Great service. Products arrive on time Their people are competent and courteous. Whats not to like?

I have had a business relationship with United Business Technologies (UBT) for short, going on 9 years. We have 3 Canon Imagerunners that we purchased from them and that they have serviced for the duration. The Technicians that service the machines are top notch and do such a good job that we have hardly any down time. Customer service representatives for service, supplies and billing are amazing! I cant wait to get my next machine and when I do, you can bet it will be from UBT!

I was very over charged for the copies. The first year was good rates then they moved me to market rates, which was a 353% increase over the life of the lease. If you go with this company have an attorney read the contract. They will stick it to you every chance they get. On the good side they did maintain the machine well. Read the reviews on this company before you sign on the dotted line or you will pay!Update on my review. Now UBT is trying to sue me in a court of law. I suspect it is due to this negative review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

UBT has been great to work with. Their systems allow for quick fixes and prompt service if necessary.

Its great when they tell you its 24/7 service and no one picks up the phone and they dont respond back to emails.

Ive had a bullet-proof experience with UBTI. Ordering supplies is a seamless experience and, on the rare ocassions Ive asked for service the techs arrive quickly, have the correct parts and a great attitude. I like everything about UBTI.
