Art is a great instructor. My 11 year old daughter has been training with him for about a year and a half. Teaches discipline but also humble and informative. After most classes the kids gather around to talk about what they learned and why. My daughter loves it and enjoys learning here with Art. What a difference training here with Art has made in her as a person.

Sifu Arthur Peraza is the best coach Ive had. Hes significantly improved my cardio, striking, no gi Brazilian Ju Jitsu. If you tell him you tell him what your fitness goals are he will do the best he can to help you and push you to achieve them. Hes great with all ages and I would recommend him before I recommend anyone else.

I trained with art for a few months, I learned a lot from him and the other fighters, hard work outs, hard striking and shooting-in techniques, plus grappling & jijutsu moves. Thank you for the lessons.
