I stopped by to ask about the current state of new vehicle availability and information on ordering a new vehicle. The salesman, Ben Rollins, was very informative. As I described what I was interested in, he realized he had a vehicle on the lot that matched most of what I was wanting. We discussed both the available vehicle and the new build. I decided to go with the new vehicle on the lot. The salesman, finance department and parts department personnel were all excellent to work with to get this vehicle finished to my specs. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with the purchase of a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Glenn Polk Ford in Gainesville. TX.

I took my Ford Escape in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service manager was very friendly and professional. There was an emergency occurring, and he warned me of a long wait and advised me to return after lunch. I appreciated his courtesy, especially because I had my 3-year-old granddaughter with me. We left to finish our planned errands and returned after lunch. My car was immediately serviced and I was on my way in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the customer service I received today.

My wife and I enjoyed meeting Harry and working with him and the Glenn Polk team this month. We traded our 2018 Tahoe for one of the new Broncos. The experience was simple and smooth. Harry was great...none of the usual hours spent back and forth working out the details. They gave us a great trade and even brought the Bronco to Denison for us when we couldnt get off work. We liked dealing with them so much we went back a couple weeks later and traded our second vehicle with them. Great experience! Were glad we made the trip over.

On 10 June, we were travelling down I-35 and ended up having 2 blowouts within 34 miles. This dealership was the only thing around so truck was towed there to get 4 brand new tires. We were thankful they had the tires but after getting destination, found out that we paid full price for 4 tires that were manufactured in 2017. I dont drive the truck very often and tires didnt have very many miles on them, so I researched why we had a blowout. Most places recommending replacing tires after 7 years from manufacture date. If this dealership is willing to sell me tires that I can only get 3 years out of, what else are they swindling customers out of?Edit to your response: Roughly 3 years old, they were over 4 years old, manufactured in the 15 and 16th weeks of 2017, I can send you pictures to prove it to you! If you have a manufactures warranty of 4 years, then why was my wife talked into paying for a 4 year warranty? All major respected tire dealers I have talked to said customers should not expect a tire more than a year old, no matter where they are stored.

I had an RV that the blinker was not working. Most dealers and repair shops do not work on RVs since they dont have bays large enough to work on them. Glenn Polk Ford not only did an amazing job analyzing the issue, they did the repair at a reasonable price while keeping us informed along the way of what they found and the cost to make repairs. They are now our go-to repair facility for our RVs as well as any other vehicles that they work on. I would highly recommend their service department to anyone.

A recent service visit went so much better than we had feared. We are trying to keep our 2013 Explorer in good condition, but she was running rough. We received great, personalized service. The shop did not waste our time, and fixed the issue quickly after diagnosing it effectively. The friendly staff are knowledgeable as well as caring.

After having a disappointing experience at a different Ford dealership I decided to stop by Glenn Polk Ford’s service center in Gainesville for a second opinion regarding a problem with my F150. Although they appeared to be busy both service advisors took the time to hear about my situation. The service advisor, Brittany, has taken on helping with my problem. She seems genuinely interested in, and in my opinion, is going above and beyond to help resolve my issue. While my experience with Glenn Polk is limited, I am impressed so far. If this level of commitment continues they will certainly have earned a new customer.

Had a power debacle in my 2016 Focus Titanium after having a different company replace my windshield. Had to have the car towed to Polk. They diagnosed the problem, recalibrated everything and had me up and running in a couple of hours! Cost was $77.00 can’t say anything but good things about these folks.

A great experience buying a Mustang Mach E. Ben Rawlins made the process very smooth mostly on the phone or text so we could negotiate and close the deal before I ever left home 211 miles away. Once I got there it was a professional handoff, the vehicle was exactly as promised, and the finance officer easily worked through the paperwork. Sales representative, Harry, did a great job working with us to pick out the right F150 this morning. He took the time and effort to bring several choices under the cover of the entrance roof...even in the pouring rain. Really liked the courtesy and interest in us, as customers, displayed by the General Manager, Brandon. These are benefits realized by buying from smaller town dealers as opposed to the larger mega-dealers in the Metroplex. Luis always takes good care of my car when I take it in for maintenance and any time I have any issues with it which is rare. He treats you like you’re the only customer and like it’s his own vehicle he’s working on. I’ve done business with Glen Polk for many years and their friendly customer service hasn’t wavered. I can attest to their loyalty to their customers. If there’s ever a problem or if I’ve been unhappy about something I just go to them and tell them and they sort it all out. I was looking for a bronco sport badlands edition. I live in the DFW area spoke with several other dealerships. It was like running through hoops to get pricing and availability. I finally saw a car gurus add for a bronco sport at Polk Ford. I got a hold of Bryan and he was great. Very straight to the point and helped me set everything up. I was in and out of dealership in 20 minutes! They set me up with very competitive financing and didn’t try to hit me with all these add-ons like the other dealer ships.I would definitely recommend them!

Just recently bought a car through Glen Polk and they asked for a review so here it is. I’ve been to Glen Polk twice in my car buying experience, once was test driving a Ford Focus ST in 2018 and a Hyundai Elantra this year (2020). When I had my first test drive I was 20 and I was visiting the used lot on the south side of the dealership and I had Frank as my salesman. I wasnt taken seriously the first time due to my age and appearance and that lost them the Focus ST sale. The second time around I have Frank again. I decided on having getting the Elantra before hand as I was pre-approved through my personal bank. Through the entire process I knew that Frank was sizing me up, seeing if I was a serious buyer or not; I test drove 3 different vehicles up to this point and he made it very obvious that I was on HIS time. During the test rides I told Frank I was pre-approved and to not run my credit but he went ahead and ran my credit to 3 additional lenders behind my back (I didn’t learn this until after I left). As I get to the final steps of signing the contract I stepped away to call my wife and make sure this is what we wanted, because as those of us reading this review know, car buying is a big financial decision. As I was on the phone, Frank approached me 3 different times and talked down to me and treated me as if I was a child and seriously pressured me into buying this car. I felt extremely uncomfortable because of this horrible sales tactic and how he was inches from my face during his last confrontation. Even worse; he did this while I was on the phone with my wife the last time and she told me to straight up leave because of rude he was. She had heard everything so I did what she asked and left. Franks aggressiveness and serious lack of patience lost him another sale. I left the dealership after talking to the finance manager Kenny and explaining why I was backing out of the sale. I walked back into the used car building and collected my keys from the Connor, the used car sales manager, told him my experience and left. A day later, Connor called my personally to work out the deal as he was actually the grandson of Glen Polk and he wanted to make things right. I explained my situation and told him that if I was buying this car, I want Frank nowhere near me and to receive ZERO commission or credit from the car sale. Connor agreed and I went back with my wife and we got the car.The car itself is very nice. The dealership took very nice care of it and the condition is overall a 4/5 if anyone is curious.- Overall - It’s a shame that the only way to buy a used car comfortably from this place is to talk to the boss directly. Lord knows how many cars Frank made people buy that they weren’t comfortable with due to his horrendous tactics. I honestly hope this if I do business with them again, his desk is cleared off for someone more respectable and actually willing to take the time. I would give Connor Polk 5/5 stars but as a whole, this experience was pretty terrible. If I wasn’t in absolute need of a vehicle at my time of purchase, I would have gone elsewhere.

We bought a new 2020 F150 Lariat in July from Glenn Polk. The buying experience itself was great and I love my pickup! However, the service department is an utter disappoint. The glove box didnt line up and I was informed there was a technical service bulletin for it. The tire pressure sensor on the driver rear tire was not working either. I drove an hour to drop my brand new truck off for them to call me the next day to tell me a new glove box had to be ordered and it would be a couple of weeks before it came in so I would have to bring it back. When I picked up it nothing had been done to address the tire pressure sensor. I took it back a few weeks later when the glove box came in and they said they would replace the sensor at that point also. When I dropped it off there were no loaner vehicles even though one should have been supplied since we purchased a brand new vehicle. I was able to pick up my truck the next day and the paperwork said the glove box had been replaced with a new one, and lo and behold the tire pressure sensor started miraculously working. Well, the glove box was NOT replaced (we know this because we put a piece of tape inside the old one and it was still there), and the rear driver tire was aired up more than the other to make the tire pressure look correct. We called to ask about this and were told they robbed enough parts off other glove boxes to fix it and if they would have replaced it we would have been charged for it. We spent almost $60k on a new vehicle with a 3/36 warranty, plus extended warranty and you tell me you are going to charge to replace something covered under a technical bulletin! Now 3 months later my backup camera is out, my glove box is still broken and the tire pressure sensor is still wrong. I have filed a formal complaint with Ford and the managers I have spoken with at Glenn Polk do not care at all. You can buy from them, but dont expect anything but lies from the service department.

I was traveling through town trasporting a box truck to the upper midwest, when I started to have problems. I was able to find Glenn Polk Ford to help me out. I had some GREAT service from Luis, he shuffled some jobs around to get me in the next day first thing. Luis help me find lodging and even drove me there on his way home. I cant say enough how through the whole process he kept me informed. As it turned out the part I needed was on a national back order. I had to fly back home and wait for the part to become available. During the 2 weeks it was down Luis kept me informed on the parts status. I cant say enough how I had no worries on leaving the truck when I knew Luiss can do great attitude was taking care of it while I was 900 miles away. The day it was available they iinstalled it and tested all out. When I flew back, I was in and out of there with such great service. I dont see this in my local big city dealerships. 5 Star rating plus experience I had when I really needed it. Thanks again Luis for your help. I made it back home with no issues.

I had my F-350 in for a recall, the check engine light was on. They fixed the recall. I drove it home. The next night I got in the truck, started it up and the check engine light came on. Took it back the next morning was told that the recall will cause the def pump to go out and that is what is wrong. Was told it will cost $700 - $800 to replace the pump that the recall caused. This is not rightTHIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY AND APPRECIATIVE FOR THE HELP OF THE STAFF AT GLENN POLK DEALERSHIP. I THANK THEM VERY MUCH FOR THEIR CONCERN REGARDING MY SITUATION.

The service person stood on the front bumper to service under the hood, evident by their foot prints on the chrome bumper. It would have been better if they had used a ladder to perform their work.

By far the best experience we have had purchasing a new vehicle. Ben the salesman was very professional and no nonsense which was exactly what I was looking for. We quickly reached an agreement and there were no surprises later in the transaction. Most of our discussions were on phone or via text but once we met face to face, he was very personable and our small talk quickly showed his love of family and Christ which is important to us as well. My experience with this dealership has been awful. Their customer service is horrible. I purchased a used vehicle from them. I have only driven it under 5k miles and the transmission already needs to be replaced. I was not offered a warranty at the time of purchase. They quoted me full price to replace the transmission. I asked them since I was a first time customer, not offered a warranty, and only driven less than 5k miles if they could help me out on the price. They will not give me an answer. I always have to call them to follow up and I always get, I will ask or I am waiting for ____, to get back to me. I have been without a vehicle for almost TWO weeks now!

Very good experience overall. Sales person Matthew was awesome, one fo the best i have dealt with. I paid cash, but went through finance department to complete the payment process. Finance guy was not friendly, didnt seem happy to be there. I get that he is probably incented to upset warranties, but the guy really needs to work on his presentation skills if he wants to close the deal on warranty upgrades. He was rude in the way he presented it, made the Ford warranty sound worthless, and it felt like he was questioning my intelligence by not buying the warranty. Otherwise, the dealership was nice, clean, truck was as advertised, and overall process was Very Good. Would have been Excellent and 5 stars if not for finance experience.

Glenn Polk did a fantastic job on my 30K service for my F350. I had called another Ford store because I was confused on what was necessary and found out this other Ford dealership was going to perform $1,000 in additional unnecessary fluid change. I appreciate Glenn’s great staff!!

Went twice to have a bug shield installed on my new F150...first time I was told by parts that when I come in for my first oil change to remind them and they would install. I called a week ahead and reminded them..the part had been ordered a month prior...I was told no problem...I get the oil change done and was then told they couldnt find the bug shield.. they reordered the shield...finally came in about two weeks later...I wasnt able to get in for another two weeks...I made an appointment to come by at 330 on a Friday on my way home from work...dropped the truck off was waiting in the customer waiting area ...was told they were having problems finding the part..came back about 20 minutes later and told me that the truck couldnt be moved for 24 hours after installing the bug shield.....I bought the part and took it home.....will install myself....not happy at all.Thanks
