Since we are new in the area we just randomly went to this car shop but it was a great experience. Staff is very nice and polite and professional. Imi and the team at European Auto have been taking care of two of my vehicles for several years now. Saved me tons on an aging Range Rover that would have cost me a fortune at the dealership. When looking at buying a used mini, they caught a head gasket leak that the selling dealership missed. Very knowledgeable and straight-forward on options, cost, and recommendations.

Took my car for engine light. Didnt me a quote even if i asked many times and in the afternoon gave a ridiculous high amount and asked me to keep the car for long weekend. Took my car back and went for some other location for less.

The service was Excellent, 335i was repaired using only the best parts.Was repaired quickly and promptly. I always use there service for my European cars.

Drove from Plano to do the service. After reaching understood parts will be ordered. Communication is poor. Place is nasty, looked very weird wont go there again

Had minor issue on tire. They asked me to replace all. Later checked in other places, these guys charged me way more extra. I should have done some research before going with these guys. Not recommended .

I Only Asked For Oil Change. They Called me in middle of my work And told me bunch of things. I said just do the things needed. Now my car show engine light. Never it has before. Called them to check, they said they going to charge me to look into it. Very very bad service I have to look for service somewhere else

My car had a some music playing problem. i thought just to fix it. it wasnt a must but thought its better. OH BOY!!! these guys. they charged 1000+ for this and said they found some major issue. later i checked with friends and it could have cost me much less. i regret my decission

God knows!! why I have come to this place. Horrible horrible experience. How these guys got any license to work on expensive cars. Went for simple fix and came out with all the issues in the world. You need to fix this, this needs to be fixed asap.

Please avoid. Took my car in good condition and they messed up my car completely ... thinking of selling my car now :(. very dodgy place. No timeline for the work. took may car for 3 times for electrical issues and still they are not able to figure it out. I have to keep going to this place.Ohh yes, they have a dog which they may use on you if you confront on bad service.

Dropped my car off on Monday, waited until FRIDAY to get a diagnostic. Ive worked in the car industry ordering parts, and when they eventually gave me the diagnostic, all the parts were marked up four times over. Tried to charge me $1,000 for a part that costs $100 online. Rip off. Waste of time. Never again.

Drove from McKinney but not worth it. No one is there to take your request properly. You have to wait to find someone to talk to. after that service is poor. Refered by a friend but this place is not up to the standards. Not very experienced staffs ... wont be going back.

Spoke to a guy there to get a quote on a VW Diesel. They quoted me about $500 more then any other shop and the service advisor told me they’d change the spark plugs while they’re in there... I’d probably recommend y’all hire someone who knows about cars to quote them.

Not Happy!Incorrect work, pricing charged and estimates, and indifferent response after follow-up - disappointment after initial good impression after the first visit made after reading the reviews of other customers.As against the oil change charge of Classic BMW, European Auto Charge more and did not change the oil properly. It was for a 2005 Z4 purchased from a private owner. I asked to do a complete inspection and after I paid $125 just for that, there was no proper job except a couple of points for which a wrong (higher estimate) was given.This was the first time I went to a car service workshop other than company dealer as it was very close-by. I dont think it was the right thing to do.

I came in to have my 2011 335i looked at and they did an outstanding job! The owner actually stays here and works with his guys and they are all extremely friendly. Some may get discouraged by the prices they charge for work but that’s the price that has to be payed for owning a European car! I moved here from Arkansas 6 years ago, and never seemed to find a mechanic shop that I could trust. I have always took my car to Arkansas, even towed it there, if I could not drive it. Why because I could not find an honest repair shop here in Texas. So, I had a shop here in Frisco screw me over real bad, with the cost, repairs, and service. When I explained that I needed someone that I could trust, give me fair pricing, and provide me with the best customer service ever, they said that they would do exactly that. Great hospitality and professionalism exists here. I towed my Maserati Quattroporte Q4 due to battery being completely dead and had some engine failure issue but Imi and his team were able to fix it in a timely and affordable manner. Great shop! If you have a foreign car come here as they are way cheaper than the dealership and will give you a warranty. The customer service is great and they will get your car fixed fast.

The owner is a great guy who enjoys what he does. Friendly, along with very good pricing and negotiation. Brought my BMW 328i in for O2 sensor code and they had those replaced , installed new spark plugs, and changed the oil in under 4 hours. Great guy, and great work.

Brought car in for new battery and spark plugs. I was in and out in 4hours ( due to the type of battery they needed to order). Also, the owner later discovered the battery was larger and more expensive than what he first quoted me, but he honored his initial quoted price! I will definitely be back! My 2012 BMW 528i is running smoothly!

Met High ExpectationsI took my BMW in to change all fluids (trans, coolant and brakes) and check the battery. All the work was done to my expectation, plus the battery found weak and subsequently replaced with a stronger battery. The work was also completed when promised. Very satisfied with this shop and will go back for future services.

Excellent shop! Although I had a previous bad experience at the BMW dealership, I was still a bit hesitant about taking my car to another repair shop. However, after evaluating the reviews, I finally decided to bring it to European Auto Care and I was amazed with the customer service. I talked to Joel and Imi, they were great! They managed to have most of the service and parts covered by my extended warranty, the mechanics are very good, the prices are competitive and I’m very satisfied with the service.

I was very pleased with the fast and excellent service! They were very professional.

Got a quote for $495, dropped the car off overnight and took the day off from work. The next day I was told they made a mistake on the quote and it will be $1200. Wasted a vacation day and picked up the car and took it to another shop the next business day. Reason giving 3 stars is because Imi seemed like a nice guy and was apologetic.

EXCELLENT QUALITY OF WORK!!! I was referred to this shop by another shop due to the complexity of the issue I was experiencing. I have an older model Mercedes. I had literally be experiencing this particular problem for about a year. I had taken it to a few other places multiple times; including there Mercedes Benz dealership on several occasions. I had spent a lot of money and each time I got the car back; the same problem would eventually show up. After taking my car to European Auto Care Frisco; my problem was fixed to complete satisfaction. It runs perfectly. If you want your car fixed properly; take it to this shop.

The best and most reliable BMW mechanics in my experience. Top that with great customer service, they make the service easy and hassle-free. When the mechanic changed brakes in my SUV, there found gasket leaks and the warranty provider was pushing back on the claim. Service manager, Imid, spent countless hours dealing with them and providing documentation and eventually they agreed to pay the claim. Without their help, I would be short on thousands of dollars on legitimate warranty service that I paid to cover.

After getting the run around from Overseas (they used to be good but now they just lie), I took my car and brought it here to work on a clutch replacement for my Audi. I was a little hesitant to have them work on my car because it is a tough job and my first time with them but very happy with the result. Honesty is hard to find these days but I felt Imi was straightforward and his prices are very competitive.Definitely my #1 pick in the area for work on my Audi.

EAI replaced the brakes, rotors and drums on our vehicle. They offered to do it the same day, but I didn’t need that. They had it done by the next day, did a great job and were significantly lower priced than a competitor where I had previously taken the car.The work was done a month ago and the brakes have been great. Very happy with them and will take my cars there again.

Had an issue with my 330i. Imi the new owner was fantastic. Explained what was and wasnt needed in-order to rectify my several issues. Quick to keep me informed with the status of my vehicle and repaired the issues in less then 24hrs. Extremely pleased with the price and the quality of workmanship.
