Jayce and Olivia were super nice. Jayce made sure everything was transparent, and I had no surprises on my next bill. The process took a while, so im glad they were so great to talk to!

Everyone inside the store was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by but if they’re busy and you have to come back don’t be upset. They were short staffed and were doing their best!

I visited Verizon branch in Galt today and was the first time I’ve ever left the store feeling like someone actually listen to what my issue was. Can’t say thank you enough.

Amazing customer service! Perdo, Jason, Juan were amazingly helpful with getting me a new phone that fits my needs multiple times. All the employees in the shop are extremely knowledgeable of there products and made the process enjoyable and comfortable. Special thanks to the manager Pedro for working hours with me helping me decide what phone would fit my every need. Truly and amazing experience and I love everyone that I have had the pleasure of being helped by.

Seth is honestly the best guy Ive ever worked with at verizon (twice now). Just bought my new pixel 2 xl and I couldnt be happier with the phone and the process of getting it. When I didnt want to purchase the HUM and was going to miss out on the 300$ off deal, he called the company and made sure I would still get the deal if I leave with a screen and case (which I was already going to buy anyway)! He knows exactly how to talk to customers and make sure they leave happy :)

I was looking on Google for where I could activate my pager and Verizon in Galt came up. I have lived in Galt 42 years now and I Absolutely Love reading reviews where the owner is trying to make things right with upset customers. Five Stars to the owner of this store.

Don’t expect great customer service at Verizon in Galt. I very much wanted to switch to Verizon, but was discouraged by the staff at the store. They didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. I was the only customer in the store, and they didn’t have time for me.

I really have nothing good to say .we have been doing business with them for almost a year .we have had alot of problems with them standing behind there promisses.we were offered a promotional to recieve a free tv,it was false advertising ,for months we inquired about it,they led us on making us believe it was still coming.we never did recieve anything,but alot of hassel.
