I’ve had a long history of doctors failing me and this place is finally giving me some hope. I’ve started coming here for physical therapy for my knees and hands and appreciate the staff a lot. They don’t push you too hard and take the time to really understand what is needed to fix your body, which hasn’t been the case for me elsewhere in the past. THANK YOU LAURA, MARY AND ROBIN. You ladies really care and when you’re chronically ill that makes all the difference, so thank you. ♥️

I received a bill after my sons third appointment. Not once was I told that the services were not covered by insurance. I am unsure why there was such a delay in the billing cycle. I waited three months to get him into this provider and not once was I told insurance would be an issue. I even called ther insurance company twice and they explained it was an issue with the billing codes from the providers end. The doctor is great, but the billing is atrocious. I went online to make a payment toward the balance and the website says Im ineligible to set up an online account. Time to find a new provider again. Dishonest and not helpful.

I used to be treated with respect at this clinic or it could have just been N.P Tatton who I saw for 3 years. She helped me trough thick and thin. She was amazing!! Unfortunately, shes long gone now. Also, with Dr. Green gone too I have to resort to Dr. DEXTER who is a pitiful doctor at best. She is very condescending, too much in a hurry and makes you feel you are wasting her time. Now, Im sure shes very educated. But, I think she needs a tip or two in patient care. I dreaded my visit with her today in hopes she changed from the last time I saw her a couple of years ago. However, I will make it a point to NEVER make an appointment with her again. However, her nurse was very nice thus my two star review. Anyway, for anyone reading this review PLEASE read this warning.: At all costs avoid Dr. Dexter!

This clinic will deny medical services if you do not have a State ID. My friend just received a call that he will be denied medical Services next time he comes in even though he has a passport and insurance card. So pretty much if you are on vacation and are feeling ill and need to make an appointment you cant. He got denied for medical attention.

This is my favorite place to take my kids for their checks ups and everything. Dr. Todd Henrikson is amazing and so is his nurse. We have moved further away and I will still make the drive to continue the best care for my two boys!

Recently my current provider in Minneapolis referred me to this clinic because it was closer to my house. I received a voicemail asking me to give them a call back so I could set up an appointment with the provider that I had been referred to. After answering the typical questions like address, phone number etc, the receptionist then informed me that the provider I was calling about wasnt taking on new patients, and then asked my purpose for seeing the provider. I started to say, Huh, thats weird... etc etc. But before I could even finish my sentence, the receptionist very rudely and impatiently interrupted me and said what was your purpose for the visit. Im not sure if I caught her at a busy time, or if I myself was coming off rude prior, but interrupting a patient when youre not even sure of what theyre going to say next is pretty uncalled for. I also think its odd that they would call me to schedule an appointment, just to tell me that she wasnt taking new patients. No, this isnt a huge deal but it definitely reminded me of when I used to go to this clinic years ago and I remember the staff was really hit or miss when it came to friendliness. Although if dr figeroa still works here (not positive on spelling), I highly recommend her!

I began to see Dr. Green when we started planning our 3rd child. She was lovely and kind and excited for us. When my husband and I got a positive preg. test, we scheduled an apt for the routine question intake. During our 1st ultrasound (11w4d) we learned from the tech that the baby had not grown past 8w6d and there was no heartbeat. From that moment on, EVERYONE has been so amazing. We saw Dr. Hamel for follow up and I was even sending Medical Messages through MyChart when I was going through the miscarriage. Every single person I spoke to expressed their condolences and was so genuinely caring! I look forward to having this practice apart of or next pregnancy!

I was going to post a negative review as I waited 2 hours for my appointment in alot of pain, but the nurses were very kind, and made every effort to check on me, and make me comfortable. And the doctor was new to me, and she was able to calm the angry wounded beast inside of me. She treated me, and genuinely cared.Even with the late appointment, I will continue coming here. Thank you Dr. Woo. (Hope I spelled that right).

Dr Todd Hendrickson is a no good doctor for older people I seen him for almost a year all he did for me was made my health and body worse by cutting me off the medication that helped me and all he cared about was his own belief he did not care what I needed help with he would not listen to my needs ever time I went in to see him I walk out of that clinic crying finally the last straw that made me stop seeing him was I had a handicap sign for my car for over 10 years because I had both my knees replaced and I have arthritis really bad I walk with a cane he decided that I dont need a handicap sigh because he said you can still walk you dont use a waker your not in a wheelchair you dont need it I had to argue with him and finely he sigh it but he only gave me one for 6 months I always got one good for 2 years he did not give it to me because he wanted to all I heard from that doctor was I dont believe in this and that he didnt believe nothing I was telling him he only believe in what he himself believes in how can he call himself a doctor when he only believes and thinks he knows what is wrong with a person or his patience he was the worst doctor I had for all my life

Dr. Dexter I find to be subpar as a physician. She wouldnt even prescribe a inhaler for a breathing problem that she couldnt even diagnois. Also, I had an infection and she wouldnt give me antibiotics. I think shes burntout working w the poor! I also know a receptionist personally there, who has contempt for the poor.Dr. Mona Bary, otoh, is thorough, with excellent bedside manner. Shes competent and a good Dr.Most staff is pleasent, some are not. Ill try a few more visits, but if it was my choice, theres many better clinics out there!! But Dr Mona be cool!

I have been seeing Nicole Baker since I was 19. She has been the absolute best CNP.. She has never once made me feel rushed, she remembers things we talked about at our last visits, and she is genuine and really listens to what I have to say. Im now 26, living 2 hours away from the clinic, but still make sure to only see her! Wouldnt recommend anyone else!

After their tests told us our baby may have down syndrom we seen a specialist. Their ultrasound specialist said this was not the case. During this recent visit at fridley allina we were told despite finding out our baby wouldnt have downs we needed weekly ultrasounds to monitor baby because it was found to be high risk for downs... She told the dr. she wasnt comfortable with weekly check ups because of ultrasound raditation and she couldnt get out of work weekly. The dr. made her feel like she was a bad parent and told us the baby could be a still born now. Sooo you came to the determination the baby has downs, now after that was untrue - the baby will die because we denied the need for weekly monitoring via ultrasound? Sounds like you guys work on commission of services. Changing facilities now, thanks but no thanks.
