Doug Miner was great and I would highly recommend calling him if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Im a pretty tough customer; I knew what I wanted and was pretty picky about it too! But Doug was patient with me, not pushy, and genuinely seemed more concerned that I get the vehicle I wanted versus just making a sale. I love my new 2020 Lincoln Nautilus! Service Advisor David Rodvold gave me a smiling welcome upon arrival and asked my name. After checking his computer he confirmed my service need. The oil change and tire rotation took just an hour. David then confirmed no problems and reviewed the multi-point inspection sheet. Pleased with the ongoing service at Yemm Ford!

First I want to say, this place is amazing. Hands down!!👏🏻😊I didnt have my hopes set high😔, I really do not have the best credit. Yet, even with mine and my husbands poor credit Dustin got us into the suv we wanted!!He gave us an EXTREMELY fair price on our Ranger as trade in! 😌 Even dealt with me scrambling to find the title I had some how LOST 🥴ugh, but not to worry, Dustin had THAT covered too!!He said come on back and we will just file for a lost one(of course that does cost😬) I had no other option I was getting that Suv!! 👏🏻 Stephanie was great she got us a great finance plan, and exactly the payments we wanted. Made appointment for recall repairs to be done. They said they had to order the parts. It would take about 1½-2 hours to do the work. Since I work first shift that I could drop the car off during my lunch break and pick it back up after work. I called the day of the appointment to be sure the parts and everything was still good to go. I was told since I made the appointment everything was good. So during my lunch break from work to drop off the car. Nothing was said and everything was fine. Off from work call the dealership to get ride back to pickup the car. They acted like they did know I would be calling. When I arrived at the service department Mike Ruark was already waiting. I believe he is the assistant manager there. I was informed that the work was not done, due to them not having the parts.... Michele said they had the parts then suddenly didnt. While Mike was talking to me Michele kept chuckling about it. Mike asked me what he could do to make it better. To late!!!!!1.. They Had Time to get parts or let me know you could not get them.2.. They DID NOT verify that the parts were there when I called that morning.3.. They DID NOT call me as soon as you knew you did not have the parts.4.. They DID NOT call other dealers to find alternatives.IT TOOK ME 2 PHONE CALLS AND 20 MINUTES TO FIND A PLACE AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR LESS THAN A WEEK AWAY. AND YES THE NEW PLACE VERIFIED PARTS IN HAND. AND WAS HAPPY TO MAKE SURE OF IT!!!!!!!I would make less than 1 star if possible.

Dont waste your time. Salespeople might be nice but the service department is absolutely horrible! Took my work vehicle in on November 16th. Called today to see if parts were in and they said they didnt even see a ticket!!! Been over a month ago they looked at it and ordered parts! Will never set foot in either of the Yemm dealerships again. Worth the drive or towing expense to another dealer.

Great! I was going to get my oil changed on a Monday but realized the Friday before it really needed to be done right then. I called around 3pm (almost quittin time for most of us) imagine my surprise when I was told I could bring it in. While there my filthy air filter was shown me and was asked if I wanted it changed. The whole process could not have taken more than 45 minutes and i was happily on my way.I know no reason to stop going to Yemm for service or vehicles.

Body shop is 5 star! Parts department is good too! Sales....Many good folks there too but had really bad experience with one individual. First time ever threatened at a dealership. Pricing changed drastically with paperwork even though we had pricing proof in a text. I told him where he could shove his car. Sales rep then jumped up, became threatening and screamed to get the eff out. Bad enough threat I discussed with police department. Was not a good experience for my daughter trying to buy her first car.Rating wise for that salesman... Zero

I wouldnt buy a tricycle off this place.my parents have bought two vehicles there this past year.the first one a 2012 ford pickup one week after buying the filers on the pulleys came loose and broke both front belts.also it needs both timing chains and leaks oil from the oil pan.this was a supposedly road ready vehicle.the second is a vw beetle.it had the wrong oil put in the motor so it has been in and out of the shop for 3 months.on its last visit they charged for a tune up that can be directly linked to the original problem.when it came back the key was broken for 3 weeks now we have been fighting to get this issue resolved.finally I got online purchased a new key fob and will get it programmed myself at my cost.they give you a decent deal up front but their followup is a joke.it doesnt do any good to talk to management because they dont care either

Had some electrical work done on my 2010 mercury grand marquis. They are the best at what they do, but it kind of expensive. If you are having electrical issues on your ford made vehicles I would recommend taking it here its worth the price to have it fixed right. If you dont you may regret it.

I went there for a recall on my airbag and left with a broken windshield. When i circled back they were trying to say that it was my fault. Luckily after convincing them that it wasnt there when i brought my car in, they had it fixed. If i ever have to go back ill make sure to take pics of car when i drop it off. I wish we had a good Ford dealership.

Liars! Promise a loaner vehicle during warranty repairs and then deny the loaner upon drop off for repairs! The loaner was verified numerous times with the service dept! The manager didnt even have the guts to discuss the issue with me and avoided me. I will NEVER visit or recommend this dealer again!

I drove 50 miles to Yemm Ford (on a gut feeling) that they would treat me better than my 5 local dealers. I was right! Very friendly service advisors, other employees who I didnt even have anything to do with greeted me as I walked by. Mechanic did an outstanding job, fixed my truck and the bill was less than I anticipated!! My service advisor, Brian, did a great job of keeping me in the loop as things progressed in the shop. He (Brian), advised on how things were going and allowed me to give my preferances as to how the mechanic proceeded. Ladies at the cashiers window were a hoot! I am looking forward to see if sales staff and finance person are as great as the service staff next time I need to buy a truck. Very pleased.

A job that should have taken only forty-five minutes (their estimate) took over three and a half hours, during which I had no idea what was happening to my car or why it was taking so long. When I would ask how much longer it would take, I would receive an aggressive thirty minutes (this happened four times). While my car was fixed, I would not recommend taking your car here unless you dont mind waiting much longer than expected.

Awful Dealership, took forever to get any idea of the vehicle we were going to buy. They had to inspection but they werent on top of anything. They made me call for what was going on and why was it taking so long. I wanted to try to barder and they laughed in my face. You can forget about having our business. Im just going to make this short since I could be writing for a long time about this place. The service department is horrible here. Its been almost 2 months since Ive had my vehicle. All that is being done to it is replacement of the exhaust manifold, break pads on one tire, rotor on one tire, caliper on one tire and an oil change. At least a week to a week and a half of my wait is due to the person who was supposed to order my parts (after my warranty confirmed they would pay for the parts and work) forgot to order the parts. I am just 7 days away from my 2 month mark because they keep rescheduling the work.

Ford Family !!!!! We bleed FORD blue!!!! Sorry, Weve watched the service dept. go from bad to worse . Bought several brand new cars there even since the name change. If only the service department was as great as the sales department! Think you would keep repeat costumers satisfied???....The last few times in the service department they WERE NOT personable, friendly, welcoming or willing to work with a paying returning customer... Customer service is key!!!!!.. When your customer service rivals that of the DMV then theres an issue !!!!! Hire some people that are willing enuf to smile and shave before they show up to face the paying public. And dont act like its an inconvenience to wait on customers!!! Sad but, Were taking our Fords and Lincolns out of town from now on.....

Took my car to have the waterpump replaced. Dropped it off wednesday morning for what i was told would be a 5 hour job, didnt get my car back until Saturday. Was told originally that it was taking so long because they had never had to work on a fusion waterpump and didnt realize they had to take my whole front cover off to get to it. When i told the service dept manager that i was told that he informed me that he didnt believe me. Calling your customer a liar is super excellent customer service. He told me the reason it was taking so long is that the gasket didnt come in the waterpump kit they ordered and apparently they didnt realize that until the second day they had my car so then we had to wait for that to be delivered. The gasket was delivered Friday morning yet my car still wasnt repaired until Saturday. They did give me a loaner car, too bad every time i took a right turn something was rubbing quite loudly on the tire so i didnt feel very comfortable driving it plus it had reverse lights that were out. Moral of the story, dont take your car here if you may need it within a day or 2.

At first they were helpful and fixed my car but when i got it back their was damage to the headliner that they caused. Two small holes and grease marks on it. Tried to get this resolved for two weeks and nothing. Poor service for sure! Talked to the service manager and he told me they didnt do the damage and would not fix it. I took my car to get it fixed and yes they fixed one problem but created another. Wish their was a negative review! Highly dont recommend!

They were so nice to me got in a wreck and the towing company took my car to the wrong shop and Yemm Ford had help me get my car from the other shop they got my car and had it fixed in 6days after the insurance company approved it they even picked me up from enterprise when they wouldnt take me over to Yemm Ford after I returned the rental car my car was fixed great and painted and they even cleaned my car inside and out they were awesome
