This is a little late but I’m extremely big on customer service so I was very impressed with the service I received here. Moe was a fantastic representative he didn’t try to oversell me on my kids phones. He was polite and funny. The color my daughter wanted needed to be ordered that was no issue. He called me promptly when it arrived. When I went back to return the old phone I worked with Cameron and he was just a joy to work with also. I really think surrounding stores especially the one on Telegraph near Michigan Ave. Should come to this store and take tips on customer service.

Aaron is the store manager and he is amazing. Very polite, waived a phone number fee for us! Offered us a bunch of upgrades we could get for really cheap. He’s a great guy and will always go to this AT&T store to see him. In my experience they have all sucked except this one! Good job Aaron!

Good service and help from sales professionals at this office.They spent time that was over & up what would be considered A normal time frame!!They solved a problem I had with my phone bill & my previous service !Ive been trying for over 18 months They demanded it & what do you know They got what I couldnt for nearly 2yrs now!! Ridiculous to think someone other then myself was able to assess what I couldnt do to privacy and passwords lol its a joke truly!!

I didnt realized they closed at 7pm and my friend and I popped in at 6:50pm for a sim card. I was sure they were going to kick us out but I was happily surprised! They took the time to help us out, answer questions, and provided great service!

Staff Cameron was very knowledgeable on equipment, accessories and plans.He was also very courteous. I would give that store all my business.

Great customer service from the 2 guys that worked on 9/22/2021 between 4p and 8p....I left T-mobile for att they are way cheaper and better service, phone and customer!!!!

Must support AT&T in Garden City and when you come in ask for Moe, he is definitely the man. Very friendly, patient, courteous and determined to satisfy your needs. Great special sales and rates here with AT&T. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work Moe. It was a pleasure having you assist me.

The garden city AT&T was amazing. Cameron Shepard and Aaron were so sweet and incredibly helpful. They had amazing customer service and were on top of their game. They answered all of our questions clearly and enthusiastically. 10/10 service.

This is really late but I wanna say my interactions with Aaron were nothing but amazing! He helped me a lot and helped me get my new plan started and all the discounts I was eligible for. Worked well with me while even helping others too. Got a phone and plan that are amazing and I love it.

Firstly I was not warned about my phone bill being 180 dollars higher for the first month do to activation fees. And secondly we traded in our phones and no where on my bill does it mention that. Its charging me full price for both phones. Overall very poor communication for not warning people of initial fees. And also not pleased that the phones we traded in basically got stolen.

Moe was excellent and helped me through all the steps on upgrading to my new phone! Had a great talk with him as well great guy!

Erin Cam and MO were awesome. They went beyond customer service. They took time with me and answered all my questions. Great customer support and service.

Aaron was very professional and considerate towards me and my husband. He was very patient and consistent and determined to help me and my husband with the problems we were having with our phones unlike our own store located in Monroe Michigan awful. But Aaron and his team were very helpful and determined to solve our problems thumbs up.

Love this store. They go above and beyond to help customers. Ryan and cierra are the best. They helped me when another store told me that pictures can not be transferred from one phone to another. Back in September, I started having connectivity issues with my Galaxy S8. I called AT&T directly and asked what stores were nearby because I needed the mobile hotspot for work. I decided to stop at this store to find out what the issue was. Ciearra went over and beyond with assisting me with my old phone, showed me different options for new phones, and set up the phone I decided to get. The entire process took over 2 hours and not once did she complain. The store manager was very helpful too. I would definitely come back to this store again.

They put me on hold for over 10 mins just to disconnect the line. Then when I got ahold of someone they said I had to come up to the store. I show up to the store and they have the doors locked in the middle of the shift. Huge inconvenience

They only know how to be rude and lazy and when u ask them a question they say we not employed by At&t. Say what? They don’t know how to do they job and they don’t wanna do they job. We left and went to canton to do are four upgrades.

I came into the store because my phone broke, Troy was very helpful! He lowered my bill, gave me the best customer service around and a free phone! The store staff are all welcoming and helpful. The store is clean and warming! I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your AT&T service.

They are always friendly and definitely get you the best package without pushing you, like these other companies I’ve been to!

I had a phone that was ran over and cracked went to several stores to get replaced with ATT insurance no one could really help me until I came to this location. Abdul not only help me to get my phone repaired but he lowered my bill by 40.00 and got me into another phone. My opinion is that he was honest and has integrity when it comes to selling his products. This was my best customer service experience to date. Great Job!

I came into the store and Lola greeted me, I started to explain to her that I recently lost my husband and I got tearful Lola sympathized with me and made me feel comfortable she listened to all my problems and also resolved all my issues she helped me get set up with my new iPhone and spent an hour of her time customizing it to my liking and also showing me how to work it from start to finish she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She kept conversation with me through the process and made me laugh and feel at ease with my husband recent passing. I also explained to Lola that my monthly bill was kinda high especially after my husband recent passing and having funeral expenses and Lola jumped right in and took my bill from $200 to $140 a month and I gained new things and unlimited for me and my kids. I highly recommend this young lady she is very sweet and understanding I will definitely be returning soon to upgrade my kids phones. Thanks Mrs Lola for all your help you’ve been a delight.

Sorry I went there. Initially, Deena, was very good at helping me set up a new plan to add a phone and add my wife. BUT...after that first visit. I cannot even get a call returned. My wife went in to get a new phone and Deena left the store and someone else had to help her. When my phone arrived, she was supposed to be there to help me and never showed up. I had to have someone else help. Then I called her a few days later with a question about my plan. I called 4 times! She was always in conference or unavailable and promised to call back....BUT she NEVER did. I wish I had known this before I got my plan re-worked. Terrible store.

It really sucks because there is no one I can possibly contact about this. I just get a run around. I don’t even carry AT&T but they came into my backyard to work on some line which I understand. What I don’t understand is why they never knocked to ask if they could come into my backyard. Then they left my gate wide open and both of my dogs got out. Very frustrated. Thank god they are finally found. But I need to make sure who ever did this doesn’t do it again to someone else :(
