Had my driver deliver to Sysco in Walnut, CA. Appointment time 530 a.m. he sat there until 3 p.m., he attempted to speak to someone by the name of Leo lumper supervisor. The rudest guy ever. The receiving office staff were also very rude. I had to call Leo and ask them to release my driver or we would be dropping the trailer. After almost 2 hours of back and forth we discovered that the driver and freight had been finished with a few hours prior to but the girls in the office didnt care to process paperwork until after lunch. Cause they didnt feel like it. Bad customer service from TW Services and very poorly trainee supervisors as well. Never again. We will refuse any and all loads that deliver here.

Absolutely slow and rude people .

Very unprofessional, after providing efs for my load waited over 2 hrs for my Bills and receipts for efs.

The way they take comcheck is very confusing. They keep saying to get express code. But, they do not tell us about their check number to register it. Please tell employees about giving out your check number to drivers. Wecannot void check easily. I talked about it twice. But, management does not understand it.

As a worker in the past, pay was $10 per hr if the amount of trucks you do in the day doesnt cover your hourly rate for the week. Checks for most of the staff that is stationed in Albuquerque at Sysco is cut, especially when overtime is a must for getting Lumping done and lumping is not easy either. You need space and speed for but it does make you stronger. The only good thing about this job. Management is not honest YOU have to pay attention when working and take pictures of your HOURS! I may have to dispute with the EEOC for this havoc.

Most overcharging lazy ass people. Tried to call and complain to the corporate office and kept getting transferred. They dont care what drivers have to say. Think I will start a petition to submit to the Federal Government to outlaw Lumped services. As soon as I do I will update this review with the link.

The service here is so bad I just dont know how to say the words for how bad it is the owner need to step up his game because something is wrong here you should not have to wait no more than 2 hours to get unloaded sometimes I have to wait 4 til 6 hours

You need to speak well and adjust the price.Especially a guy named Brian, hes good at dill.
