I accidentally cut some hair on the back of my head and ended up creating a few baldspots.🙄However, Karen did a commendable repair job to fix this, and Im very happy with how it looks now.5 stars!😊😌😊

For two years I tried many different spots in Gainesville and finally found this Supercuts. Specifically, I highly recommend Maria at this branch. She takes the time to figure out what the client wants and cuts hair with skill and attention to detail like I havent found elsewhere in Gainesville.

I got highlights and a cut. My hair looks wonderful and they were quick to schedule me. Everyone was nice. I would give 5 stars for that.I rated 3 stars because theyre not upfront about pricing, which might be a corporate issue. I called and scheduled for a partial highlight and cut. When I got there, I stated again that I only needed partial because I will get the full later on in the summer and so we did a partial. I also didnt get my hair styled or dried, just cut and washed in order to save everyone time. When I left, I was charged for a full highlight (maybe its because I have a lot of hair... sure) and charged for a supercut 3 (the package that includes dry and styling). Compared to other salons in Gainesville the prices were good, but I just wish I had known what I was going to be paying for.

Awful. Called 10 am to set up an appointment, spoke with Liam on the phone and he schedule for 4:30 pm.Arrived 5 min earlier, to find out that my appointment was late. Waited for 30 min and then realized there was another appointment ahead of mine.He claimed that this is the 4pm appointment (it was 5 pm, the 4 pm appointment was contacted, but I was not. I will neve step my foot in this place, this franchise again

This place no longer accepts appointments so we walked in. No one else was in the salon but we were refused service because it was “first come first serve and others were ahead of us.” I would NOT recommend trying to get a haircut here. The staff is unprofessional and we will not be back.

I always have a great experience at this location. Morganne usually does my hair, and she has been incredibly patient and kind with each cut, figuring out exactly what works best for me. Kayla just did my hair too, and it looks fantastic! Ill definitely be back for either one of them. If youre looking for a decently priced haircut and some very cool people, check out this location.

Love this place! Havent gotten a haircut in 5 years. Got cute bangs and a shorter cut and its perfect! Kayla did such a great job and shes so sweet. Will definitely be going back! Went to this place for a haircut and was put with a woman who did not introduce herself. I believe she was Hispanic and spoke very little English so communicating with her was difficult. I showed her a picture of a style/cut I wanted. She said something and nodded but didnt even come close to what I wanted. She cut my hair too short. Very unhappy with my visit.

I just want to say that Morgan is an awesome young lady she does a wonderful job I had an appointment at 4:30 today I didnt get out of there till 6 because theres only two people working two had to leave their customers to go answer the phone and help other customers and I think to improve your business you should have a receptionist and not just have one girl by themselves and I just think its on its not very professional to believe in your clients in the chair and like I said Morgan is awesomeIm sorry that was leave your customers in their chairs while theyre helping other people.

I tried out this Supercuts because I read a bunch of good reviews about the place, but unfortunately my experience didn’t go well. I got in the chair about 15 minutes after my appointment started; Maria wasn’t very communicative about the whole process and it didn’t seem that she felt very confident about the haircut. My hair was cut much shorter than I’d asked for and bangs were cut much longer than I’d asked for. Overall, my hair ended up pretty uneven, and I resorted to fixing it myself when I got home. Kind of just upset & sad about how my hair turned out, probably won’t try a Supercuts again.

Scheduled an appointment online. Was told there was not a scheduled appointment, I provided them with the confirmation and was told there are no openings. Didnt even attempt to make it right and schedule an upcoming appointment. Very disappointed.

Since my barber left this Supercuts Ive been hesitant to try a new barber but man this Supercuts doesnt disappoint. Kayla did a 10/10 job on my hair! I felt safe with everyone wearing a mask and everyone here is so friendly and easy to talk to. Especially the guy with the cool bow tie!

Morgan gave me one of the best cuts Ive had in a while. She was very pleasant, attentive, asked all the right questions, and gave me exactly the cut I was looking for - its not easy to find people who are good at very short cuts for women. She was also very attentive to detail. 10/10 would recommend!

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Simple mens cut

My grandmothers first cut not only all of quarantine, but in over a year! We went for her 87th birthday. I regret not getting the lovely young womans name who worked on her hair, but she was absolutely wonderful! Quite patient with an elderly patron who had issues conveying exactly what they wanted, and really took the extra time to make sure she had exactly what she was looking for! She made sure she was comfortable and communicated with her. We cant thank you enough!

I appreciate that they keep my haircut style/preferences online, so they always know how I want it done.They also utilize best practices regarding COVID precautions, but arent silly about it.I also like that theyre good about being on-time for my appointments.Their app does suck, though...

If you are a guy or just want a short haircut in general, do not go here. It was partly my fault for not saying anything to the barber but I was in disbelief at that point. I could not believe the barber just left my hair like that. I was beyond words. Didnt even want him to try to fix it. Im 15 and I can do better at home. If you cant do the style then just admit it. Dont mess up my hair lol.

I have had a pleasant experience with Nick. He seems professional and had a lot techniques. He explained and ask thoroughly what I want and try the best to help deliver what I want. The place is clean and everyone is friendly.For 4 stars, the only issue I had is my hair is not looking good if it gets over layering. My hair turned frizzy and kind of messy when it get dry.It just different from what I have wanted.Overall, it was a nice experience.

I had my first haircut at this salon this past thurs. I was very impressed with how pleasant and clean it is!! My stylist Kelsey was very professional and very sweet, she listened to my concerns and to what I wanted. She was genuinely concerned that she got my hair just as I had explained to her. She made what I normally found to be miserable experience at my previous salon very pleasant!. My last stylist never really listened and half the time my haircut depended on the mood she was in at the time. My 2 year old son got his first haircut here (by Maria)it went great. The haircut was perfect and everyone was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly with the little guy having a new experience.I went back a few days later and got mine cut and had another lovely visit. Kayla cut my hair with skill and care. She also helped me make decisions that made it look good on me, and to help me remember how to describe the cut.

Morganne was exceptional I told her how I’m used to coming to see Ms.Deanna & she was super fun to talk to while getting my hair trimmed. My hair very thick & long I’m an Afro American woman & are usually come to this establishment with my hair pressed out already so it’s easier to trim this time my hair wasn’t as straight my texture was still on the “poofier “ side but she took her time with my hair like it was her own I was very pleased with my trim and immediately asked if I could return within 3 to 4 months for my next trim!

Had a great experience a few weeks ago taking my 2 year old for a cut. Deanna was friendly and so patient with him which was no easy task since he was being a typical toddler. She gave a nicer cut than a high end salon I took him to so I was pleased with the quality and professionalism. I didnt realize they also did color - maybe Ill go there for myself next time!

Both my boys got their cuts from different stylists.. supposed to be the same style one copied from the other and both had areas that were uneven and very noticeable. I pointed out that the front was uneven and it was fixed but once we got home (40 miles away) we noticed several mistakes. Im updating the review to show my oldest sons cut from the front. You can see that it is horribly uneven. My youngest sons was done first and I noticed this his was uneven so I had her fix it. The second stylist did my my oldest sons hair and by the time she was done I was in such a hurry I had to leave that I didnt look closely at it. The back also is not even. I cant believe I walked out of their paying $40 for these cuts. My youngest sons is just as bad. there are spots all around his crown that look like she missed completely with the clippers. Mind you this was two separate stylist! Both of my boys sat still and were very well behaved.. it did seem busy that day and I feel like they rushed to get them done. I dont really know what the issue was but may stylist should be able to do a basic boys cut..

My son and I used to skip around Supercuts. My wife told me to go to the one on 16th, and now we dont skip around anymore. I ask for Nick and my son asks for Sierra. They 1) always do a great job, even though we have changed styles each time, 2) never keep you waiting 3) and, are a wealth of knowledge on hair and their products. Highly recommend this location, which in my experience, is also kept cleaner than the rest.

Love Kayla - she has been cutting my hair for over a year and does an amazing job EVERY time. I have a short pixie cut. Some might think this is an easy cut, but it really takes skills and Kaylas got them! I am often stopped by strangers asking who does my hair. Thats the best testament of all.

I went to the Supercuts on 16th Blvd and Nikki cut, colored, and styled my hair. I can honestly say in ALL of my experiences within a salon this was by far the most enjoyable and the very first time I actually was proud to walk around. Nikki did an amazing job, her people skills are spot on, and she is a perfectionist, which I honestly didnt believe existed in the hair business anymore. She has a customer for life in me! If you are looking for an amazing stylist, she is definitely the one!
