I purchased a new car as a custom factory order earlier this year. Dennis was my sales advisor, and did an excellent job helping me navigate through entire process. The hardest part of the whole thing was the wait. I had not realized all the steps and events that had to occur to get it built and shipped here from England.The car is exactly what I had hoped for. The hardest part is putting it away at the end of the day. Everyone at the dealership were very courteous and professional. Probably one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had.

My wife and I are in the market for a used car and were thinking MINI might be a fun option, so we made an unscheduled stop at MINI of Montgomery County. The facilities are as nice as one would expect from a MINI dealership. Everyone was professional and courteous. We worked with Chris on a busy Saturday afternoon. He was attentive and professional and addressed all of our questions quickly/adequately. He had competing scheduled appointments, so he coordinated with another team member to facilitate additional test drives. My wife didnt find what she was looking for this time; but that is the nature shopping for used automobiles, I think. Well continue to keep MINI of Montgomery and our sales contact, Chris, in mind as we shop.

My wife and I bought a Mini Cooper in December 2019 for our daughter (Christmas present) and was referred to Chris Manley by a friend. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles I looked at and was nice to work with during the entire process. The day we went in to buy the car he went over the entire car with my wife who wasn’t with me during the first visit. Chris offered to go over the car with our daughter at her convenience which we hope to do when she gets her license later this month. I would highly recommend both Chris and Mini of Montgomery for anyone looking for a Mini.
