Alex is the absolute best. He had to deliver some bad news about my AC unit but he made sure to explain everything to me in detail. I felt confident that he was doing everything he could to fix the issue. He worked for hours fixing something that most businesses would have just said to gut and replace. *Beware* Hired this company back in November to give me an estimate on various plumbing issues I was concerned about in my new home. The first one was my kitchen sink that was draining slowly and made a loud gurgling. He (Adam Q.) said its due to the old plumbing not having air release or something like that and to repair it he would have to not only demo the entire back wall of the sink but get all new pipes and it would cost so much he couldnt give me a price. I forgot how much he charged me for just looking at the plumbing but it was between $ 50 t0 $ 75. I got a second opinion from another plumber and was told it was a simple fix with a T Valve and would cost about $ 50. I also made the unfortunate decision to let the same guy change the gas pipe behind the stove which I had tried to do but it wouldnt budge and he charged me $250!! for that small pipe. It took him not even 5 minutes! I expected to at least get a credit from the first visit but that didnt happen.

When you do business with All Week, you are doing business with real people who care about doing right by the customer. All Week installed new HVAC system. Alex gave me his cell phone number and was super-responsive to any follow-up questions. When I had a plumbing emergency later that came up unexpectedly at night, he was ready to send someone out the next morning. When I told him I could not be available the next for personal reasons that I wont describe here, and asked if he could send someone the day after instead, he got not one but *two* technicians out *that night*. He said he did not want to leave me hanging. He stayed in communication until the work was done (past midnight) and let me know to follow up if any issues. Thats the kind of customer service you do not often get these days. And on a personal level, it really makes a big difference.

I hired this company, they charged me a huge amount of money for less than an hour service and left. There was change to the cooling issue.I contacted them again, another technician was sent who again could not fix the issue. When I wrote them again no response. They knew they were unable to find/ fix the issue, thus avoided us.Please save your time and money. All they do is charging you. They neither know the work nor are professional.

Honestly I cannot explain how glad I am to choose All Week Plumbing and Heating for my issues with everything going on! About a month ago during the heat wave I lost full power to my condenser and my air handler which left me and my children bearing with the heat. I contacted All Week and told them about my situation and they didn’t hesitate a single moment and came out to me in less than an Hour! They explained to me that my system was very out dated for a renovated house and had to be replaced with a newer system.They gave me the best price I could’ve ever found and now I have a 3 Ton “Carrier” Condenser which cools my 2 story home in less than an hour of running some cold air. When they approached my house the technicians came very neatly and organized with masks and gloves to protect me and my family from any virus around. And were very friendly.I’ve tried many different companies in the past before I’ve purchased my first home and I’ve never received services like this! When I spoke to them asking them questions I felt as if they were family. Very kind people and very understanding, this is coming from a teacher. My air-conditioning unit didnt work properly, so I requested a service and they came, just spent 5 minutes for sprayed water over unit never used any chemicals and charged me $375.00. Tried to talk to managers but never call me back.

Disappointing experience. My boiler was leaking water. All Week Plumbing’s repairman shows up and tells me the boiler needs to be replaced within 10 seconds. He says this without even opening anything up or attempting to fix it. He tells me that it will cost $8,500 to replace the boiler, but just seems to make that number up on the spot. He’s not able to give me a formal quote or even tell me the model that they would use to replace it. He suggests that I don’t use it so he leaves me without heat. They charge me $150 for this visit that couldn’t have lasted any more than 5 minutes. I’ve called the office 3 times to try and actually get a real quote and a better understanding of how to get this fixed but every time they tell me they need call me back and then never get back to me. Feels like a scam. They’re more interested in making money on a quick visit than actually doing any work.

We worked with and hired All Week Plumbing at one of our renovation projects in North Plainfield, NJ. We had purchased a fixer upper single family home and wanted to convert from Oil Heating to Central Air. The staff at the office was very professional in scheduling the appointments. The technicians who came to install the unit were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner.One particular person who was very helpful to us and patient with us was Aj Maaya. He helped us several times to work with the town inspector to get everything sorted out correctly per the required code.I would definitely recommend this company again and use their services in the near future.

Our HVAC unit gave out on Fathers Day, Sunday, 6/21/20. Alex showed up within an hour of our call by 630PM and remedied the issue, albeit a temporary fix because our unit was 20+ years old and on its last legs. Alex knew this and instead of just leaving after fixing the issue, he went and took a look at our unit upstairs. What we found was worse than we thought, mold filled in the unit.We have a 17 month old and Alex gave us a quote on replacing the unit which was a shock but he was not pushy, or forceful for just another client or sale. He was very informative and straight-forward.My wife and I agreed and to our pleasant surprise, Alex and his crew were there the next day, Monday, 6/22, he was able to squeeze us in because he was thinking of our daughter. They responded immediately answered every question, clean, professional, and very diligent. They replaced everything in about 5 hours. These guys really went above and beyond, the crew who removed, took away, and installed the new unit. Alex was a godsend, he answered each call for questions and made sure he squeezed us in because he was worried about our daughter.The price he gave us was very reasonable and he gave us a quality unit and system and peace f mind with the summer months going to get hotter. I am so grateful Alex and his crew did the work, they were gentlemen, professional, and they were one word: OUTSTANDING.

Avoid this company! I have had nothing but bad experiences with All Week. The technicians dont know how to prepare an estimate and dont have much experience. Twice Ive spent $65 to have All Week come out and each time the technician couldnt figure it out, didnt fix the problem and couldnt give an estimate.

Called them at 9pm at night because of a leak in HVAC and they came within 2 hours. Alex was the field manager that came. He provided good advice and even tried to do a temporary fix. My unit was 20 years old and from what I understand, most HVACs only last about 20 years. He was able to get me a new one (compressor, ac, and furnace) the next day at 9am. Took about 4.5 hours to install. They had 3-4 guys working on installation. So far, 5 stars for effort and the new unit is good (York brand). If the unit has any issues, Ill provide an update.

Alex Romeo came the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and repaired it quickly. He was also under the gun due to a big storm and worked quickly to finish the wiring before the rain came down. A+ service.

I had an outdoor A/C unit break on July 3 when it was super hot, and they came out right away and installed a new one on July 4th. Very fast and friendly service. The new unit looks great and will hopefully last a long time!

Unfortunately after ALL Week put in our boiler, our boiler failed inspection. They charged us another $490+ for the remediation, which was not our fault. Completely professional and gave us a great quote - very fair. All the work was completed quickly, his team was great - courteous and professional. Alex Q from All Week plumbing came in to fix our heater yesterday and we were very happy with his service. He was able to solve the heating issue that was persisting for several weeks and one that other agencies could not solve. I had a complicated air conditioner problem that probably stemmed from home construction 25 years ago. All Week technicians returned 4 times to sort it out. Their perseverance and desire to please really paid off.

I would stay away from these guys. They quoted me $2500.00 for very extensive repairs. Turned out to be a simple fix cost totaling $12.38 from Home Depot. On top of that, when I scheduled the appointment they said the visit would cost $65. Somehow the they ended up charging me $72. Not a huge difference but was just icing on the cake. I will say I didnt actually have work done by them, but judging from the quote they gave me, they charge insane rates, and will recommended work that may not actually be needed. Buyer beware.

Joe Aburoumi was the technician that worked with me and did a beyond stellar job! Joe was initially sent to my house to see why my heater had stopped working. After he checked everything and explained what could be wrong, we decided a new system would be the best way to go, and he thoroughly explained exactly what I would be getting. Upon installation, he went above and beyond with setting up the new system to ensure the best and easiest placement for all the parts (moving pipes, switches, etc.) He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and couldn’t have been any nicer to work with! I highly recommended Joe and All Week!

I called about my central AC not blowing cold air and they were quick to come out. The technician told me the system needed to be cleaned out and I needed more freon. They quoted me $850 to do the work and he did it. After that was completed he told me I had a freon leak, I had to replace the entire system and it would cost upwards of $8500. After speaking with another HVAC company for a second quote, they told me that the freon leak should have been obvious as soon as he checked the systems pressure and before he began any work. I do not recommend this company and I will not be calling them again.UPDATE: The final quote All Week gave me to replace my system was nearly $15k. I got a second and third opinion for the same job from reputable companies and both quoted the same repair for half as much. Also, the recommendations and hardware All Week quoted were grossly inaccurate. They quoted me a 4 ton unit for a 2k square foot home, which should require at most a 2.5 ton unit. Stay away from All Week.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Called for shower faucet leak. Someone came out and gave song and dance about how much work they had to do. Said theyd call with price and charged me for coming out. They didnt call but did put us on schedule to fix two days later. I only know that due to the text I received telling me someone would arrive between 10-12. Called and complained about not getting a price yet. They took us off the schedule but received another text with a picture of the guy saying he was on the way. Called them again. This time they said they didnt mean to send it and no one was on the way. Called them 2 more times over the next two days for the price we were promised. After all the aggravation, they finally gave us a price of $4,800. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I had another plumber come in to replace the faucet unit behind the wall for $900, and hes getting me someone to close the wall afterward. Even if it that costs me an extra $500, its far below what these so-called plumbers tried to rob me for. Theyre lucky I dont call the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

Great Company! called them after my purchase of a new home to take care of some work in the basement. There technicians were super knowledgeable and were able to fix the issue in the same day! Highly recommend giving them a call!

Charged me $140 for them to come out for 5 minutes to take a look at our a.c unit. The gentleman who came out was polite and very nice however I believe I was getting o recharged therefore denied the service. And they still went ahead and charged me $140 to tell me what needed to get done. There was a coupon on a magazine and they did not honor it. Initially I was told $90 and some change then it went to $140 and told me the guy would not leave until it would get paid.

I called them to snake a drain. Two weeks later the drain was clogged again. I called them back. They refused to honor any sort of warranty. They wanted me to pay for another service callFurthermore, when they put the trap back the drain was leaking. I begged them to not leave me with a leaky drain. The plumber lied to me and told me the drain was not leaking

I came home from work on Tue night to find my place at 63F. My furnace wouldnt kick on (inducer was full of water) and I had a major event happening next day at my home that I could not cancel. I called All Week Pumbling, they sent Alex R. within 1 hour. He identified the issue, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain it to me so I could comprehend the problem. He needed to secure the part to fix the furnace, which he promised hed do the following day BEFORE my afternoon event. I was away for the weekend and came home Sunday afternoon and found my A/C unit had failed. I called ALL Week Plumbing first thing Monday morning to fix my unit. Within an hour a service man was at my home. Mark S. the serviceman was personable and professional he diagnosed the problem and provided several options for me to consider. Mark said they would be able to fix my unit tomorrow between 10am-1pm.On Tuesday morning at 10am Adam was at my home to fix my unit. Adam was professional, courteous and efficient. In a little time he had replaced the part and had my A/C working again. In New Jersey we are experiencing a heat wave with temperatures reaching as high as 103 degrees with a real feel temperature of 110!! It is HOT! They have Helped me with boiler issues in my home and my in laws and are super professional and friendly but more importantly, reliable and knowledgeable. It’s so hard to find a company that you can trust is doing a good job and not ripping you off. Just this morning i called with a boiler emergency at my in laws and receptionist took care of me right away and assured me someone would be at the house within two hours and the Technican (Mike who was awesome) was at the house within an hour of me calling. This place is shady and unprofessional, a bunch of scammers!!! They dont know what they are doing and over charge for the service. They quoted wire for $400 and when it didnt work, they charged again for gas valve for $1,000. They were handling things very roughly and carelessly, felt like they dont care to destroy other parts, just want to cash in and leave. The guy charged me credit card fee without informing me there will be additional charge and when I argued, they pretend to send me a refund check which of course, they never did. They asked me to review on google and give me some money back as well. So please DO NOT TRUST the google reviews here.

I have had two recent experiences with Joe at All Week Plumbing. Both have been incredible. I thought I had lost a ring and he helped me find it.He is very prompt, respectful and has a marvelous grasp of the plumbing business. His appearance is exemplary, he is understanding, patient and kind.I cannot express how highly I regard him as a professional plumber and as a caring person. I would not hesitate to recommend him as THE plumber to use.JEC

Joe came by to repair our hot water system this morning, very professional and did a great job. My unit was not receiving heat, so he came back on his own time to bleed my baseboards. A#1 service, i would strongly suggest using this contractor.

We had a basement toilet overflow from the sewer line. As you can imagine it was extremely stressful. I searched for emergency plumbers and found All Week Plumbing who responded right away. Ronny, the technician was extremely courteous, quick and professional. He snaked the sewer line to the street to clear the drain, which gave us peace of mind. Would recommend All Week who have professional technicians to take care of any plumbing and drain cleaning needs.

They will take your money if you let them they will give you a price and little by little will ask you for more don waste your money they are a fraud they took 1748 dollars and never fixed anything.

I had an emergency on a Saturday with my well water pressure tank breaking down and spilling water in my basement. I called Ozzie at All Week and told him the issue. His guys were here in less than an hour with the part in hand, ready to replace. They did a great job and was definitely fair in cost. I would highly recommend and use their services again.

Worst experience with a company I have ever had. Most of their positive reviews are fake. They do not care at all about their customers or their work. They dont even bring their own ladders and ask to use your step ladders. I dont believe they use licensed professionals.

One of my tenant complaint about the central air unit not working on a Saturday when it was 90+ degrees outside so I called All Weeks up and Alex R. came within 2 hours. Found the issue and told me he will be back on Monday with a new unit. Sunday evening, Alex calls me back to say he can take care of it then if someone is home. True to his word, he came and replaced the unit, my tenant is happy they dont have to sleep in 90 degree heat. Thanks Alex R.!!!

DON’T CALL THEM TO YOUR HOME .. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!They were very nice on initial call to my home, then nothing but problems after signing them for the job.All Week Plumbing over charges and will try to sell what you don’t need.They are scammers and con-artists.

My Mother has owned our home for 47 years and we NEVER had a need for a Plumbing Specialist..... Until a few days ago. The very best thing Ive ever done was to call ALL WEEK PLUMBING!!!! They responded IMMEDIATELY to our emergency, worked diligently until the job was completed, they were informative, polite, friendly, assuring, and immaculately clean.Their prices are more than affordable, and their dedication far surpassed the nightmares we had heard about other plumbing companies.I dont believe that we have EVER been so pleased and happy with any company with the way we are with ALL WEEK PLUMBING!!!!BEST JOB EVER GUYS!!!!Cant Thank you enough....( I put you on speed dial )I recommend them for any job, big or smallMany Thanks,The Capobianco FamilyP.S. Terrible company. I dont think any of their employees are real mechanics. It seems ozzie, the owner, enjoys not paying new hires. An old scam to grab free labor for a week. I will definitely file.a report with the labor and licensing boards on this group.
