Wow. If you’re shopping around for a body shop, look no further than Han’s Auto. I was in a hit-and-run accident (on the one-year anniversary of owning my car) and have never had to use my insurance to get repairs done on my dime. Han’s walked me through the steps (and contacted my insurance on multiple occasions to make sure things were properly handled) and kept in touch with me throughout the process. Company truck got into an accident and the front and back bumper received some damage. I heard about Hans Auto from a friend so I decided to give them a shot. Hans Auto exceeded my expectations, which were already high to begin with giving what my friend had told me about their shop. Paul took care of everything. Not only did he keep me involved in every step of the way by providing photos of the process and a day-to-day update on what they were working on, but the work itself is remarkable. The truck looks and feels much better than before. Its so hard to find a good and trustworthy mechanic nowadays. Luckily, now I have Hans Auto.

I decided to go to Hans because of the many good reviews, and I was NOT disappointed. Everyone was so nice and helpful.They allowed me to look under the car and explained everything that need to be done. Daniel gave me a picture print out of all the parts that needed to be ordered. They even went out of the way and looked up a part for my daughters car even though she lives in Seattle. They even offered to drive me home. I had to leave the car for several days, and they continued to call me to update me on the status of the parts. When I picked up the car, it was cleaned inside and out. I have found my forever body shop, but hope I will not need them in the future. Thank you Hans for your superior work.

All I can say is WOW. Some lady hit me and drove off in a parking lot, and honestly I should be thanking her because I got to work with this body shop. The bumper was all messed up when I left it with them, but I swear it looks better now than it ever has. Not only did they fix the bumper and match the pearl color perfectly, but they used something to make all of the black outer plastic look brand new AND they washed, waxed, and detailed the inside. Their customer service is also fantastic, they kept me posted throughout the process and picked me up when it was fixed. Hopefully I won’t get hit by anymore grocery store parking lot people, but if I do I’m definitely coming back here.

Very late to share my experience, but better now then never. I brought my car in for repairs in February of 2020. I did some good damage to the front from a rear end collision. I was very nervous coming into the shop with it being my first major accident and having no idea about cars and the repair process. Luckily, the front desk and Mr. Han were extremely helpful. They contacted my insurance company for me, the rental car center, then explained thoroughly what was wrong with my car and the repairs that were to take place. They delivered on their timeline and I was and still am extremely satisfied with their communication with me and workmanship on my car. They offered a complimentary buff and wash, which unfortunately timed awfully with the pandemic hitting so it was cancelled, but Im finally getting it done this month (Oct).Fast forward to Oct 2020 and I notice a part is hanging from under my car that I was informed was another impact caused by my Feb accident. They stick true to their warranty, and I came in and it was fixed free of charge. I appreciate it so much!I was quite surprised, though, when I went to ask a question about the part and if I should take any further action with it (if I should take it to my dealer which is also my servicing place to get oil changes and such), and asked due to my lack of knowledge on cars, and I was met with a response that came off very much that I asked a very unheard of question.I am very open about my lack of knowledge on cars, hence why I asked the question and happily came back to Hans due to a great experience before, so it was a bit out of place when I got that type reaction. This was my only negative experience with them, though! I hope I did not offend in any way by asking such a question, I just genuinely did not know what my next steps were and just wanted to take care of my car.Edit: I came in for a complimentary buff and wash the day after the events described above, and I had a very insightful and eye opening conversation with Mr. Han. He explained even further about the splash shield under my car to help me better understand, as well as explaining his business practice. Id like to clear up that he repaired my splash shield as a courtesy and it did not have to do with the warranty. They did an amazing job repairing my car the first time, and the damage was due to my own negligence, yet they still chose to repair my car free of charge. Again, I am astounded and satisfied with the care that this auto shop provides.Overall, I would always take my car here and again, I am very very satisfied with their work, integrity, communication, and workmanship. Dont second guess taking your car to Hans, especially if want to be kept informed about the process through and through! They are very thorough with their emails and updates to you.

I just picked up my Jeep Wrangler from Han’s Auto Body and I have to say they did an incredible job replacing the windshield and hood that was crushed from a large rock. Not only did they do an incredible job, they also advocated on my behalf with my insurance company when the insurance company tried to pay only for a much cheaper windshield.Paul at Hans was in constant communication with me during the time my car was in the shop, and also coordinated the pickup of my rental car which was a major help. When I showed up to pick up the car, it was washed and cleaned both inside and out. What a great touch!I couldn’t recommend Han’s anymore. Thanks for taking great care of my car.

Hans Auto checked off every box an auto repair shop could this past week when they restored my car. They were extremely fast and professional in reaching out to me to schedule. They also were incredibly detailed in describing what they would do to fix my car. Most shops I have dealt with in the past lack customer service when it comes to updates about my vehicle, but Hans Auto sent daily emails with pictures walking me through the process. My daughter damaged the bumper on her Honda. The my insurance company listed them as a preferred repair shop, as did I. Years ago they did an excellent job repairing my MX5, so I had not concerns with taking my daughters car there. Here is an example of how you will feel. Hans Auto Center is the place to go for your auto body & collision service needs! I have taken my car to them twice so far for service, my car looks brand new after the work they performed! Most recent service was when I had a minor parking deck blunder and needed to get the right side of my car repaired. They were prompt on providing a quote and very easy to work with. Paul provided daily updates via email/phone calls to keep me posted on the job. Hopefully I dont have anymore car dents/dinks, but if I do Ill definitely take it back to Hans!

I took my car in with a small dent on the driver side. They were very thorough and upfront about assessing the damage and explained what needed to be done. They gave me different options on and quotes with honest recommendations. I had gotten other quotes from other places, but Hans was very upfront and their attention to detail was unmatched. Have a 2020 Subaru with two areas of damage on the tailgate, one had already begun rusting. I first called Hans on a Friday to schedule an estimate and was told I could bring my car over right away. Paul did my estimate and emailed it to me within an hour, and also followed up with a phone call. Work was scheduled for Monday and car was ready mid-day Tuesday. I couldnt believe the efficiency. I also received multiple emails with before/during/after photos and updates. The paint job looks amazing and additionally they meticulously cleaned my entire car...inside too. I was told to bring it back in 2 weeks for another wash and wax. I couldnt have been happier with the professional, friendly service and most importantly the outcome. My husband had also taken his car to Hans for body work and paint a few years ago and was equally impressed.

I had an amazing experience at Han’s. After being ripped off by another service to repair a small dent/ding on my door, I called Han’s to get an estimate to repair the damage. They were able to see me within minutes (no appt necessary), assess the damage, provide an estimate, and got my on the schedule quickly. Got the estimate on Thursday and took Friday to get other estimates. We ended up going with Han’s and got on the schedule on Monday. They sent photos everyday of where they are in the process. They called me when my vehicle was ready for pickup and they walked me through everything that was done. My car was washed, waxed and vacuumed inside. James and Paul went above and beyond and I’ll be using them again.

I had a hit and run from parking lot, and I couldn’t get my insurance company to pay my repairs! They kept asking me different documents and were dragging the process. I decided to stop by this auto shop to get a new estimate because at that point, I was going to pay out of my pocket to fix the car. But, James here advocate me and file claims to insurance company to have it as uninsured motorist accident where I only have to pay 250(estimate to fix my car was around 2000). I was very grateful that they did that for me and needless to say, their repair was on point! I would recommend this body shop to anybody, its almost like its too good to be true but it is! My experience with Hans Auto Center was fast and hassle free. When I came in to get an estimate, James was very honest with me. He went through all the possible repairs they would have to make like which parts would have to be replaced and what kind of paint job they would have to do. In addition, he noticed that my tire pressure lights were on. Apparently, my tire pressure was too high. He was nice enough to deflate some tires and reset that for me! That was so nice of him! I was sent here by my insurance company due to a rear end collision, and experienced the best customer service from James, Denise and all the other phenomenal employees. This beingmy first accident and unsure of what to do not only did James personally drive me to the rental company to pick up the car so they could begin work immediately, he also helped return the car as well. The repair was phenomenal James went out of his way to ensure my insurance company replaced the damage as opposed to repair to prevent long term issues. I was updated daily with pictures and phone calls about the status of my car but they also deep cleaned the car and added a fresh clear coat polish that had my baby looking like it just left the lot. Quite possibly the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. My car looked pretty awful coming into the shop but when I came back to pick it up I was astounded by how it looked better than new. I have been coming to Hans auto body for years for almost everything. They are very meticulous in the work they complete and very honest with you. They document everything by taking before, during, and after photos and will send you continuous updates on the car. Recently, our car got rear ended at the traffic light and we knew where to take the car to for repairs. The person that hit my car wanted to pay out of pocket instead of using the insurance. Hans Auto did a great job providing him all details information about the repairs. Getting a car repairs after an accident can be very stressful, but not when you take your car to Hans Auto. They take care of all the paperwork either with the insurance or the individual, and you always get a call from the shop on the status of the repairs. The staffs are friendly, professional, and very patience in answering all our questions. All we did were drop off the car and pick up car when its done. Needless to say we were very happy with the repairs and we feel like we were picking up a brand new car. I would highly recommend Hans Auto for all your body work repairs.

This company did an excellent job on my vehicle. They repaired the car and keep in touch with me every step. They communicated with me and there were no surprises. I knew exactly what it would cost before they did the work. They even cleaned the car inside very well. Excellent company.

My car had a collision with another car at the end of October 2017. All of the side airbags were exploded and two doors and bumpers were also heavily damaged. It was an accident resulting from my fault and I was a foreigner here, so I was frustrated how to proceed insurance and repair. Meanwhile my friend introduced me to Hans auto, which eventually turned out that it was a great choice. They not only helped with car problems, but also provided a lot of advice and help with car rentals and insurance coverage during the repair period. All the staff were so friendly (Especially thanks James, Denis, Jessica and Mr. Han). They had updated the progress for me at the every steps with photos. The repair has not only looked at the exterior but also the invisible damage inside, so I can continue to ride the car with confidence. I strongly recommend this auto shop to everyone!!

I want to start out by saying my experience with the service Hans Auto provided has been extraordinary.My family just picked up minivan from Hans Auto Center that had to get dent/scuff/scratched fixed on passenger side of siding door & bumper. Not only they took care of the area of issues mentioned, they also went above and beyond to take care of other issues, as well as totally cleaning the inside the van. They also took their time to explain other common issues they have experienced with my minivan model that could potentially happen in the future as a heads up so I can make a decision whether to keep it or sell it. Right there then, I knew I was dealing with very honest company, top to bottom, and was incredibly lucky to have found this company.I wouldnt hesitate a bit to go back to Hans Auto should I need to get body service done, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend people around me to Hans.

My experience with Hans Auto Center was nothing less than superb. Had a branch fall on my truck and damage my passenger rear view mirror which at the time I thought was just mirror replacement. Found Hans on the internet and saw good reviews. Took my truck to them and they thoroughly went over it and found that it was much more than just mirror replacement, thankfully. Helped me through the insurance steps, got me in quickly and did a fantastic job on the repair. When they were finished the truck looked brand new as they threw in cleaning and a wax job. Could not have been happier. Also they were great people to work with. Thanks for the great service!!

Paul is awesome and super friendly. They provided an ultra high quality service and kept me updated through the entire process. Took meticulous pictures of everything and documented everything with precision and great detail. Always answered my questions and very patient with me.

Mr. Han was outstanding! I brought in my Mercury Sable to have rust removed from the side of the vehicle. Mr. Han completed the work in a speedy professional manner and painted the car perfectly with the original color. Mr. Han surprised me by washing, waxing, polishing my car and doing a deep vacuum cleaning inside without me even asking him. I will most definitely bring my car back to him in the future when more work needs to be done on it. THANK YOU MR. HAN!!!

Even though Hans Auto Body didn’t work on my car due to it being deemed a total their expertise and professionalism has gained them a new customer. It was a special touch that when I asked to keep the logo of my car they were kind enough to give it to me.

From beginning to end, my service was GREAT! When bringing in my car to get repaired, they had my rental and everything ready to go. Not only was it ready to go, I had someone drive me over there to go get it. Each week I was receiving daily email and text updates. Everything was clearly stated and it got finished in a decent amount of time! THEY ARE GREAT! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! My car looked brand new, like it never got hit. The wax and paint job was spectacular, very shiny and clean. Thank you all again!

My 2016 MDX was hit by a piece of flying rock, which made a ~2 diameter dent on the driver side of the hood. I took the car to Hans Auto Center for a free estimate and thats when I began to be impressed by this company. The guy who did the estimate is a member of the family business. He was careful, thorough, professional and polite. Because the quote was very reasonable, I decided to move forward for the work. They were able to squeeze me in in a few days. Once I took the car in for repairs, they offered me a ride home. Not long after my returning home, I began to receive emails with over 50 photos, carefully depicting the new and old damages of the whole car. The production manager gave me a status call the same day and the day after, requesting my permission to purchase a seal and associated pins for the hood. The repair was done on day 3. I was picked up from home to the shop. There my MDX was shining like new ready for me. This is by far the most exceptional and positive experience that I have ever had working with the staff of an auto body shop. They are true professionals! I definitely will be a return customer.

If its even possible for there to be a silver lining for a car accident, Hans Auto Center is it. Their work is the best that I have experienced. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a high quality repair from a trustworthy group of professionals. They are truly a cut above. For starters, they remove each affected piece of your car and arrange them all around the vehicle in the order of removal so as to create an exploded view of the damaged area. This makes it a more straightforward task to identify possibly hidden damage. Photographs can then be shared with you and insurance personnel throughout the duration of the repair. Replacement parts are carefully inspected, and this is the amazing part, reordered from alternative sources if necessary. Im not certain how many repair shops are this thorough, but this the only time I have ever had this happen.We learned of Hans through the recommendation from a friend with experience within the automotive industry. Reputable advice is not always that easy to come by, and we were fortunate to receive it. I would like to add my own small vote of confidence to a growing list of satisfied customers. Thanks!

The entire staff here makes their best effort to go above and beyond what you would normally expect from any auto service store/dealer. Was involved in an accident. Made an appointment with them, dropped off car, they called Enterprise to pick me up. Starting next day, received strip down email with pictures of what the current damages are. They clearly marked the car with any damages. Then every 1-2 days received more pictures with updates and pictures of what the car looks like that day. Also James Yu called me almost every single day to keep me informed on ETA of completion. Never once was I worried about when I can expect to get my car back. End results were fantastic!! Car looks better than before the accident, they are like magicians with body and paint. Super friendly staff, welcoming and professional atmosphere, results were superb also. Cant ask for anything else. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs body work.

A car that my mom was gonna lend me had a few problems with it, so we took it in here and they quickly assessed the problems with it and got every detail that needed to be fixed. The staff were very nice, and in a few days when we got the car back it looked great and they completely fixed all the parts that the staff said they would fix with great quality.

Had a tire blow out that tore up the back and side of my car. We received daily updates (phone, email, tons of photos) so we knew exactly what was going on with the repairs, and the car was done much faster than I expected. They cleaned the inside of my car and even delivered the car to my home when the work was completed. James and the entire staff were so nice. If you are in the DC area Hans is the obvious choice, they will go above and beyond for you!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Han’s. They were kind and courteous throughout the entire process.
