I just completed the final installation of the Pella Windows in my home and LOVE MY WINDOWS & DOORS! The first time I purchased my Pella windows and doors from Lowes because I thought they would be cheaper. WHAT A MISTAKE. So many mistakes were made with my order that it took nearly a year to resolve. This second time, I decided to give Pella of Northern California a chance to bid the job for my upstairs rooms. Ken Smith was the representative who came out. WOW! Thats all I can say--Price and efficiency at its finest. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had. Everything was delivered and installed when promised without a hitch. Kens price beat the bid I had gotten from Lowes, too. Oh, and did I mention that as a kind gesture, Ken keyed the locks on my existing sliding glass doors to match the new ones, and installed them himself without additional cost to me? I definitely recommend Ken Smith, the Pella representative for Northern California!
