Ive never had a bad experience here and Ive been using them for a couple of years now. Usually its in and out in 10 minutes or so and very pair prices. These guys do excellent work. I highly recommend them.

This has become our main mechanic shop! Their prices are not only reasonable and competitive but usually the best compared with other mechanic shops. I like the clean waiting room which available when I need it! Crane treats you with respect and is trustworthy and honest.

I’m currently sitting in Cranes waiting on my oil change with an elderly lady sitting beside me. The technician came out to tell her the status of her car and he was so sweet to her. She thought her battery was bad and she needed an oil change. He informed her they checked the battery, it was good and she had 1,000 miles left till she actually needed an oil change. So she headed to the office to pay for the services and he wouldn’t let her. He told her she needed to just come back in when it was time for her oil change. One of the many reason I continue to use only Crane. So honest, upfront, and just the best customer service! Thank you Crane!!

We broke down with a bad alternator and battery both. Crane Mobil 1 Express Lube was a fantastic shop. We enjoyed chatting with the own while we waited to get back on the road. We also had our three (Big) dogs with us, with which he was extremely accommodating! They played the entire 3 hrs we were there and slept the rest of our trip home! Thank you, Crane Fast Lube for such a blessing and pleasant experience during a less than ideal situation!

Ive taken my car to Crane on several occasions, and theyve been wonderful. Johnny is very kind and helpful - as is all the entire staff. Theyd done some work on my car last year, and the piece they used broke unexpectedly. They replaced it and found an additional (unrelated) issue with my vehicle while rectifying the previous service - both were fixed at no charge. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Its difficult to find a mechanic you feel like you can truly trust, but I trust this team. If you have an issue with your vehicle you will get trustworthy service at a reasonable cost here.

After breaking down 90 miles from home, I was able to get my truck to Cranes. After replacing the water pump and timing belt, they got me back on the road the next day, but my truck had a loud squeal. I had to wait over a week before I could take it back to be checked. They put on a new belt and had me on the road in about 20 minutes at no extra charge. They made it right without any problems. Outstanding in my book. Thanks, guys!
