Does not clean well and blower placement is not ideal. The hefty price for the best available wash should do a better job. The car wash at Costco is far superior only issue is the distance. I would not recommend Wash N Roll car wash to anyone.

They are offering a deal where for $8, you can try out their unlimited 30 day wash on the Basic.After that time, its $19.99 a month.I have been using it quite a bit. The Basic wash is pretty good.

Was simply looking for a quick, touch less wash... arrived at an empty lot, pulled up to the kiosk and was ready to select my product. But wait, theres more lol! A gentleman stepped out from behind the kiosk to berate me on my car washing choices while I watched five other cars slip in front of me... VIPs he says... they have a membership. Well... how do you expect someone to become a member when their first and last experience with your company is comparable to paying for box seats ar ANY event, while watching someone else slide into your seat at the last moment.... all while your usher is telling you how you should do better for your complexion.Ill hand wash even my most despised vehicles again thanks to this facility.

Average car wash facility, but be prepared for colossal attitude from a manger/salesperson expecting you to sign up for a $30 per month membership. EVERY time I have been here, sell, sell, sell. When I tell them I only want the basic wash, he became indignant. I have enough monthly payments in my life, a car wash WILL NOT be one of them.

I subscribe to their monthly service because its convenient and the wash itself is pretty good. However, you never know what youll get going in as far as the cleaning of the front, rear and windshield. Sometimes with the right guy, its great. Sometimes with the wrong guy, he may as well not be there. But overall, its a good wash. I wish theyd expand their family plan to 16 washes a month. I have unlimited with my truck and could technically wash it 30 times a month and probably do average around 8 or so. With a family plan of 16, Id get it for me and my wife and wed probably just wash each car a couple times a week.

This is the job we received after going through the car wash, not once, but twice.After I paid $15 for the so called Platinum Wash, we got home to find I had gotten ★RIPPED OFF★. We immediately went back to have this INCOMPLETE WASHING addressed. They allowed us to go through the cycle again without charge. . . However, the pictures say it all. 😠😡Ill continue going across the street to Screaming Eagle for a more thorough scrub and wax for only $5Their VACUUMS ARE FREE Too

Love this car wash... The monthly deal is awesome

My wife signed up for a trial package that could be carried over on a monthly basis or cancelled at the end of the month. She called to cancel at the end of the trial, but we were charged for the next month anyway. She inquired about it and was told she called the day after the trial ended, which was not true. We have been charged for the next month anyway. She will never use this company’s services again.

I pulled up and was immediately approached by an attendant trying to sell me a subscription to your service. I told him twice all I wanted was a $22 car wash. He kept on and, again, I told him I just wanted a one-time car wash. He said, “Hey, I’m talking!”. I said all I want is a car wash. He said, I’ll raise the gate and let you out!”. I’ll go to the car wash across the street from now on.

Not sure how they are still in business. Imagine used car salesman but WORSE. Their sales tactics are slimy and whatever you do, dont tell them no or they will just get mad and ask if youd like a refund. I run through the car wash once a week and I can guarantee you I will not be returning to wash n roll. Instead, I will either drive across the street to Screaming Eagle or across town to Mr. Car Wash where I dont get pestered to buy a membership that I kindly said no to multiple times!!!!!!

Paid for the platinum wash, which is supposedly the best wash ($22). It was overall not thorough and did not clean effectively at all, especially considering the services that were supposed to come with it. Only the sides of my vehicle appeared as though it had been cleaned. Waste of money IMO.

The car wash is good but dirty water stands where you vaccum which makes it hard stepping over it. I had a problem with cars next to me with three of us vacuuming without hitting their doors and the vacuums do not reach enough. I normally dont complain and have been there more than once with the same issues.

New business in Gallatin, its good but could be better service wise.

I’m normally want to give second chances but this is not a business I will do that with. After being pressured for about 10 minutes to sign up for a monthly plan, just to turn around and cancel it in the same day. The sales man would not let me proceed to pay for a single car wash. Being a young woman doing anything with a car already makes me nervous enough to begin with of being screwed over. (here’s some advice.) LET PEOPLE TRY YOUR CAR WASH FIRST BEFORE PRESSURING SALES. So I signed up for the plan solely so your sales man would stop harassing me since I couldn’t turn around and leave. I canceled it in the same day. And of course my car was not clean at all at the end of the wash. That’s not the worse part. The icing on the cake was the fact that a month after I canceled the plan they charge my card again... and tried to claim that I never canceled it to begin with. Going to their website has a nonworking number. I had to drive all the way down to the car wash to ask the gentleman how to get my money back from them. I had to call customer service line that was given from the worker (this number is not on their website) and then prove that I canceled it before hand. Even though they sent me a confirmation email stating it’s cancelled the moment I cancelled it. This is all just an absolutely horrible experience. I’ll be going across the street to wash my car from now on.

Went to the car wash to cancel my subscription, check my bank statements and they still charged me. Called them, they basically said I was lying and refused to refund me. Had to call my bank. Never again. They don’t get the car clean enough especially for the gold subscription.

It does a good job of showering your car

While I like the new facility, the staff, and the vacuums work great, the mechanical cleaners scratched the paint on my brand new car. I purchased the monthly plan immediately after purchasing my new Subaru, and at first I thought maybe I had scratched my paint accidentally, but the scratches worsen and increase with each visit to the car wash. Disappointing, but Im going to look for other local options.

It has a great car wash. I was able to clean the inside of the car. It was great.

Damaged my vehicle and will not pay for it will not even own up to it or answer the phone to deal with it have called the VIP number multiple times and all they tell me is supervisor will call me back I have heard 12 different excuses from 12 different people terrible buyer beware do not use this service anywhere

Way too pushy! I wanted a $16 wash and the attendant kept pushing the $22 option on me, and then had me sign something guised as free washes for the next 30 days, but was actually signing me up for a $38 subscription that I would need to come back and cancel by next month if I didn’t want it. He never mentioned a subscription, just asked me to sign, and I signed anyways because I was too nervous to say no since he was already being so pushy beforehand. It felt super sleazy, not to mention my car still looks dirty after the wash, so now I’m out $16 and have to come back to cancel a subscription I was tricked into signing up for.

My car came out clean but for a much higher price than my normal car wash, Mister Car wash. I only went to Wash N Roll because Mr Car Wash was closed for renovation for the next couple of days. I probably will not be retuning to Wash N Roll.

Ticketing person again try to sale me a plan even after requesting an $11 single wash for the 3rd time. Stop this practice... This is not how to run a businessman

High pressure sales. Can I please just pay $12 bucks for a car wash? I have to talk the guy down for 10 minutes every visit because I dont want the monthly subscription. Stop pressuring people!
