I have been to over a dozen of their auctions over the years and I am always very impressed with how professional and well ran their auctions are. There were hundreds of people that showed up to the last one. I would definitely recommend them for selling your real estate.

These guys have a good reputation, which is why this isnt a 1 star review. Showed up at an auction to view a car that was advertised with 61k miles and pictures that were carefully procured. The advertisement was quite the fraud. The odometer easily had flipped once, visible rust, and obvious engine problems. The fun is just beginning, interior actually had panels falling off, door with a broken hinge, and bondo/paint job that was horrible. NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED IN THE AD. Only that it was in great shape with just 61k miles, which was obviously a lie.WILL NOT ATTEND ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR AUCTIONS.

I have followed these guys for years at their auctions, both real estate and personal property. I am amazed at how many people show up, no matter what is being auctioned. Everyone that shows up always seem to be excited and anticipating a good event. I went to one in High Springs a while back where people were walking over a mile just to get to the estate being auctioned! They are professional and relaxed, which creates an atmosphere of expertise.
