Came in on Saturday morning a few minutes before 0900 AM. I had an appointment online but there was only 1 car being serviced. I had my oil changed and my headlight bulb replaced right away. They were very efficient with what they do and got me out of there at 0924 AM with plenty of time to get breakfast. I will be taking my car there from now on.

The service Was professional and done with care. The friendly faces seen there was pleasant to have. The specific employee that made the overall experience at express oil was named Marcus. He was very helpful and formal to the whole process and had us processed through and through steadfast and enjoyable. I recommend Express Oil over any other place, hopefully who ever reads this will have as great of a experience as I have.

I got the oil changed in my Ford F250 diesel farm truck. It was busy so I had to wait in line. When I pulled in the bay, it took less than 30 minutes for them to change the oil, check all the fluid levels and lights. The price was reasonable and they did not try to sell me additional services, but the tech asked about tire rotation to update my account. The truck was overdue for oil change but the tech did not hold that against me. He was nice and professional.

We were on our way to Florida, just passing through the city when we discovered our low pressure was all of a sudden extremely low and declining rapidly. Luckily, Express Oil Change was able to fit us in immediately. Very friendly and personal staff!

Been a customer for 15 yrs. I have had an issue with my AC for the past 4-5 yrs & it has cost me over 1300 & it’s out again? The factory AC lasted 5-6 yrs. They replaced two blowers in 2 yrs that cost me 500 then had to put Freon in it a yr later & this yr in February they replaced some hoses for over $500 & fast forward to now it’s out again. 95 degrees outside & I have no AC for the 4th yr in a row? Twice this yr? When will they actually fix my AC that will last me for at least 3-4 yrs? Don’t think that’s too much to ask? Instead of just fixing something to fix it to get some more money out of me. They will retire off my AC

EOC 316 is THE place to be! Great manager Craig Harris, really helpful and incredibly conscientious service managers Krista & Stephen. The Mechanics are really tried and true for me but its the work ethic of EOC 316 - they won’t let me have the car back till its RIGHT! Couple of days ago they were fixing Lisa’s car and didnt need all the parts ordered - only fixed what was wrong and gave us a detailed explanation verbally and in writing. When you have four older cars you need a company you can count on. Ben and Josh up front on the Oil change line - keep me engaged and communicate the process and whats happening - then its time to leave! EOC 316 is my pit crew! They are professionals who want it right and that my friend is peace of mind! Highly recommend!

Went there to replace a bad 1.5 year old rear shock they installed. The lady told me rocks were making the knocking noise. (?) Told me I needed front struts instead. Installed struts damaging my right ABS. Told me light was on when I came in (not true) and that the sensor just went bad. After some discussion they agreed to replace my sensor at no charge. (The mechanic broke the wire while pulling). I left and felt my front end vibrating so I went back and asked if they had aligned the front end. The lady told me it wasnt necessary then I had to pull up the Honda website and prove to her that it needed aligned. The toe end was out. Within a couple days my rear shock was knocking so badly I had to park my car and drive a different car. NOW I have to get my rear shock replaced. The very thing I went there for. I wont discuss getting stranded at night 80 miles from home last winter because the lady there convinced me I didnt need to change my belt tensioner bearing after changing my belt on my car which has over 600000 miles on it. She should have SUGGESTED it not convinced me not to. Guess thats my fault. I just wanted to get home that day and I listened to her. Not six months later I was stranded at night in the rain and the cold. Had to get towed. Took another day off work and paid again for something that shouldve been taken care of that same day. The people are super nice and thats why I went back but Im done with the mechanic work there.

Went there with 1 flat tire and told them I wanted it patched as I was about to go on a 2 hour drive. They filled the tire up with air, told me they couldnt feel a leak, and that my tire would be fine. When I repeatedly insisted that I would feel better if it was patched, they kept telling me that it would be fine for a 2 hour drive. Eventually I had to plug the tire myself and found a huge drill bit very obviously stuck in the tire, between the layers, which could cause a bubbling between layers and ruin the whole tire. Since I was driving out to the country I still havent been able to take the tire to get the inside patched, since the plug that I put in was not enough to keep it from going flat again.

Fast, friendly service, very satisfied, will definitely be coming back.

Staff was nice, service was great. Just didn’t like the fact that some staff thought because I was a female that they could sell me things I didn’t need, for example he said I needed tires when in fact I know I don’t, haven’t put more than 15k on the set currently on the car. Didn’t bother to say a word about the Valve cover gasket I have since had done...smh

Had my wifes 2007 Avalanche 4 door serviced. Took about 20 minutes. No issues noted except I had new wiper blades installed.

Great experience! Was headed home from Tuscaloosa and ran over a wheel balance weight on I65 and started losing air pressure in back right tire. My son googled tire places and we hopped off I65 and found them. Craig, Christi, and Josh took great care of us. Had us back on the road to Huntsville within 30min. Would definitely recommend.

Efficiency, thoroughness, and friendly employees and managers that seem to want to be there and get the job done right. Very refreshing in todays world. I had 4 tires that I purchased online mounted, balanced and installed on my truck for $100 out the door. This included new valve stems and tire disposal. (No tax on labor only job) In addition they hand started the lug nuts to not cross thread and used a torque wrench on all 24 lug nuts to tighten to specs. Never have I seen this done by the big tire chains- Goodyear, Firestone, Pep Boys; You get the idea. My first experience with these folks was a very positive one.

The workers were very friendly and polite. They even mentioned that it was Ladies Day on Wednesday and I received $5 off my oil change. They were quick and very professional.

Edited to add: Today they did a great job on my tires and were quick and efficient. I requested they wear a mask while inside my vehicle and they did. Customers wearing masks still is not something that is enforced ,but that happens everywhere locally. I didnt mind standing outside while services were being done.I may edit this later ,but not everyone who works there wears a mask and its not enforced for customers nor is social distancing in their small waiting rooms. I stand outside while work is being done. They are very friendly and take time to talk with you. Had brakes done and have had to go back twice bc of burning smell and smoke. Everytime I go the smell has gone bc im usually running errands when it happens and then have to go home. Am going again soon for more work so we will see .:-)

Horrible Service center, great oil changes. Tried to charge me almost $500 for a wheel bearing that had literally been changed a few months ago. After they did my front brakes every lug nut was coming off with the twist of your hand. Place is trash, dont come unless its an oil change

My experience here compared to the last big name oil change place was night and day difference! Chris and the other guys were so fast, thorough and professional. They did a lot of extras like siliconed my doors, cleaned my windshield, filled my wiper reservoir and more. I am so happy to find a go to place for all Honeys (my cars name) needs!!!

Employee Chris Lolly met me at my vehicle, I told him my oil was low and he directed me into one of the bays. He confirmed the Oil was low, he assessed the situation made recommendations put oil in my car. He suggested potential diagnostic tests, no pressure to do anything and offered for me to come back and have it checked again in a couple of weeks.He was as good as it gets for a service person! I could not be more pleased!

It was pretty quick and reasonable priced. Didnt try to offer me anything I didnt need or requested to be done. Informed me well on things to look out for and makes it feel pretty confident on Brand/Store loyalty here.

Had my radiator blow up while on a trip and they replaced it the morning. Craig was professional and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Price was fair and the radiator got us to Texas without any issues.

This place is a joke. Purchased a compressor to get put on my truck and took to them to do the service. $240 for the compressor, another $440 for the labor! And then the air conditioner still not working right. I took it back to them to find out what was going wrong with it. Apparently the work they did was faulty, but they want to charge me to do the work again, and replace other parts. Then they want to charge me another 700-plus to fix it! No thanks.

The estimated cost of the oil leak repair was good and the time it took to be repaired was excellent.

Expensive and slow.$45 for just oil.change.walmart does it for half that pruce

This has been my go to place since I first bought my car. The people here have been super friendly and professional. Scott has stood out from the rest, he has gone above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need to keep my car running smoothly. He was the only one who was informative on why I needed to get my tires rotated and how often. He was very helpful and was able to get me in and out their service department in record time.

Quick fast service and Austin was a great help at getting me what I need for my windshield wipers and checking my fluid levels several times to make sure it was where it needed to be, I appreciate it his time and thoroughness!
