Yesterday I needed a few old cars towed out of a REALLY tight spot in between a house and garage. (Literally 2 inches on both sides) and he got in and got both cars out no problem! Super polite, friendly and personable! Did everything in the heat, dripping sweat with a smile on his face!💚💚💚 best customer service Ive seen in a while! Thank you sir for all your help! I know it wasnt easy! Plus they were there within like 15 minutes from when they got my call!

12v battery on my Tesla died - this battery powers the control plane, responsible for all the car electronics... AJs came out on a Saturday afternoon while nobody else was available, and replaced the battery on-site.

We were still waiting for AAA after 3 hours in a parking lot. It was cold and there were no restrooms nearby. We called AJ’s and they got to us in 20 minutes. When we explained the wait, the dispatcher explained that we could submit their receipt to AAA for reimbursement. Friendly, helpful, and prompt service. On a scale of 1 - 10, I’d give them a 15.

My insurance company dispatched AJs towing in order to get my car to my mechanic. They arrived almost to the minute of when they said they would arrive. The driver was very fast and friendly. I had to ride with him to the mechanic and the truck was clean. I would definitely use this tow truck company again if I need to.

Ali was dispatched by AJ’s and I could not have been happier. Ali was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and above all just a all in all great guy. Once he arrived he got right down to business. Told me what he was doing as he did it and answered all my questions in great detail. If I ever need another tow I will call AJ’s for Ali to come help me. If he is not available then I will wait until he is.

The tow truck driver was professional, did an excellent job, was quick and offered my husband a ride to the shop. The driver even called us to verify where our car was located because it was in between towns in a low traveled area. This allowed the driver to get there quicker. The driver also let me know he got to my husband & our wrecked vehicle.

I was having problems with my car starting. AJ’s service technicians had to start my battery and when that did not work they had to come back to tow it about 40 miles. They arrived quickly. Both technicians were kind enough to answer my questions and then quickly complete their work. The car when it was towed arrived as quickly as possible and in good condition. I was very happy with their excellent service.

The service was fine, only you or I do not know who has to agree on the prices, because first they told me twice that if I agreed and accepted the service charge of $180 dollars to which I said yes I agreed, But when I reached my destination, the tow truck driver told me that the price was wrong and that I had to pay $200 for the service. It is the only thing that I see badly, to deceive the client with the prices.

I had 2 flat tires and he had an attitude upon arrival. He had me back up from the parking spot and then drive my SUV onto the ramp and off the ramp once we reached my destination. He left the tool that you connect to the front of my car to tow it in the car, he never put it back. He never tightened it. Soo my car could’ve loosened up and backed off of the ramp onto traffic. He also was trying to take me onto another call while we were in route. I told him no, and even then the company called me and tried to convince me to go on the call because it was only a jump that the customer needed. I still told the agent no, who was a female. Not to mention all of this was happening between 3-4am. And as a young woman I did not feel safe at all whatsoever. The driver and the company, as far as I’m concerned were completely unprofessional. They are a bad representation of AAA.

I had a really great experience, I was unexpectedly stranded and my car engine was making loud noises that prevented me driving, so I called my AAA roadside service and since they are an affiliated company with AAA they where contacted and picked me up, I was able to view my tow trucks drivers location and watch him head to me en route on my phone while I waited for his arrival. The tow truck driver came within 15 min and helped me locate a automotive shop that I could get my car looked at on a Saturday morning in Sacramento, very professional, exceptional staff member who picked me up and towed my car (Forgot the employees name :/ my apologies) but overall remarkable tow company and I would definitely use again or recommend to a friend:)

The driver W was extremely professional. He gave me a good time window within which he would arrive and was there promptly. He made sure my car was loaded and unloaded onto the bed of the tow truck without causing any damage to it.

Very professional, very kind, very knowledgeable. Could tell customer service was #1 priority. I was parked in an odd location as I had to chase another driver after a hit and run. Driver was very helpful and despite having a rough morning dealing with the car accident I was involved in, his positivity and good attitude helped my day from getting worse, and honestly made for a great early turnaround from the moment he called to find where I was parked!

My car had a hole in the tire. Upon arrival the tow truck driver asked me why I just didn’t change the tire. I told him I didn’t know how to change a tire. He then told me that he would like to drive my car with a totally flat tire onto the street because he thought his tow truck would be too heavy for my driveway . I told him I did not want him to damage the rim. He then said he would like to change the tire. He was unable to change the tire and ultimately towed the car. He was not friendly and I would not use the service again. Also, I believe he left his dirty gloves in the center consul of my vehicle

I was assigned a tow by AJs Towing by Nissan Roadside Assistance. The estimated time was 45 minutes later but I needed to get to work. I called AJs and the dispatcher connected me with the driver. I informed him of my urgency. He arrived extra early, which I greatly appreciated and got my vehicle towed to the tire shop expeditiously. I would gladly use them again and recommend them.

When our car started having mechanical issues, roadside sent AJ’s Towing to tow us from Dixon to the service center in San Rafael. Abdullah was the driver and he was amazing! The tow truck had a huge cab with room for 4 passenger, but it was just my wife, infant, and I. Not many companies have a truck with room for more than 1-2 passengers. That was amazing. Abdullah was the best driver we could ask for.

Technician routed to me from AJ’s Towing did not know how to manually put my 2015 Dodge Charger in neutral and instead dragged my car on the tow bed. I even offered to share the YouTube video to help him with putting the car in neutral but he was lazy and decided since he had the front already on the bed that he could just drag my car instead. When he parked it at the Dealership Service center he had parked it in the wrong car lot in the back far from service center and had shook his head when I asked him to roll up my windows since he rolled it down during the tow. I will never use them again for any of my cars in the future.

I needed a new battery and AAA sent Ismale to my house. It only took about 30 mins from placing the call to AAA to him arriving (he was coming from Elk Grove to Galt). He checked the battery first and confirmed it was dead, then quickly replaced it. From start to finish, he was at my house maybe 20 minutes. He was very professional and polite. The driver AJ was the best!!!! Me and my grandson locked my keys in the car and it was cold and dark outside, sitting in front of Subway. AJ was there in like 10 mins. He even joked with 8yr old grandson even which made my grandson laugh. Would use AJ anytime I have a problem.

I can’t remember the name of our tow guy but shout out to him he was awesome! My car was on the shoulder of a dangerous high way and he was calm about the situation and came to handle business. He was so patient with my family and I considering how jumbled we were with our insurance and everything. With my bad luck my dad’s car ended up getting a flat tire Right when he got to me to take me home and our tow guy was so ready to help us out with that as well! He helped my dad fix the flat and tow us to a great spot. I really wish I could’ve remembered his name but all I do remember is he was Italian. He was a great worker and made your company seem very professional. We even gave him a tip afterwards for all the help.

My new car sat for three days and I went out to run errands. The car would not “turn over” so I called Geico and they sent AJ’s Towing. They kept me aware with status reports and their number. Technician was knowledgeable and courteous, and promptly started my car.

He was amazing I wanted to ask for his number but my husband was there so I didn’t! 10/10 would want my car to mess up again and for him to come and haul it away for me.

Our alternator in our Toyota RAV4 died, without warning on a Friday night, when we were picking up family from the Sacramento airport. We were rather embarrassingly stranded with a disabled vehicle, in the arrivals area. Our tow truck driver was very professional and put our 4WD car properly on a flatbed and towed it to exactly where we asked. Geico Emergency Roadside Assistance seamlessly took care of payment on our behalf and we were on our way without a hiccup. If I ever find myself and with the unfortunate need for a towing company, I would happily choose AJ’s towing again.

My driver was J. Johnson. As soon as I received word that the tow truck was on its way, Mr. Johnson called me on the phone to tell me his ETA. Mr. Johnson called me again when he got close to my address and said he would call me when he arrives in front of my house.Upon arrival, he observed that my car was still in the garage and came up and introduced himself. With me behind the wheel, Mr. Johnson pushed my car out of the garage and down into the street. Mr. Johnson then loaded my car on his truck. It was compassionately and securely loaded.I followed him in my second vehicle and he unloaded the car at our destination.Mr. Johnson was incredibly polite very professional and very knowledgeable. He took excellent care of my car and listened to my concerns. If there was a higher rating than five stars, He would certainly qualify.

I was stuck on the side of the freeway at 102 degrees. AAA was very responsive and concerned for my safety. The office said it would possibly take 1 hour to reach me, he was there in 20 minutes. My friends got to me only minutes before the driver and in no time I was on my way home. The tow driver was 10 minutes behind me. I cant thank AAA and AJs towing enough for getting me and my car home safely and efficiently. Customer for life.

I waited with my 6 year old for 3 hours for someone to finally show up.The officer also made a call in to get them to come faster while he escorted me off of the most dangerous road that is known for 80% of lives being taken by dui drivers. The officer was cool though, he got us safely to a gas station where he bought my daughter an ice cream and me water to stay hydrated. It was about 9:00 when the car stopped they did not get there until 12:00am and also sent a message saying they had contacted a driver which the officer confirmed after waiting the first hour they did not. Once the driver calls me he asked again for the location which was already provided when the call was set up. This has got to be the worse and blessed experience so far dealing with aaa
