Unfortunately the FedEx was a terrible experience.3 boxes were delivered to me Nov 22 and they had large holes, corners were missing and boxes were totally bent and ruined. I took them to try to send them back to the sender. They told me I had to pay $50 per box. This is made 10 times worse because I was originally trying to re-send them back to Puerto Rico, where we have no electricity at all, and our neighborhood (Vieques) won’t have electricity for 4 or 6 more months. So much for empathy and charity. Not one ‘let me see if I can help you’. The items were propane stoves

I had spent the entire day with Fedex on the phone to make sure my package was on hold before I made it to my flight. But this particular location had a broken computer system for the day. Went to pick up my on hold package to be told it’s “out for delivery.” I had a flight and needed that package. They tried to be accommodating, but the truck driver said he was on break, and couldn’t do anything right now. Nothing could be done about my package that I had specifically called Fedex about THREE times already to check that it was, in fact, on hold. It wasn’t.

I was having trouble with a package where I needed to sign, but my schedule wasnt working out. The two women working this morning were incredibly nice and gave me solid options and offered help. Was able to finally get my package today, they got in touch with the driver. Thank you!

Had only things ready to go. Nope no hassle with picking everything up and let me hang out there at the center until my ride showed up so that I can load the boxes in Holland all over to Walmart for some displays that I had to set up for a marketing company. No problems no hassle hello issues. This is why I love FedEx. Im sure would have been so hassle pivot UPS or the US Postal Service.

Strange, i arrived with a box in my hand and i was asked if im ready to drop it off, i said well kindof but need to print a label. i was told they cant do that here, go to another location. i dropped to my knees in despair as the fedex person began to write the directions to my next fedex location where they could help me. I kindly asked if there was any way they could take this package here, then i was informed to fill out a waybill. things went well after that. communications with customer could be better.

Anytime I have to return parts to a vendor who uses FedEx, this is where I go without hesitation. No charge for tape like some UPS stores do which I find to be utterly ridonkulous! Just sayin. That alone sets them apart, trust me. I ship hundreds of packages per year with provided return labels from our customers, and this FedEx store is hands down the fastest, most reasonable and unridonkulous of them all.I guarantee it.

I had to ship eclipse glasses to my son (who could not find any in the D.C. area!) over night. I found out that delivery on Sunday is pretty much limited to Amazon and I had to go to the main Fed Ex center to get the glasses there by Monday morning. The man who took care of this was excellent. He was very helpful and reassuring. It did cost $39 (son to pay), but when you want something done fast, it can be worth it.

I always have encountered great employees and service. I LOATHE their parking lot though. There are never enough spaces and the lot and the entrances are very small and tight. A lot of times drivers (FedEx and customers both) will end up blocking someone in or making it really hard for others to get in and out. I avoid this place whenever possible, but it is nice to have a center semi locally for us to use when we need it.

I have daily shipments that FEDEX is supposed to pick up daily at my business. Drivers will routinely either not stop by or will knock real quick and run off before we have a chance to answer. It seems to be a routine thing that I have to call them to ensure theyll do their job.

Excellent customer service. I was waiting for a very important package to come in and the sender forgot to place my apartment number on it so it was not able to be dropped off. They were able to track down the driver and were getting it delivered to me that day. They then called me back to inform me that the package was at there facility because the driver had already been back. I was able to pick it up the day it was supposed to be delivered. Excellent communication from their customer service to me and the woman Lisa that worked there was very helpful and pleasant over the phone.

They delivered my package to a location that was random and did not let me know that they delivered it there. I have to go down there twice and at the beginning they appeared not to know even the address of where the package was dropped off. These were secure financial documents and required a signature by the shipper

Worst FedEx location Ive ever been to. I ship multiple times a day across Florida and can honestly say these people are the worst. Attitudes flying with customers, wont accept ground after 5pm, super rude with explaining why, etc. Never will I come back to this location, and my corporate company will be contacting your corporate offices to advise you guys need retraining and customer service help

I was told by the FedEx customer service phone representative that I could pick up my package from this local facility. However, after driving 30 minutes to the facility, the lady at the counter told me she was the only person working there and would not be able to look for my package for an hour and a half! Needless to say, I had to drive home empty handed and only hope they can figure out how to deliver my package tomorrow.Very poor customer service and horrible business practice, the management should properly staff the facility to be able to serve their customers.

FEDEX IS THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED!!! There drivers are just completely LAZY. I have an online store and receive packages daily. EVERYTIME I have something shipped through fedex the day it’s supposed to arrive I will get a notice saying the package could not be delivered because the driver did not have a access code for the gate. 1st of all I DO NOT live in a gated community and there is NO gates period! The drivers are just too LAZY To drive through the complex and find the correct lot number so they just say it couldn’t be delivered and go on to the next DELIVERY! So my package goes back to fedex and does not get delivered for another day or 2. This has been an on going issue I’ve called fedex everytime it’s happened I’ve spoke to managers and made complaints but NONE of them seem to care nor do anything to resolve this ONGOING issue. They say we will take care of it to get you off the phone. Then the following week once again your package is late due to negligent drivers! I spend too much money shipping and receiving annual to be treated like this! I HIGHLY recommend not to ship anything time sensitive with fedex! Ups and usps are the way to go they seem to care about there customers as well as value there customers opinions and problems.

Driver woke me at 11:44 pm on 4/2/20. When I got to front door the envelope he left was for my next door neighbor. Delivery from Chewy arrived at12:26 am on 4/7/20. These hours are unacceptable for deliveries unless requested by the recipient.

I had a really bad experience today at the Fedex ship center. The woman must of either had a bad day or shouldn’t be working customer service. She made no attempt in helping me with mypackage, I felt like I was the one working at Fedex. The manager was awesome and she helped but this lady was straight rude andcondescending, I didnt get her name but she had blonde hair. If you dont like helping people, get a new job....you dont show up at work and do the bare minimum and expect people to just accept it.

This Fed Ex distribution center in Gainesville Florida has indicated an overnight package was delivered to the front desk of my hotel with an actual signature when it was still on the truck. The driver attempted to deliver the next day however I had already checked out of the hotel. For over 12 hours Fed Ex could not track my package and told me I need to question the manager of the hotel or check other hotels in the area. I wasted my time and money trying to locate a package that my email and every CS representative confirmed it was delivered when it wasnt. Its been a huge inconvenience that an overnight package will now take 5 days! And by the way it was my replacement phone that I was expecting. Traveling without a phone was just another annoyance. FedEx offers no explanation only that they are sorry.

Their shipping is so slow usps and ups are so much quicker I have a package that arrived in orlando yesterday (friday) but yet ths tracking number is saying it wont make it out for delivery in gainesville until tuesday. How does a 2 hour trip take 4 days for them. Ive always had issues with how slow their delivery is.

If i could do no stars ,i would. I paid for rack rooms 15 dollar 2 day shipping ,i ordered shoes on wensday. I didnt get any status updates so i called rack room warehouse to see whats going on ,because i know schools starting soon and im sure theyre super busy. But she told me they would be here today ,got home a t 10pm and they are not here. Checked fed ex tracking and it says all 3 pair if shoes will be here on tuesday. And that my packages where picked up from georgia and taken to Tennessee....i live in FLORIDA!! So yes this really makes me mad. This is not towards gainsevilles fed ex ,this is towards the idiots that took my stuff the opposite way. I havent had new shoes in over a year and paid 154 dollars on 3 pairs of nikes to treat myself, but this is why i love ups!!!:)

I had a package that was scheduled to be delivered on 8/29/16 by 4:30pm that next day shipping was paid for. Around 5:30 after the package had not been delivered I contacted Fedex and was told that the driver got delayed and that the package would be delivered by 8:00pm. I then asked to speak to a manger to get an ETA because I had someone waiting at my home all day on this package and I needed to let them know how much longer it would take. I was told by the supervisor that she would send a message out to the driver for an ETA and she would give me a call back as soon as she received a response. After not receiving a response I again placed another call to Fedex and was told that the driver could not deliver my package because he had to return to the office before they closed at 6:45pm. I am very furious about this situation and cannot understand why a driver would be allowed to return to the office without fulfilling all of his deliveries especially the ones that were paid to be delivered on that day! This is not acceptable and also if it is protocol for a driver to be back at the office before it closes why wasnt I notified of this by the supervisor why was I told that my package would be delivered by 8:00pm if they knew the local office closed at 6:45pm and the driver would have to be back by that time. I also never received a call back with this information as I was told by the supervisor that I would! I understand things happen but the miscommunication and lack of follow through by the FedEx driver and representatives is unacceptable! At this point I am very dissatisfied with Fedex and will not be using them in the future and will request all of my packages be shipped UPS even if it cost me out of pocket!!!

Ordered 1 day shipping one Wednesday it was delivered on Friday, however driver neglected to drop off the package. Now I cant recieve my package until Monday. I can see now USPS or UPS is the only way to go

Package from Houston Texas made it to Jacksonville Florida and then should have made it to Gainesville Florida by 2nd day. What does FedEx do next, divert the package back to Austin Texas. Still waiting.

Twice in 1 week they did NOT deliver my package. Don’t know where it is and could not find out where the driver left it. Address is plainly marked on the large mailbox in front of our home. FedEx was once THE carrier to go to but they are becoming like UPS - they don’t care about the customer.
