Placing our reservation was very easy! We received a confirmation email, phone call as well as a follow-up before the items were picked up. Great operation!

Definately ride at this location. Unfriendly and cold. I gave 2 stars because they had the item I needed. However Sunbelt rentals right down the street has much better customer service.

Checked online for an item and when I show up to rent the equipment, I’m told they don’t rent that type of equipment. Employee wouldn’t even get up to talk and just told me to try another business. I again told them it’s available on their site for same day rental and he said no. Made no effort to see if another location had the equipment. Extremely poor customer service.

I asked the guy for a small favor if he could help me and blew me off all he did was tell me how stupid I could be to ask for help. Don’t rent from here there are better united rentals then here. This location is rude and disrespectful

I asked for a walk behind loader, a mini excavator and a stump grinder and they had none of them available. They sales rep told me that they do not rent those small items anymore.
