They offer competitive pricing and excellent customer service. He doesn’t pressure you to purchase new systems-in fact he gave me all the positives on my 30+ year old system that he serviced for me. I elected to replace that system and one at another house as well. His workers are knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Plus they clean up after themselves!! My landlord hired Hawk to replace the AC unit on the duplex i live in. Phils team came out replaced the necessary parts. Explained what work they were doing and were very quick and professional.After completing the work, I noticed the unit wasnt turning on and only the fan was running. I called Phil and he came out the next morning and check on everything. He quickly found the that one of the cables at the new thermostat wasnt seated all the way. After he reseated it my place is like a meat locker.Ill definitely recommend them in the future.

The experience I had with Phillip Hawk was truly rewarding. Phillip came out and gave me a quote on installing a new package unit. . He emailed me my quote and did not insist on choosing them. I had a few other companies give me quotes but none match Hawks quote, customer service, and professionalism. Upon calling them to let them know I was ready for the installation I was expecting a delay due to Covid, however I was booked a week later. On the day of my schedule app. Phillip called me in the morning to give me a run down of the days work and a few hours later I had a new AC unit. The guys that work for him were professional and clean up after the work was complete. I had Phillip give me a second opinion after the first company I called told me I needed a completely new system to fix my heating issue. Phillip came out quickly, and after reprogramming my thermostat fixed the heating issue. It only took 45 minutes for him to diagnose and fix, and it only cost me 59 dollars instead of a brand new system! Phillip knows how to repair and isn’t in the business just to sell new systems to make money. I will definitely be calling him in the future should I need anything further for my house or my rental. Phillip was also a little early to the appointment which was a nice change from people running late.Phillip, thank you for being honest and fair. I just recently had Phillip install a RUUDHeater and air unit on my roof..I dont think it could have been done better. He had to coordinate the crane and the roofer to fix area around the unit and replace it. He was very professional and his crew was kind, and very good at their job & cleaned up the area after..I would recommend these guys to everyone..Great job!!
