High stress, not very well thought out process, and very high demand of the drivers. Impressed for the drivers that take on the daunting task of working for this company, because I simply could not work for them due to the companies lack of concern for their employees! I mean absolutely zero concern or care for their pawns. Actually chess prices are treated better!!

I applied to work night shifts from Tuesdays-Fridays. When I selected this shift, it said that there were FOUR slots left. I went to the new hire appointment to take my badge picture and complete the I9 forms as well as take a drug test. I was scheduled to start on the 17th of August. My background check and drug test went well and I was scheduled to work those days. I have been waiting for an email to confirm my start date. After calling Amazon support, they informed me that the SHIFT WAS FULL AND THAT IS WHY I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION ON AMAZONS PART! They told me to choose another shift which is from Fridays-Mondays. They claim to be flexible but I cannot work on Sundays due to religious obligations.

I had a 3pm appointment today. I get here 40 minutes early and I had to request off of work and they said everything was cancelled for today after I got here. Very unprofessional.
