Bought a complete so I thought brand new heating and air system from them. issue one it’s from 2014 not new … issue 2 it was installed soooo poorly it destroyed the ceiling due to the lack of knowledge of water must flow down ward not up and over just stay away from this company they give you a sob story in the end make it right or give me my money back

They were very professional, explained all the steps they took to come to their conclusions. The prices were very reasonable, and the work was done surprisingly quickly. BEWARE. In my experience with this company: very inexperienced technicians and unprofessional management/ownership. This company does not have a good reputation around town and I wouldve been a lot better off if I had never had called them. I did call them because I knew the founder and wanted to support the business since his passing. My mistake. Chavez came out to fix a leak but ended up breaking the compressor while replacing the leaking TXV. I was out of A/C for 6 weeks during triple digit days going back and forth to get things made right and theyve completely dropped the ball. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Theres been excuses and delays; theyve admitted negligence to installing the TXV badly but still they even have resorted to blaming me for trying to set them up for failure. They say, even though the A/C does not work still, that theyve fixed the leak I payed for. The money Ive already payed is all gone, so they cannot afford to fix anything else, they cannot afford to hire another company to fix it, and they cannot afford to refund me my money. Ive had two separate companies diagnose a broken compressor. Caused by either the bad install of the TXV or from them forcing the compressor to run while they made multiple attempts to find the issue. Im now out of pocket for that additional work.

I was over charge for a service that took 10 minutes. I knew what the problem was prior to them coming. The technician said I think we are only going to charge you 50 dollars and he spoke to the owner return to charge me 150 dollars.
