I just received a check engine light and called impressive. The did a free basic scan (a very nice gesture considering it could have cost me) and told me the possible causes and quoted me for an in depth diagnosis on the vehicle.

I was very appreciative of the guys at Impressive Auto! I had gone to get my inspection done at a well-known chain car repair place. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for something that seemed a little fishy. I gave Randy a call and he advised me to bring in my vehicle so they could take a look. The guys made sure that the inspection was quoted correctly with regard to what needed replacing. It turned out I did need new lower control arm bushings, but I was able to get everything repaired at Impressive Auto for about half the price the other place wanted to charge me. They did a great job within a specified time frame that was very convenient and the price was good! I mean nobody wants to shell out money to fix their vehicle, but they definitely gave me a much better deal. Everything was on the up and up and I was very pleased! I will definitely come to them for future vehicle issues. Thanks so much!!

Mike is the the Best in Town, took my truck to 3 mechanics and couldnt figure out the issue. Mike was able to pinpoint the problem ans fix it in a timely manner and a reasonable price.

I was hesitant (domestic shops are not necessarily best or even friendly toward imports & to boot I have a custom Frankenstein tuner Japanese racer).Boy was I wrong, this shop can literally handle anything in my observance! Honesty is very hard to find in auto work. I am highly recommending this group of guys to all of my family and friends. They treated me like family and they related to my point of view of what my dollar value is. They worked with my budget and got me back on the road. Five stars all the way!

I wont go anywhere else. Im a single female so its hard for me to fine an honest place, and after getting an astronomical quote from one mechanic, I called Randy and he told me to come see him. I had my car towed from FW to Garland and was a little anxious about the towing cost, but after they looked at my car and diagnosed the real problem, they had me all fixed up and on the road for half the price. Id tow my car from anywhere to get here. Highly recommended!

I showed up an hour before closing and without hesitation they got my problem diagnosed and set me up to return the following morning when parts arrived. They didnt charge me for the diagnostic so I threw some extra work their way and got an oil change. Great guys!
