The service is hit-or-miss depending on who is working that day.Stu is incredibly friendly, timely, and professional.The guy that looks like a mini Danny Trejo...not so much. If I was dying in front of him I dont think he would even flinch.

We had a 4:30 appointment for four new tires and an alignment. We arrived early, and John (manager on duty) told us the tech (the only one working) was on a dinner break but they’d be done with the car around 6, when they close. We went to get coffee, and about an hour later, John called to say that the tech wasn’t back yet and they’d not be able to work on the car. I asked him to call the next closest Mr. Tire and see if they could do the work since they didn’t close till 8. He called us back a few minutes later to say that the tech had returned and our car would be finished tonight, even though it meant they stayed open past closing time. We returned to the shop at 6:10, the tires were done and the alignment was started. We left at 6:45. John was nothing short of gracious, and kept us apprised. We left satisfied, with new tires, an aligned car, and felt like we were treated fairly and kindly. Thanks, John!

I’m 17 years old and just got a car, it’s used so it’s not perfect of course. I brought it in for a tire rotation and a man named Issac helped me and he was very nice and helped me with everything since this is my first time coming in for a car, especially by myself. Customer service is great! Definitely recommend coming in!

I had an amazing experience today! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 8am and arrived around 8:10am. Even though I was late my car was finished before 9:00am. Stu was extremely friendly and let me know where I could find a beverage if needed. I decided to do some work while I was waiting and he told me to inform him if the TV was a distraction and needed to be turned down (which it was not). The shop was clean as usual and there was a place for me to sit comfortably. When my car was finished he let me know that all looked good and explained the break down of the evaluation and we had some small talk about my car. A few customers came in and out of the shop and Stu greeted them immediately and showed the same friendliness and respect for the other customers as he did for me. I have been a customer of this shop for a few years and this has been one of my best experiences so far. Keep up the great work!

All the mechanics are wonderful but the manager really knows how to take care of a customer. They worked on my brakes when I had my car in there until those brakes were perfect.when I purchased a new car recently that was used I took it to this Mr. tire and Im glad I did. Took a U turn too tight, popped a tire directly in front of the tire store. They were very thoughtful and even discussed the advice with my husband on the phone so it could be an intelligent conversation. My mates and I were back on the road in less than an hour.

Called in to find out if they could do an oil change on my car last minute - the manager was friendly and told me to bring it right in. Rob worked on my car and found a nail in my tire while preforming his walk around. Prices are fair and service is great. Seating area is clean and well kept. Will be returning!

I was referred to Currys Auto from a good friend. I contacted them to discuss my options for tires on my 2013 Volvo S60. Paula was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me decide which tires were best given my car and preferences. Since I live close-by, I drove there to have them take a quick look at my car for other service I will need. The shop is super clean and I was immediately greeted. I scheduled an appointment this week and will follow up my review with my actual service experience. Also, the price I was given is the best (I did my research before I called). So far, so great! Service has been great my car was first to get in and the first to get out. Stu took care of me helped measure my tires and gave all the information I needed moving forward. My car is good shape. I would definitely recommend this place. My suggestion would be to make an appointment online.

Friendly and accommodating staff that doesnt try to over sell you. Ive taken my car there three times and have always walked away paying a fair price and sometimes even less than what I thought it would be. They even gave me a ride home when I had to leave the car there overnight. Stu has been extremely helpful!

I had an alignment done amongst some other things and I must say that I love this shop. They are fair with their prices and the mechanics are AWESOME. They are very trust worthy and I never feel like I have been taken advantage of like I do if I was to take my car to the dealer. My mechanic Laquan is the best. He is VERY passionate about what he does, and Stew is AWESOME. Excellent customer service and he is very easy to talk to. Whenever I need something done to my car, this will be my go to spot for everything.

Went to this Mr.Tire just to get an oil change. Took a long time but they gave me $10 off which was fine. The problem I have is that they proceeded to tell me that my breaks were in a dire need of change so they advised me to come back as soon as I could. I appreciated the concern. The kicker is I had my uncle, who is a mechanic, to check it so he could change my breaks.. and my breaks were fine! Mind you this was going to be a $300+ repair if I had Mr. Tire “fix” it. Highly disappointed in the deception. I really hope it wasn’t because I am a women. Either way I’m never coming back

Trust me, the wait time is worth it. Stu and the mechanics are amazing. They are busy sometimes and you may have to be patient. The quality of service is outstanding and they take the time to explain what’s going on and physically show you what the problem is. I’m a fix-it-yourself kind of person, but I trust these guys with my mechanical issues. 5 stars all day. Thanks Stu!

I called in the morning at 8:00am for an oil change, dropped the car off by 10:00am and picked it up by 4:00 on my way home. Mr Tires services is quick efficient and thorough. i’m very pleased and i will be returning for my auto service needs.

Fixed my two tires that had nails in them in less than 1 and half hours! Everyone at this location is incredibly nice and helpful. They explained all my options and were upfront about prices and what they would be able to do. I highly recommend this location!!

I thought the request was the actual appointment, but instead of clarifying my confusion, the clerk denied receiving the request at all, and suggested I check with the nearby Mr. Tire. I was told to calm down when I showed him the confirmation email from his shop, yet my business was summarily dismissed.I cant see how such a poorly run shop and quick-tempered staff can get perfect reviews; that seems too good to be true.

Spoke on the phone with Stu to set up an appointment to check a sound coming from my vehicle. After dropping off the vehicle, he gave me a call telling me the brakes were bad and that was causing the noise. He also noticed I was due for an oil change and talked over the options with me. He explained clearly what the problems were and offered a fair price to fix them. He had my vehicle back to me by the end of the day. I would recommend his services to others.

I went to a different Mr. Tire location who could not repair my flat tire and sent me to their other location down the street. Unbeknownst to me, that location required an appointment. The manager Stu then graciously accepted me and repaired the tire himself. Despite the short staff that morning, rush of customers with appointments and without, high volume of phone calls, I witnessed a well poised and professional manager manage it all with such ease, and still continue to repair my tire in between the rush to get me to work as quickly as possible without risking quality of customer service. I came in for an emergency flat tire repair and now I leave as a loyal customer and will be returning for all of my car maintenance needs and refer everyone I know.

I was on the road and experienced a flat tire. Luckily Mr. Tire was right around the corner. My tire was completely bald so there was no fixing but he recommended a new tire at a good price and got it installed within 20 mins. Real happy with the quick service and thanks for saving the day. Called them at 3:45PM on a Wednesday and was able to bring in 4 tires I had bought on Amazon for a mount/balance. Cost was $110 total including shop fees and disposal fees. Everything was done by 6PM and the new tires were mounted properly with uniform PSI across all 4 in accordance with factory specs on the door jamb. Really couldnt ask for anything more seeing as how this was not a scheduled appointment, Stu was very helpful and didnt try to sell me anything other than what I asked for. My only true complaint was that the price was a little high but it was a no pressure sales situation and I wanted it done right then and there so thats on me.

I showed up at 7:00 am according to the hours posted online (liked that they were open early). However, their shop actually opens at 7:30 am. The shop personnel I saw and talked to said their mechanics were not even going to show up until 8:30 am and because of that their schedule for that day was messed up. He told me to come another time. I ended up taking my car elsewhere.

I received quality service. I got in and out within a reasonable time. I will use them again.

The manager,Mr. Aguilar , is great and will work with you to ensure that you are well taken care of.Make sure you set up an appointment to help expedite the process. It’s not a surprise that it gets busy because people know that this is a quality establishment.Prices are competitive and quality technicians. Big or small issues they will make sure that you drive away with your car fixed.

Very helpful to my girlfriend and I when we came in riding on a donut after blowing a tire. Chris explained everything in a way that made us comfortable and so we understood we werent getting ripped off or anything. He got us out the door with new tires in less than two hours from when we walked in the door, on a Saturday morning too. Later she went back and he diagnosed a few issues with her car, and suggested splitting up the repair to make it manageable for her budget and free time. Fantastic service, price, and convenience.

I have used this shop for a long time and I have never been disappointed. Here is what drew me to the store: the Manager, his name is Stu. He means business- he is not your typical charming manager but he honestly and sincerely cares. Though I don’t interact with his staff, I am sure they deserve as much credit for without them, the store wouldn’t be what it is. I don’t usually leave reviews but I don’t know how else to recommend this store.

My appointment went missing but the shop was still able to take me in and start work on my vehicle immediately. The manager was able to handle many phone calls, 3 walk-ins, and 1 appointment with only 1 mechanic on hand. He stayed cool under pressure, showed respect to everyone, and did his best to accommodate.

Got an oil change today. As soon as I got here I was greeted and was helped out fairly quickly . The customer service here is great . Friendly staff and got a quick oil change . Would recommend to anyone who is in need of any work on their vehicle. 👍

Stu was very helpful and flexible when I walked in to have an oil change done. He didnt mind that I used a coupon. When he called me later, he let me know about my brake issue (which has been recurring) and was helpful when I asked him more questions about it. Will come back!

Had my first oil change here after I was ripped of by midas multiple times. The owner at this location is extremely nice and helpful. Oil change here is reasonably priced and they offer free checks on your car as well. Will definitely come again.

Great customer service by Stu. They got my oil change and tire rotation done in a timely fashion. They were able to take my car in upon arrival even though I was late for my appt.
