Very nice and clean, good fun classes and just full the best coaches across Texas this is my favorite gym and I would recommend it to anyone whether adult, child, or adult with a child this is the place to go for looking to be more confident become more disciplined and able to defend yourself better no matter what you do every single day you should leave better at something whether it be a technique or just endurance and strength.so if you come across this I highly recommend coming out and trying a class and see if you like it.BJJ. (Brazilian jiu jitsu) and muay thai. (its like kick boxing) are the two types of class offered at ✨ROCKSTAR✨ but there different class determine by age group [ (rocksters 3-5) ( intro 5-12) (adult 13 and up ) ]. In another post be me I posted pictures of this location there are many locations and most look like this one.But one of them Is like 3 times as big and its considered our HQ.But overall if you looking for a place to have fun get good things out of it and mentally and physically push yourself then this is the place. (Again I posted another post with alot of pictures

We have been to many martial arts schools but Rockstar just felt like home for us. Our kids has been thriving and are never bored. Everyone treats you like friends and family here. Rockstar is the place to train. All levels from beginner to professional. All ages from 3 years old and up. There is no comparison. Rockstar is the best. The nicest facility, world class trainers/coaches and unrivaled customer service. If you take a class, You will leave a better person. You will get the best training around hands down and on top of that you will get motivation and inspiration that you can carry with you to your everyday life. Wow! I am very impressed with Rockstar Martial Art in East Frisco! I’ve never seen or heard about another place as friendly, safe, and ideal as this one. My kids and family absolutely love Martial Arts and although there are a ton out there, this one is unique in that they offer the best trained staff, and their level of positive energy and enthusiasm is out of this world! I am beyond impressed, and I highly recommend this place to help individuals to learn strength, self-discipline and self defense! Awesome job with the place!!! 🤩

Great classes of appropriate time lengths that engage and maintain the attention of the kiddos. Value reinforcement, safety, and technique exposure all coexist in a fun environment.

Highly recommend their martial arts training as they are very knowledgeable and professional at teaching. If you have children or even if you are an adult interested in learning for whatever purpose you desire by practicing Martial arts you wont be disappointed. This is a clean, family-friendly academy for martial arts that I cannot recommend enough. The instructors provide individual attention with teaching skills that attend to the needs of both newcomers and experienced trainees. They have two locations and I recommend both for their excellent facilities!

My boys started jui-juitsu class a few weeks ago. Really like the class and the instructor, Rodrigo. The new space is not a large as some other martial arts places weve seen previously. How they keep the classes small for more one on one instruction.

Since enrolling our son, we have also started training here and our youngest has started as well. Its now been 4 years since being part of the RockStar family and we look forward to more to come. The coaches have help my oldest build more confidence of himself and get him to be more active. And with his little brother close at his side, the training between the two is making a big impact on their self esteem. My husband and I both cant seem to get enough of it, and find ourselves talking about way after our class is over and sometimes into the next day wondering what we are going to learn with the next class. The coaches and the education they have to share makes us excited to keep coming, almost up to 5 days a week. Joining RockStar was definitely a good choice for all of us!

Such a spectacular school, the coaches are world class Jiu Jitsu competitors that deliver knowledge to the kids with amazing clarity, and supporting guidence. The benifits of this program on children extends far past physical capability and into their personl lives.
