I started going hear based on recommendations from two friends who take all of their vehicles ranging from Buicks, Dodge, BMW, to Audi. I was skeptical as i have an Mitsubishi Evo and not everyone like to work on them. I have now been to this shop twice and this second time had quite a bit of work done. The first time was having a full exhaust (motor back) and Ronaldo gave me a great price on that and did excellent work.This second time I took it to him as I had gone to several shops and been given the run around about what was wrong with my car and some outrageous prices for repairs and been told to do repairs I knew I didnt need. Ronaldo diagnosed my car and called me before doing any work and told me exactly what was wrong, which was what I though and told him when I had come in.He put new tires on my car for a GREAT price, did an oil change, changed the spark plugs, and a tiered end. Plus he did a trans service and repaired my transfer case which many shops other than the dealership dont even like to touch and cant even get the part for. He kept me in the loop all along the way while my car was being repaired and was COMPLETELY HONEST with me about everything!This for sure is my shop now on! If you want and honest shop with good pricing and quality work AR is the place to go!

I have been here a couple of times now for only oil change. This place has a small, but cozy waiting area with a nice selection of tea and coffee. It usually takes about 30-45 mins for oil change, which I thought was reasonable. If they find any other issues during oil change, they bring it to your attention and tell you how much it would cost. They also email you the quote for any services they recommend along the receipt for oil change, which was nice. I havent had any other services done at this place, but I will be back for oil change.

I am lucky to have found a shop that I trust that is also close to where I live. I never felt like this place was trying to ‘strongly suggest’ fixes that I didn’t need. I’ve taken my car into this shop about three times and none of those fixes were related to the previous fix - in other words, I didn’t feel like bringing in my car brought on other, mysterious problems.ARautoPRO calls me to tell me what parts they’re going to order BEFORE ordering parts & starting any fixes. Overall I feel like customer service at this shop is transparent/full disclosure, honest, and detail oriented. I especially appreciate the latter part - whenever I ask, they explain the how, why, where, and what. Having gone to other service stations in my time I’ll also tell you that prices at ARautoPRO are reasonable.I am impressed with the quality of the actual repairs as well as the customer service. I don’t know how this little shop does it all. I mean - I’ve brought my car into the shop without an appointment because of the time of day that I experienced the problem but still, my car wasnt at the shop for a week (and yes that’s happened at other places in the area). I don’t know how they do it all day in and day out. Great job! Thank you so much.

Nice place for quick servicing/repairs. Appointments are generally recommended to check if they carry your cars parts. They let you drop off outside working hours. So far, Ive had good experiences with this place to get my oil changes done.

Working with ARAutoPro is a pleasure. A quick look around shows that they have tools and knowledge to work on most any car import or domestic. Ron is great at communicating expectations to customers.

Excellent shop & service! My first experience with ARautoPRO was for a check-engine light - they identified the problem and took the initiative to determine that the repair was covered under warranty. They even coordinated with the local dealer to have the problem fixed (without charge). Subsequent visits have been for routine maintenance and Ive always been happy with the service and never felt that I was being oversold for unnecessary maintenance. Great shop!

I think its fair to say they treat you like family at ARautoPRO. I needed a bumper replaced with a pretty mangled driver-side rear panel, and they made it like new. I bring all my cars there, and I know even though the news isnt always good, its always honest and fair. Id recommend them to anyone.

One of the best auto shops in the MD area period! Ive been to many shops, and none of them compare to ArAutoPro. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and know exactly what theyre doing. Their prices are very fair and you can expect nothing but the best. They also finish the cars in a timely manner. Im a new Maryland resident and was looking for a place to have my car State-inspected. Because I am new, I relied heavily on reviews to help me decide where to go. ARautoPRO had great reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Called them up around 11:30 in the morning, but no one answered. The next day, I requested an appointment through their website, but no one ever got back to me that way either.On the third attempt, I decided to give them one more call. This time someone answered. I told them what I needed and Ive never felt so rushed off the phone in my life. They told me it would take between 5-6 hours to do a state inspection on my car. I was taken aback by that length of time, and they recommended a car rental place I could use if I didnt want to wait around that long. I decided okay, Ill do it, but instead of just making the appointment with me over the phone, they told me to call the rental company first and then call them back. Why? What I need is the inspection, not a rental car--I can worry about that later. I mean, its not like I had to decide whether or not I wanted, or needed, the inspection!Feeling frustrated, I called someplace else. This other place also had glowing reviews AND they charged significantly less than ARautoPRO for State inspection, AND it will only take 1 hour instead of SIX hours!! Therefore, I can just wait instead of having to pay extra for a rental car so that I can go home. Moreover, this other place offered to give me a ride home and pick me up if I didnt want to wait! Even if was only an hour! Now THAT is customer service!ARautoPRO may live up to all the reviews, but I will never know because they were clearly not interested in earning my business. It worked out for the best though, because their awful customer service was the catalyst in my finding a much better, more reasonably priced (and timed) repair shop.

I experienced outstanding customer service at ARautoPRO. I found ARautoPro though a recommendation and am so glad I did. The owner Ronaldo took time and was extremely helpful with explaining what needed to be done to my car and the work that was done. My car had to stay their, so they were nice enough to contact a car rental place for me, which was above and beyond what any other place has done for me before. Super expensive !!!! They made me a quote for $ 1,600.00 and something more, they also told me that I had to change the windshield and I only had a clog in the drains. I took it to my previous workshop, they fixed it for $ 500.00 and I dont even want to think how much more I have paid for the repair of my other car for which they charged me $ 1,657.00. I am extremely mortified and disappointed. Costs too overvalued. Moral you always have to ask for two opinions before trusting.
