I would like to thank these guys again for making my first experience there great, especially with it being around lunch hours. They not only fixed my vehicle but also made me feel welcomed while I sat and waited. I was nervous about what needed fixed but he reassured me that everything would be good to go. He put the guys on the job and they completed it within about 30 minutes. It didnt cost me as much as I thought it would, which is always a plus. I appreciate all the hard work and I will be a returning customer.

I called on the 5th of July after calling 5 other places and a 2 hour wait at Walmart. Whoever answered the phone was incredibly friendly, and she made me an appointment for 2 o’clock that afternoon. I got there and the dude was ready right away to work on my car. He finished in 20 minutes, AND brought me a cold Powerade because the one in my cup holder was gone. My only problem was my reader in my dashboard didn’t reset so my car still says I need an oil change and I can’t figure out how to fix it lol. Amazing service either way!! Thank u guys!!!!

I needed a single tire replaced ASAP, and they were able to do it within a day. I also got to meet the owner. They were very welcoming and displayed excellent customer service. I definitely recommend their services.

This is the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. As a single woman I have dealt with my share of scammers in town. They are super friendly and answered all my questions. I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they are not just out to make a buck. They even tried to find a lower cost on the parts for me. They definitely have a permanent customer here.

They take good care of me and my vehicles. Tracy is THE BEST. And so are the dedicated hard working mechanics. Ill continue to service through them as long as I am in IL.

Great People And took Care of my car and felt like i was well taken care of with a good price. ONLY knock I have, which this is not service related, is everyone was smoking inside and around the customers cars. When you walk in you have to go through that.

My experience with Erv and his staff(Tracy) was awesome. Submitted a email on their website on Sunday and received a call from Erv himself an hour later. My son attends college in Galesburg and Erv showed genuine concern for him being without transportation since we live a couple of hours away.They coordinated the towing and repair of my sons car and even offering him transportation to pickup his car after the repair was completed. Truly a positive experience and will utilize their services in the future. Excellent customer service!!!

Back in May I decided to get an oil leak fixed. A nurse I work with highly recommended Big Es, and I was not disappointed. I used their website to send a message about my problem, and later that day I got a call back. I brought my car in after leaving early from work one Friday afternoon, but soon after dropping it off, I got a call saying the engine was too hot, and it would take too long to cool down before they closed. I went back to the office, and the lady at the desk (I wish I could remember her name!) was very apologetic. She got me in for early that coming Monday morning and knowing I work in town just a few blocks away, she offered for me to use her car to get to work. I was absolutely floored and extremely grateful. I came back for my car during my lunch break, and my leak was fixed. She did communicate other concerns the mechanic had, and considering the age of my vehicle, theyre very sensible and understandable. I was also told the cost ahead of time, which I appreciated. Overall, despite the hiccups, my experience with them was very pleasant! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service!

Ok fellow Googlers Big Es is hands down amazing! The owner is the best very down to earth. The front desk receptions is very friendly and easy to talk to while your waiting. The techs are super knowledgable and keep you updated on whats going on with your vehicle. They really know thier stuff and the prices are very affordable. If you need anything done to your vehicle this is to me the only option. They all care about your car and your safety I just cant say enough. This is again the best auto shop for miles!
