Had a sentimental pillow that needed some reinforcement, and I had seen this place after driving by a few times, so I stopped in to ask if they could do alterations. The rep at the desk was really friendly, took my information down, & said they could email me options about how to proceed with it. Long story short, I didn’t need much done with this piece, but that customer service and skillset will have me back! Have also been looking for a new dry cleaner, so this will be my first stop :-)

Fantastic service ! Absolutely phenomenal! From the first time I entered this place. Ive been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by the owner and staff. They have a quick turnaround of having your clothes ready, they always come out clean and crisp for me to go to work. And their prices are the best in frisco, i know this especially after a horrible experience by the cleaners on warren who overcharged me and were rude when I asked what the extra charges were. If you want great fast service for an outstanding price, look no further TEAL (not teel) is the place to be.

This business is closed down.Response to owner:I rated it the way I did because I drove to your location without knowing that you were closed due to the pandemic. You have no information posted on your website indicating you closed for these purposes. Since you responded, I have updated my review. Consider posting a public notice stating your establishment is closed so people won’t waste a drive.

They did a real good job on my business suit, shirts and heavy coats. The dry cleaned clothes were stain free, fragrant and steam ironed and were delivered on time. I like this place, their professionalism and quality work. Would highly recommend!!

Just used these guys for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they a better value then my previous dry cleaning place, but service and attention to detail was leaps and bounds ahead of what I have experienced at any dry cleaner. I would highly recommend using Teel Cleaners in Frisco for all laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations!

I am so happy with the customer service. The pick up and delivery service was very convenient specially during this time when you are trying to avoid going to places. The prices are affordable, I would recommend them to everyone.

This business throughly understands the sensitivity of different types fabrics and does an excellent job with it. I had an outfit with sentimental value, they were very Professional and delivered an excellent job. Even though it’s a drive for me, I will still go to Teal cleaners.
