Employee couldnt make a cash sale so we had to drive round trip 34miles to put money in bank! Also, I got it for 200 miles made sure that she new that she even told me when she seen I only went 122 miles I wouldnt owe much cause I got the 200 miles! Well turned around said it was 100 miles charged me $8.10 the money is not the issue at all! Its the point that I specifically told her 200 miles!! She kept scratching her head & throwing her hands in the air cause more people came in. Another customer ask that he be able to drop off at a specific address in the state he was going, she mixed it up on the computer printed all the paper work up & he realized it & said something! The employee said the sale has already went thru so I cant do anything about it!! Definetly wouldnt reccomend! The Truck I rented was nice tho.

I had a problem getting into my unit after business hours but the General manager took good care of me the next day.

I was moving and I rent a truck filled the truck. I drove it and let all of my things. It was very sad for me but they we were very kind to me.

The pricing on the vehicle is that are in it daily are well within range of anyone that is trying to save money on things such as moving by themselves using Au haul truck it is a very inexpensive way to do this work by yourself
