First time using this auto detailer and he did an awesome job on my wifes Highlander. I had him do a full pro ceramic coating and it looks amazing. I had a unique situation - I spilled over a gallon of gasoline in my trunk (gas can tipped over and the cap came off).When I talked with Dustin on the phone, he didnt hesitate and told me exactly what they could do to help.I decided to go with a full detail as well as the cleaning for the gas spill, and not only is the gas smell almost completely gone but the inside of my car looks brand new.Very professional, polite, and an overall great experience. We had our 2014 Ford pickup detailed on September 9,2019. They did a wonderful job and the truck looks brand new. They worked on it for several hours and you could definitely see their hard work. I called yesterday and made and appt for today. My car was pretty bad because I have 2 kids. He spent 4 hours detailing every inch of it and done an amazing job! He had me look over it before I left to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be using them again!

Excellent experience. They revitalized my car! I have a 1985 Mercedes wagon and two kids. There was grit and grime collected in all the crevices. It looks incredible!!! Cant wait to have them come back.

I purchased the gold package (spent over $275) for my Audi S4 and overall the car came out pretty good but not amazing. The exhaust tips looked no better after detailing, pretty disappointed in this. I ended up detailing these myself with steel wool and coated with CQuartz and now they look like new! Yes it took me about 45 minutes but this company had my car for 8 hours. Also there were missed dirty spots on the wheels and wheel wells did not look good either. Interior looked good at least. I had pretty high expectations for a $255 detail. Isnt that reasonable?

First time at ProCare Auto Spa, but after the winter we’ve had the car was a mess. We had the full detail done inside and a good wash on the outside. The interior was in need of some care as we had to use it to transport our dogs to the vet. Dog hair just seems to never leave...but it’s gone now! I called to make the appointment and spoke with a gentleman who answered all my questions, including pricing. We then made an appointment and took it in this afternoon.The end result was pretty amazing. The interior is basically showroom new and the exterior looked great too. The guys even found a necklace my daughter lost...she thought it was gone forever. They placed it in the center console where I found it when I picked up the car. This is my wife’s car and she has been complaining about the interior for months...she’s really happy and ProCare definitely has a couple of new customers.Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. Customer service is number one on our list when we spend our hard earned money and these guys were excellent. Yesterday was my second time getting my car detailed at ProCare Auto Spa. They do such a great job, and you can’t beat their rates. I opted for the “express” detail and it’s only 60$. Both times the guys told me “You just got the express package so if you look really hard you’ll still see dirt”. I might have been able to see dirt if I used a microscope. They do an excellent job and it’s been spotless both times!

This is the second time ProCare has detailed my Mustang. They do a great job! My car is absolutely gorgeous when they finish it. I will continue to use them. Their new location is conveniently located on Broadway.

Did a great job and was a fast turn around.Just picked the bike up and the only thing I have to say is that he used something kinda oily on the floorboards. So the first few time putting my feet down were a little slick but once that wore off it was all good. So they have earned my repeat business.

Done an amazing job on a complete interior and exterior detail! A vehicle that has kids inside most of the time on the road so you can imagine the stains. Add 2 bulldogs to the mix! Hair everywhere and drool. All stains and dog hair removed. Looks and smells new again. The exterior had scratches from everyday travel and scratch marks from the dogs hanging out the window. Scratches were removed and paint is really smooth. Headlights were also fixed, no more haze! Highly recommend this company!

These guys are amazing. I have used them alot on newer vehicles but this time I took my 1980 model C10 that was very oxidized and they did the stage one buffing and waxing. I purchased the Gold Detail Package for my wifes Toyota 4 runner. Pro Care did a FANTASTIC job on it!!! I have used their mobile detailing services in the past, and they are fantastic as well. I am looking forward to seeing the results of the Glassparency that was applied to the windshield, although I hate for the vehicle to get wet. LOL! Dustin is the best, and he wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your vehicle before you leave, as well as in the days following after you have taken your vehicle home. I found a truck for my dad that came from Canada. It was a 2016 model GMC Sierra Denali that had low miles. Over all appearance looked good however the northern elements had taken a noticeable toll on the vehicles frame, undercarriage, and engine bay. Pro Care Auto Spa went above and beyond to correct the corrosion problem and bring the truck to a like new condition(platinum package) . I was more than happy with the experience.I was very thorough in asking about the different products they use, processes used, and experience of the staff. The owner gave me the tour, he was very honest in ever aspect and I respected that more than anything. I had complete trust in leaveing the vehicle over night to have the job done.Communication is excellent!It was everything the owner promised plus much more! Thank you very much for an outstanding experience. I will see you again soon.
