Called ahead to see if theyre still doing refill on propane tanks. Confirmed with the lady on the phone they were still doing refills. I show up at the store, and they dont have anyone certified to fill propane tanks. Thank you so much, maybe ​tell me that over the phone. Smh.

Only getting 2 stars because the staff were friendly and attempted to be helpful. Milage of truck was wrong, so the online walk-around check in the attendant sent me would not allow the check out. When attendant updated milage on truck in system, said check out system refused to work.I was completely unable to check out a truck there after messing with it for an hour of my time. The 2 stars comes from attendant being willing to refund me my money without fuss.

Not bad. Had a few hiccups but they were all corrected. Just make sure you confirm the mileage written on the paper, fuel actually in the tank to paper, and that they got your contact info correct and everything will be smooth. They dont mind usually if your time ends up being more just call and inform. Very understanding. Use u-haul for all my moving needs.

Very bzy... Never got the help I needed..or my question answered.. Think I should make a trip out there for answers.. But Ill always use them..

Manager there was rude and didnt want to take the responsibility of them not having the rental truck that I had ordered on line 4 days prior to pick up date.This guy definitely doesnt deserve to be working with the public and actually should seek out to get better training in regards to customer service. I will definitely not recommend this place on north Blackstone anytime soon.Jp Val

I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences with uhaul that I have had. Explanation was step by step and she was very courteous and helpful.

Friendly staff who definitely know the process for picking up reserved equipment.

Reserved a truck for 10 AM and received an email that it would be 12 noon. We went to pick up the truck and was told they could find us one somewhere else or reserve one for the next day. We already had help for that afternoon. Surprisingly after I didnt like the way things were going that just had a truck pull in. WHEN PEOPLE HAVE RESERVED SOMETHING FOR A MOVING PLAN ITS UPSETING TO HAVE IT NOT GO SMOOTHLY!
