This is the most awesome IT company in North Central Florida. It has a very knowledgeable office manager that is promptly with schuldling. There is no job to big or to small, they installed two surveillance systems that were very low cost. I recommend them to everyone that is in need of IT services.

My office has used CNE for probably close to 15 years. Although Ive officially retired from my FT position, I still work PT remotely for the firm. Recently I had to upgrade to Windows 10 to be able to continue to work from home. I ordered the PC from CNE and they installed it at my house. Josh was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. I was feeling very apprehensive about the difference between 7 and 10 but he explained everything and made sure that I could remote in and print from home. I took my laptop there to try to recover crashed hard drive on a Tuesday. They said it might be 2 days to fix. On Thursday they said they were copying the data to a new hard drive and it would take a while. II had questions for the technician but was not allowed to talk to him, so secretary invited me to email, so I did. Never got a response... Never heard from them on Friday... so on Monday I call and secretary doesnt know whats happening with it, must wait for the Tech to come in. Two hours later she called saying they couldnt retrieve the data, so come pick up your laptop. What were they doing with it all that time then? I would not go back here again since you cant talk directly to the tech, they say theyre fixing when they are not, they dont respond to messages, and it takes a long time for all that to happen.
