The employees here continue to use the same items on multiple people like files and brushes and drill bids and so much more. When I ask if its new they start to talk about us in their language which is un professional. They dont understand that if they give someone else fungus to a person that doesnt they will get sued.

Very rude and quick when doing a pedicure, she was so rough with my feet and today my toe is hurting do to how rough she was. I dont recommend this place at all. I usually go to ocean nails or luxor nails and yes its a bit more expensive but u get what u pay for plus some.

They did my toes pretty quick but my nails.. a plain full set took so long. 3 different people had to work on my nail (medium coffin style) 1st guys couldn’t even glue the nails on right, then an older lady came.. bless her soul but she kept filing my cuticle with the drill and after her another guy had to come go over every nail that she did and they are still not right, a job I could have done myself.

Annie is very rude..We as customer get treat mean n they do what they want and not what you ask..No clean filet or nothing and they give you fungus don’t ever go here

I asked for short coffin nails and thats what the lady did but not quite...the thing was she has cut me twice and they were not sanitized at all. After filing youre supposed to wash your hands to get all the extra off then start the rest of the process. But no she rushed it and didnt even file/Buff out the inside on my nails to clean the extra fillings inside.I will never come here again...

Bad service and bad pedicure. He made me bleed and he did my massage after my toes were already painted and wet. So weird lol he Didnt scrubs my feet and wasnt friendly the least bit. Is there any place in fresno/clovis that gives good service and a beautiful pedicure anymore?

Went in to get my nails painted and eyebrows done. When walking up, the older, short haired lady was outside on break. She usually does eyebrows. I stopped and told her what I was getting done and that I wanted her to do my eyebrows. She said ok go in and get nails done first. While getting my nails done she kept walking back and forth looking at me and talking in her language. Didnt think nothing of it at the time. Then I noticed she started gathering her things to leave. I told the lady doing my nails that she was supposed to do my eyebrows. The lady stopped doing my nails to go catch her as she was walking to her car and the lady flung her hands in the air and kept walking. The other employees started laughing and the lady doing my nails returned and told me she would be back but I knew it was a lie because they were 30 minutes fro.closing time at that point. I will never go back and i should have never returned in the first place.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. The place was very dirty, it looked like it hadn’t been swept since quarantine started, they were rude and kept talking in their language. I noticed her scrubbing a ladies feet and then putting the tool back in her drawers to use on the next customer And when you ask for the price of nails they just give random prices from their heads talking about $65 because two nails had diamonds on them.

The nais turned out fine but there was a vibe in the room inconsistent with an environment a salon usually has. No one was talking like at all...

Fast paced, good quality work. They also worked well with my 9 year old daughters nails.

Nails salons like this are the reason I go to independent nail technicians. They are rough with your nails. Clip your skin, push your hands away when there’s Done. Are very rude, they do rush jobs, and don’t even think about getting a pedicure. It’s a no for me. I only came here because my girl is out of town. I will never come here again

2nd time coming here & I love this place. I came in around closing time and was greeted and got seated right away. The lady who did my nails didnt rush at all even when it was way past closing time. She was really sweet and talkative as well. Highly recommend this place. My nails came out great both times and they last a while too!

Today was my 1ST time going to this nail shop I called first they told me to come in bc they wasn’t busy once I arrived I was immediately placed in a chair and she started my nails. The total visit took almost two hours that’s a full set of nails and a pedicure both with gel polish. The price wasn’t that expensive and I Love that massage chair it was on point

I was very satisfied with my service and my daughter service. I hadnt had a decent gels since I was here last 2 months ago. I wouldnt have went anyplace else but as a two-and-a-half-hour drive. Its worth the weekend trip.

I said, Happy Mothers day, smile and walk out. Feel like the next episode from the LA area was going to take place in Fresno area. I honestly used to love em. Could be better...The woman I had was kinda rude and I paid $37 for acrylic gel polish. After my nails were done and I left I noticed my ring finger was messed up and a hug smudge that she didn’t bother to fix.

I am so annoyed with this place, first of all they took about 10 min to do my gel nails when they normally take 20 to 25 min. Then she didnt file them after i asked her to. They were rushing all their work and they didnt even have a lot of people to be rushing. After I payed i was walking out and the lady was yelling at me trying to get my attention to see if I payed when she clearly saw me paying. Never coming here again I dont recommend it.

The last time I went was about 1 year ago and my nails were soo pretty. Though they cut my ring finger on the side they of course said sorry and did it on accident.

Ive been going here for years. I love Amy, Yen, Nancy, and Lori. I get my spa pedicure eyebrows and nails done here. I went every where looking for something closer to my home but they charge twice as much and the work is not better than beautiful nails. THIS IS MY GO TO. I rather pay for the gas and be satisfied. Also my nails last as well as my pedicure because I only go once a month.Not my eyebrows I touch them up myself.Dont be cheap I get the deluxe spa and the gel colors cant go wrong with that. Sometimes the wait can be long if you dont want to wait make an appointment or dont go on the weekends lol

BEWARE!!! I paid to get my nails taken off and I was expecting for them to dip my nails in acetone and this lady got regular nail clippers for gel nails and cut them and I swear it hurt so bad. Then she got a fake nail from the set box and used it to take off my fake nails and I told her it hurts. It was so painful ... I wish I can give this place a 0 star.

Ive been coming here for a while because of price and location. Their work lately though has been lacking. It seems Im always stuck with the newbies. Asked for a mani after taking my nails off just walked out with a messy, sloppy, lumpy job. My pedi was alright but they could have cleaned around em. Im done with this place.

This was the most unprofessional place Ive ever been to in my life, a day before my bday I left out of that place in tears because I wanted to go off, but I contained myself because I didnt want to come out of my character, for one, I was charged $21 for a gel polish change, they were being by rude when I questioned the price, ganged up on me, couldnt even paint my nails right, I asked him to fix one, the dumb mf tries to fix it with glue, then when I ask him to fix it with acrylic him and his dad start talking in their language, they are so rude, they are just ppl who need work, they do not enjoy working for the public, they have the worst customer service Ive ever seen... The people are very rude and they talk about you in their language. When trying to speak to them they continue to speak to each other in their language. I will not be returning back to them.
