Doesn’t anyone take pride in their jobs? Ok it’s a nail salon but I’d really be happy if I could get the basic pedicure and manicure that looked like a professional did it and not a child. My nails were shaped irregularly then painted so thick it bubbled before I left. People were kind and it was easy to get in. Oh well. I won’t be going back there again.

Employees seem friendly but very unsanitary. The whole time there I didn’t see not one of them wash their hands after touching their phones or other peoples feet. Plus the older lady who did my pedi didn’t wash any other equipment she literally just wiped the tools and put them on the “clean” section....

They’re nice but they don’t take there time for manicures or pedicures. They don’t change there tools either. Think next time heath services needs to be called on them.

I love my nails! Everyone was so nice there! I wanted a full set of acrylic nails and Tom did an amazing job on my nails, he took his time with them and they are so pretty 🤗. Going there to get my nails done every time I need to, whenever I am im in town 😊

The people are super nice but he did cut my pink took 3 days to heal and charged for regular plain white matte nails $38 the shape coffin price is way too high for plain nails I went on a Monday I was the only client there

On yes I went in with my ex gf and got a pedi for fathers day gift Ian guys for 20 bucks you have a very nice lady hook you feet up... Lay back and enjoy. Im on my feet all day and Im chasing kids and playing so summer time dont want to look ol caveman feet let them spoil you for half or 45 min I dont know lost track of time

Good service, nice environment, but, my nails are kind of oddly shaped and they did not push back my cuticles or fill the nail all the back so they grew out within a few days, not eve a whole week. I got them done on a Saturday and Im going to need them filled by Thursday or Friday...my wedding day, which is what I was trying to avoid.

The display price is Not what they ask for at the end plan on adding 10$ more to what u want. He demanded a tip! And cut my finger filing all hard! I will Not go back!

They are fantastic they are soo nice they ask if you like ur nails and ask if they look good or if you want them to change them. I really recommend!!

I went for a manicure and gel color, no acrylic nails. The lady who did my manicure is an older lady, she started cutting my cuticule dry I had to ask her for warm water. The way she applies gel is terrible I paid 33 dollars I dont like to complain so I paid but I will never return and Im living this bad review for people who is planning to go there just make sure you dont get the older lady who wears glasses.

Not the best service. Seem like the gentleman doing my nails didnt know what he was doing half of the time. He didnt even put gloves on!!!forgot to clean my nails with alcohol after applying cream and barely doing a massage. He the. Also just left the towel on my legs until the other girl reminded him. Would not come back here for a gel pedi!

I usually dont go to Pretty Nails since its no where near my house but I was limited on time before work so I looked through google maps an 3 popped up they had the most an the best reviews.... They didnt dissapoint. Friendly people, nice work (got pedicure), very gental too when cleaning the nails. My new go to for nails, love it!!

Lee gives THE BEST PEDICURES IN FRESNO!!! She has been there for over 15 years! Make sure you always call before walking in. They close early if business is slow.

Went there for the first time because it was nearby. I had fake French tips and I wanted a flower design on my ring fingers. Guy said he didnt know how but would try his best. It came out terrible. I did not have any gel or 3D on my nails at all and only used a total of 3 colors. White for the French tips and black/pink for the flowers. He charged me $32 while another girl next to me got 3D diamonds and beautiful flowers on all her fingers was charged $22. Really?!

I love this place , Ive been coming her for about 14 years its the only place I go to get my nails and feet done.

I’ve gone here three different times and the first two times they gave me gel even though I didn’t ask for it. Charged me $32 for a full set and 28 for a fill I went in a few days ago. Told the guy only polish today on my acrylic nails. So he was doing my nails without gloves. His hands were sweating it was disgusting. Then when I go to pay they tell me my fill is 21 when I was told it was 18 for a fill I did not have any designs just plain polish . At first they didn’t know why it was 21 then the gentleman tells me oh it was because You had gel on previously. Ok well don’t you think you should tell your customers that your adding money on literally for everything you do on my nails . You can go somewhere with people who care about what they put on your nails for the same price and the shape isn’t all crazy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND?!!!!!!

The people that do nails are very friendly. But... nail work not so good the shape of the nails I wanted did not come out how I expected I have nail polish on my skin which never happens at any other nail salon. I wish I could post a picture to show.

She was in the middle of putting my Nails on she got up and made a phone call and started ordering Her food and she came back then she was looking up talking with her co-worker laughing while he was doing the pedicure wrong on another customer and the other co-worker was in the back asleep and the other co-worker was watching TV. 10 customers was sitting on the couch. the woman that was doing my nails was looking up and behind her she kept moving everywhere when she was done on my nails ,my nails look terrible I was mad I I paid $45 everybody in there who works there are unprofessional my nails cracked and has a smudge on all of my nails she looked at it, I looked at it but she did her labor so I have to pay $45

This was my 1st time going, and im sure itll be my last. So i went in around 30 mns before they closed, which might be why i got such a crappy pedi. Well the lady cut me 3 times on the same toe, the last time she cut me so bad i screamed in pain. She also didnt do a good job filling my toenail or even cutting them. Lastly my nailpolish sucked. It looked all lumpy, like she didnt spread it evenly. Im really sad especially cause pedis cost me 20 and i get a decent job done. But here i paid 22 and it sucked
