I had an appointment for a fill and pedicure at 5pm. June applied only the acrylic fill and 1 nail fix when another client walked in for a 5:30 appt for a full set. After ONLY applying the fill (no filing/shaping) she asked me to start my pedicure and she would be right back with me. After my pedicure its was 6:45 and she was still not done with her client. They close at 7pm, and I had to be somewhere at 7pm. I asked to pay for my pedicure and fill... And was charged FULL price for unshaped unfiled nails! Because I couldnt wait. That was ridiculous!!!

After reading the reviews, I decided to go to River Nails for the first time today. I called before I went to make sure that it was okay for walk-ins. When I arrived, I was told that it was going to be a long wait but I didn’t mind so I took a seat and patiently waited. The atmosphere was very calm to me and didn’t mind the wait at all. Afsi was the nail tech who took care of me and she did an outstanding job—she was gentle, attentive and gave my fingers and toes the care that they deserve. Afsi and June are both very kind and I will be coming back here again.

I love lynn i believe is her name shes awesome. I dont even care that i had to bling out my own nails cause they dont do the art that i wanted...i would go back just because of her PERIOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I love getting my nails done here at River Nails and June is my go to nail tech whenever I’m in town. She does dip powder nails and she always makes my nails look perfect and posh. They have a lot of beautiful and colorful dip powder colors to choose from. This nail salon so clean and everyone including the customers are nice. The massage chairs for pedis are wonderful too! I will definitely be back.

Love this nail salon. They have great prices and do great work. I normally get get mani and pedi. My mani lasts for at least a month, and I am rough on my nails. Pedi lasts even longer. They are making appointments due to covid and following safety procedures. Definitely recommend!

This spa is decent, nothing really stood out to me. The chairs were comfortable with built in massage. The ladies were nice. I gave this spa 3 stars because of the prices. 40$ for a deluxe gel pedicure without paint is expensive in my eyes. I didn’t even get the heating gel put on my feet.

June does a very good job. A little pricey though.

Great customer service, I called in for an appointment the day of and they took me in an hour later. My nail tech was very nice and attentive, I will definitely be back.

I have been with June for several years. Always takes very good care of me and my nails. Never ever have I had a nail pop off or ever had any other issues as I did with others. Always great at color suggestions. June and her shop are the best and always take care of there customers.

There was no wait when I got here noon on a Sunday. They were able to fit me in for a new set immediately. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely come back to them.

Everyone in this salon does a very good job. I don’t always get pink n whites, but when I do.. I come here. Mani’s and Pedi’s are so nice.

They do a fairly decent job for $20. I only stopped going because the lady kept telling me i moved my hands too much and ive never been told that before. It actually came to be a stressful situation of focusing on not moving at all. && i just want to be able to relax and zone out while getting my nails done.

I gave them a 1 because the worker guy my daughters pinky and I asked for a white heart on my daughters ring finger and she gave us pink tiny hearts on the side and she scratched my daughters nail with the nail polish still on and said she can’t fix it

Every time I call to make an appointment specifically with June, she is never available, I tried booking an appointment 2 weeks out, she will keep pressuring you to have someone else do you nails. Ill never go there and dont recomend River Nails & Spa
