Garret at this facility has been instrumental at ensuring that we get the equipment that we need at exactly the time that the project requires it. He is prompt, professional, and for some reason answers his calls at 6 AM! Great assess for this company.

Ask for Garret!My wife and I are beginning a small project on our home here in Rockville Maryland, and we knew we needed a lift of some sort but were unsure of what kind. We went to the Sunbelt store in Gaithersburg with many questions and upon arrival, we were greeted by an energetic young man named Garret. We discussed our plans and he explained in great detail the different types of man lifts, the capabilities and what he thought was best for what we need to accomplish. Garret knows his stuff and he helped us out tremendously! Wonderful experience!

Bought a mini excavator...sent driver to pick it up and manager Brandon refuses to load or let my driver get the excavator after is paid for it. Scum bag guy. We have to involved police in order to get a product we paid for.

This place is close to my house when I need to rent something this where I go. I also fill my propane tanks here, they charge for the amount they fill so you can bring you tank and top it off. It feels like they fill it more than the exchange locations because the tank feels heavier the the exchange tanks.

So I get here at 11:26 after ordering scaffolding units and the guys take care of 2 people ahead of me. Then he says we can wait pass 12:01 for my box truck to load the pieces. He gives me an attitude and walks away. Why do they all have an attitude problem?
