Have had a number of problems with Samsung S21-5G phone. Needed much more help than I had knowledge of, took Verizon almost 3 hrs to find the way to correct problem. That b the best part if Verizon, they say with you till problem is resolved.
This location is really horrible and never manage to be able to get anything done, despite being listed as a corporate store. They arent accommodating to disabled people and they dont know the meaning of customer service. Avoid at all costs because it is never worth the wait.

I have run ins with several employees who think that life time fitness is their parking lot. Who ever manages the office does a horrible job making sure where the employees park.The employees that are running late to work almost kill people crossing the street that attend lifetime fitness.In my opinion there are entitied employees who need to understand you hane an employee parking lot and that’s where you should park.
Absolutely horrible, horrible customer service and probably the single worst app from a so called tech company, that I have ever seen in my life.Call customer support and you are on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. When you finally do get connected, the odds are they are clueless and you have to be transferred to yet another dept. Ive lost several days of my life waiting on hold with these peopleTheir chat system is almost as bad. It takes anywhere from 8-10 click throughs to get where you need to go and maybe, jut maybe, you will get a live person. In the 4 times I have used it, EVERY SINGLE TIME I was told the service is down due to a tech issue and they cannot help meTheir MY FIOS app is the worst app ever created by a human being. Constantly asks me to log in even though I keep telling it to REMEMBER ME. Always forgets my password. Has absolutely no functionality whatsoever. All it displays is my bill and nothing else. I wish I could post a screenshot to show you what I mean. There website is almost as bad.Ive been waiting over 2 months for a REWARDS card. When I check the status of the card, Im told I have a PAST DUE balance, even though I am on AUTO PAY! How can I have a past due balance?! I called numerous times to get this resolved and no one can give me a straight answer. I called them a total of 4 times on this and got 4 totally different answers.I finally got fed up, wrote a letter to FIOS directly and sent copies to the Better Business Bureau in NYC and Long Island.
Customer service is horrible. I call the 800 number to get my business line fixed. Some customer service reps dont care. I have to hang up on them and call again till I get someone who cares. Why cant I just speak to one person. They transfer me from tech support and then to billing for question regarding my billing. Two hours on the phone. They really waste my day.
Best networks, best service, best value -- Fios and Wireless.
