They also put flooring throughout the majority of our house.Every member of the Delerio crew that worked on this remodel were such professionals and all did such a great job. Ramon and Luis were there in the beginning when the demolition started. I definitely felt reassured with them here during that stressful phase of construction! They do a great job!!Alfredo Sanchez was our day to day contact person. He answered any and all of our texts or calls no matter what or when we sent them. He always responded so quickly to us and it was appreciated!Abel Medina was the project manager and definitely made us feel comfortable knowing he was on top of who was handling what. His presence was very reassuring!I do not think I can convey how beautiful our cabinets turned out. The quality and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Sal Alfaro and his crew did an absolutely amazing job on these gorgeous custom cabinets. When people come to see our new kitchen, the cabinet craftsmanship is definitely something that stands out.The painters and the job they did, also exceeded our expectations. The paint crew did a beautiful, clean job and deserve recognition as well.I think the overall message is that Delerio Construction definitely exceeded any and all of our expectations. We have never been through a construction project of this size. We heard stories about headaches and problems and stress during a project of this magnitude. We didnt have that at all and I definitely give credit to all of the people who make up Delerio Construction. Delerio Construction installed kitchen flooring, new cabinets (which means quartz countertops on top of the new cabinets) and a new sink and hardware after a major flood in my house from a broken pipe. After the disaster flood and repiping the entire house, Delerio picked up the mess and was a breath of fresh air. Their business model is really good ~ everyone (almost) is an employee so they are not dealing with the scheduling challenges of sub-contractors. They also make a point of communicating details of the project by text or email pretty much daily. My project is completed but for the finishing details that are with every project and I am already planning my next project with Delerio Construction. I feel unbelievably fortunate to have discovered them on Nextdoor Neighbors because the horror stories of other construction companies are enough to make you crazy. My experience with them really was wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

Delerio completely remodeled our 1979 kitchen and brought it onto the 21st Century! Everyone from day 1 was extremely polite, professional, prompt and extremely nice! The entire team was brilliant. My family felt safe from the get go with Sean and Mike, who did the demo. It’s important to note the detail they took as they swept up debris my concrete driveway at the end of each day. Justin was diligent in finding the leak and fixing the plumbing. The installation of the shower, shower pan, and tile was very well done by Raphael and Mike. They worked hard but didn’t rush as they took their time to get it right. All the glass enclosure joints were installed and sealed by Dillon. His work is hardly noticeable, which explains the high quality. Of utmost importance, Abel oversaw the entire operation. He kept in close contact with me and shared details of what and who to expect each morning. He verified each aspect and even followed up with me nearly a week later to ensure quality. That sort of security in their work can be rare to find. I highly recommend Abel’s crew and Delerio.

We had a whole house remodel done and they were always here when they said and the craftsmanship is amazing. Daily pics with a short message on what was done, really cant ask for more, I will be using them for future projects.

I contacted them for a bathroom remodel I explained to the salesman that I wanted a larger shower for the bathroom. I got a shower smaller then the original. They do not listen to you and have no interest in correcting their mistake. They just want your money, then the are gone. Even on the final inspection the shelf installed was not noticed by the sales person. I finally realized one shelf was installed upside down.

We had a tub and shower surround makeover. This company is very professional. They did an outstanding job and one of their strengths is the communication with the property owner. Delerio Construction did a kitchen remodel for me. I was connected to them through Lowe’s. This was my first experience with a contractor, and it was a great one. Everything fell into place on the exact schedule they had predicted, and was very efficient. While I did not have interaction with the contractor himself because Lowe’s handled that aspect of things, the job foreman was wonderful. He was easy to communicate with any time I needed to ask a question, and he respected my work schedule that wasn’t always very convenient. The guys who worked on various aspects of the project were professional. The job site was kept immaculate every day- I expected way more mess! All people involved treated me respectfully and fairly. My new kitchen is amazing... I love it! I would absolutely recommend this company.

Delerio Construction is a top notch company. They renovated our home by installing new flooring, adding new lighting throughout the home, knocked down a wall to turn two rooms into one. A six week job that they originally estimated and honored. My wife and I were never concerned during the work as we received daily communication and pictures as to what work was done that day. We have hired our share of professional remodel contractors, including those who televise. We found Delerio through Lowes, not expecting much. We were completely surprised. Delerio solved all the problems we had in the past with contractors. The entire plan was outlined for us in advance down to every detail, all approved first. Mr. Delerio himself showed-up at the first meeting to ensure our wishes were not over-reaching either budget or what was reasonably accomplished. Then Abel the lead person was introduced who would manage the job. Everything went perfect, even the expected small delays which any homeowner should know come with any remodel job. Abel kept us informed, delivered on the promises and never over-promised, surprised us with an unexpected add-on, change, lack of person power, etc. which we had seen in the past. The people who worked on the job were top-notch at what they did, always on time and on-target with the work. The pricing was competitive for what we had done, in other words not so cheap as to require cutting corners but way less than the others we had used in the past. I not only strongly recommend Delerio but will use it again in the future. This is as good as contracting can get.

We are using Delerio to enclose part of our garage to expand our home office. I am always skeptical dealing with contractors. I got 4 estimates and the estimates were all over the place for the same job. I called Delerio and was put with Jayeson. He is awesome! He came and like all the other contractors walked through the space said what needed to be done and I received the estimate about a week or so later. Their estimate was much more palatable. It was not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive. I always try to do my homework when doing such a large project. They have not started working yet as we are getting the space drawn out for all required permits. Abel came to go through the space with specific details of what can and can not be done. The reviews are spot on! Abel is on it! He was on time, courteous and absolutely took his time in answering all my questions. He made some suggestions that we had not thought of. As I am prematurely writing this review, I have no doubt, moving forward will be as painless as it has been thus far. So excited to have my own office

My wife and I purchased 6 windows from Home Depot and Delerio Construction installed the windows. The workmanship is at a professional level and the service was exceptional. Rudy did a great job in completing the task in one day. I highly recommend Delerio Construction for any home improvements. We have 2 more windows to replace in the future. Delerio Construction just recently completed a bathroom rebuild for me and I am very pleased with my new bathroom. My bathroom had to be completely gutted and rebuilt, so it was an extensive project. Everyone who worked on this was a joy to work with and they got to my house on time so I could go to work and the gentlemen that had to get here later, there was a place for the key and they were very good at making sure they put the key back. I was never left with a mess to deal with. They cleaned up each day and left things in good order for the next day. Able was wonderful at communicating with me and letting me know who was coming and what was next to be done. If I had any questions or concerns I could text Able and he got right back to me. As with any construction project there will always be bumps in the process and with the few bumps, they were taken care of and things got done. A wonderful job was done by John, Ryan, Brian, Tony, Jose and a couple others that I know I am forgetting. I will be calling them again. I have a couple more projects for them to take care of. Ive been working with Geno and his team at Delerio Construction for 5 years and on 2 different homes Ive owned. We bought a house with a sliding glass door that goes out to a killer swimming pool area, but next to the 6’sliding glass door was a fireplace that we never or rarely used and decided to open up the view to the back yard by having the fireplace and chimney removed and enlarged the 6’ slider opening to be a new 12’ slider. It has changed the look of the house both inside and out and looks so fantastic!! Delerio Construction did the work and the finished product was beyond our expectation. Abel supervised the construction and he was incredible to work with. He sent over extremely competent skilled carpenters to do the work (John, Ryan, Bryan and others) and they were efficient hard workers that took great care to complete each task with precision.I was a little nervous about the whole thing in the beginning because if the remodel was botched, it could ruin the house and render our home investment devoid of any value. When Abel came to our house to meet with us, he was poised and confident and explained how the entire process would look and he followed thru on all of his promises to us. It was after meeting with Abel that we were confident that we had made the right choice in choosing Delerio Construction.We highly recommend Delerio Construction. From the demolition, to the framing, masking off the area, to the electrical, to the drywall installation and finish work, to the great painter and stucco repairman, everyone was top notch. Weve had mixed experiences with contractors in the past, such that we were a little worried when we decided to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. Our experience with Home Advisor has been fairly positive, so we felt confident that using their service would give us a leg up in selecting a reputable company. After reviewing the bids from three contractors, we selected Delerio Construction for our project. They werent the least expensive, but the representative, George, sold us on the companys efficiency and quality of work. George was the first person from Delerio we met, and he did a great job representing the company.George stepped through the processes with us, helping us with many of our selections and accompanying us whilst we selected our tile and countertop. We benefited by his knowledge of and connections in the marketplace.Once we documented the details of our project we met the site supervisor, Abel. He was everything that George told us he would be. He was thorough, personable, and was very dedicated to the success of the project. From the initial demolition through the final touch up work, Abel remained available and focused on our success. He gave us his mobile number early in the process, but given how often we made use of it, he might have regretted it before we finished.The designer was personable, the site supervisor was exceptional, but the real meat of any remodeling project is the workmanship - and by extension, the craftsmen who perform the work. They did not disappoint. We had friendly, capable guys working on our house nearly every day of the project! If you have any of the same experience weve had with contractors, then, like us, you experienced dead time in the middle of the schedule. On previous projects we have even had to bribe contractors to return and finish a job. Not such with Delerio.I should probably include the negatives as well. Of course, no project like this can be without issues. Our first, and biggest, was a problem with our decisions making it from the designer to the work teams. We had a few instances, with different seriousness, that occurred because of this breakdown in communication. The owner, Geno, quickly responded to each issue. And to his credit, I understand that he and his staff reworked the entire front end of the process.I guess ultimately, after the friendliness of the employees or the pleasantness of the experience, the real yardstick by which a project is judged is the final outcome. We are so pleased with our new bathroom and upgraded kitchen.If you read through this long-winded post, then I guess you wont be surprised to read that we strongly recommend Delerio Construction, so much so that if you our considering them for your project, ask them for my contact information.
