to hurt business because they do great work, I’m just here to warn other customers so their time isn’t wasted.
