As an employee of this business for many years it saddens me to see that people would have the audacity to create fake reviews. My suggestion is if you need support, give us a call and form your own opinion.

Is my computer fixed yet? It has been 8 business days and you are not returning my calls. I hate to make this public but you are not leaving me any other option.Reading the other comments it is now clear this is not new. You are keeping property and not answering the phone or emails.

I understand Covid has created labor shortages but not responding after three days of voicemails is not acceptable.

Had my laptop for over two weeks, picked it up, and when I went home it does the same thing of power on and then immediately shut down. I have lost a weeks worth of work. It would have been cheaper to go to Sams and buy a new laptop.

At 70 years old, a little wary about taking my computer to a shop for repair, however took my older computer to ATS Tech Solutions is in a kind way a hole in the wall...within 24 hours and at a cost of less than a $100, they had my computer up and running. Joel fixed my computer, clean up the five years of dust inside, explained exact what he did and answer my questions about upgrading. The people there are friendly and professional- I feel very comfortable recommending them

Avoid at all costs! Did not respond for 5 days and our business was completely down. Had to use another provider to fix our issue.

Scheduled to come onsite to fix a virus. Never showed up. No call. 100% unreliable.

Had a computer emergency recently when my hard drive got fried due to a power surge and I was super worried that all my files would be lost. The computer specialist there named Joe assured me that he would do everything capable to save my files and bring my computer back from the dead. He listened to all of my concerns and was very patient. In the end it all worked out and he saved all of my files and put them on a brand new hard drive bringing my computer back to life and better than ever. Great service and a great price for the work. Thank you guys so much.

Will not be renewing my contract.Long wait times, repeated delays on projects, rude service by female in the office. Too many repetitive issues to list.Señor Madigan should focus on being a good manager and manage his contract instead of making frivolous claims from people who are harto.

Nothing but the best. Received the Ransom virus and my money was not going to anyone but to a good humm no A GREAT IT specialist. ATS was it. Jake is very attentive to what I was asking, he gave me excellent advice on what to do. It was worth every penny and the price was more than eye opening. More than cost competitive.
