I’ve given this car wash multiple chances. Only because of the location and convenience of it. I will 99% of the time hand wash my car, but every once in a while I just need a quick wash to get dirt or dust off. So I will run it through the automated wash. I’ve had multiple times when my card was accepted and money taken out of my account and the car wash did not acknowledge it and did not get a wash out of it. Have called the owner a few times with no answer. But even still gave them chances. I’ve noticed that the automated wash will never get all the soap off the car (on 3 cars I’ve tried). The blowers to dry to car are pointless if soap continues to drip out of the nozzles all over the car. Most recently I went there, paid the $10 wash, went through and left. Got to where I was going and the entire passenger side of my black car was white from dried soap. Ended up hand washing it anyways the same day. At this point it’s not worth my time to try to get refunds and it’s not what I’m worried about. I do wish they would do some work with the automated wash to where the soap/water stops completely before the blowers take over. Definitely not recommended for someone that is somewhat particular about their car

It always gets my car clean and its never crowded. I get in and everything ALWAYS works. Whomever keeps the property make sure its stays clean. This is the only place I bring my car to get washed.

Clean place. So much purple suds. Took lots of money to remove. Thats the point. High pressure wash is good. Had to wait to use stall to wash my car they were busy. But they do have drive thru car wash.

Recently expanded the entrance so cars could get in and out more easily. It was a tight squeeze before. I like this car wash good bays and vacuum.

This is one of the few in Tennessee that keep soap in their buckets and equipment up and running. The place is not run down neither. Please keep it up!!

The automatic car wash doesnt get the soap out of your truck bed so when the blowers kick on it blows soap all over your vehicle. Very dissapointing. I had to pull into the self-service wash and rinse my truck off again.

I always go thru the automatic wash and it is always great the other part people think they need to detail their vehicle sitting in the stall! Detail your vehicle when your done washing it other people want to wash their vehicle too!!! BUT theres usually a man there to stop that from happening which is a good business!👍

Clean self wash bays. Vacuum work fairly decent. Touchless automatic Car wash is also nice if your in a hurry.

The gentleman who works there was very helpful. The only thing I dont like is its not big enough to accommodate crowds.
